Great food and great service! I enjoy grabbing something before work and try to get something new everyday. Everything taste fresh and delicious. I really enjoy the food and atmosphere.
For those mornings when you're feeling like eggs bacon and potatoes might be a little too much, but are still yearning for something Hearty, a real New York style bagel, with lox and a schmear, tomato and thin sliced onion will really hit the spot, well not making you feel stuff, or robbed at the checkout buy some $30 price tag that several local places are fond of charging for breakfast. One of these Bagel sandwiches with lox and some coffee will set you up for the day really nice people, my server today had one of the most interesting voices I've ever heard on a human, and was super cool, and I was in and out in a second with my yummy Bagel sandwich. Give the regular breakfast routine a rest, and check into the kosher world of Noah's New York Bagels.

Noah's bagels has been my go to bagel shop since I was a very little boy and still continues to be my favorite bagel shop in any bagel shop I have tried since. Their bagels are always soft and delicious if you have them toasted they taste even better they have a great variety and a great menu for breakfast as well I highly recommend bagel shop to anyone that likes a good bagel
Nice stop for a loaded bagel. Great flavors, awesome ingredients. Delightful way to start the day on our way from Berkley to the freeway. Easy parking. Easy to find location.
Everything is fresh and good and I just love me some Noah's bagel
Great service and delicious bagels. Anthony went above and beyond this morning when preparing my to go order!
Forgot about Noah’s Bagels until recent! Yes, it’s a chain, but I know they’ll have a decent breakfast bagel that hits the spot. Also easy to order catering for work purposes.

This Noah’s Bagels location is on the smaller side, but the food was really good. Bagels were fresh and tasty, and service was quick and friendly. A solid go-to when you’re craving a good bagel.
Its a cute little bagel store! I went there for breakfast and they serve drip coffee if you are interested as well! I can’t say if it was the best breakfast bagel I ever had but its good for the price you pay! There are only 2 chairs ro sit inside and none on the outside!

Okay bagels, good service. What I hate the most is that about 5 out of 12 bagels are full of air like cream puffs. Just a bagel shell. See attached picture. If you look at it carefully, each half comes from four different bagels, rather than two bagels cut in half. That's just not much substance when a decent bagel should be denser. Updated 1/10/25: Bagels still full of holes. I've decided to get mine from a place on San Pablo Ave near Marin Ave in Albany.

The bagels are fine, but it could really use new management. Constantly a rude reception. They make you feel like you’re imposing on them for making an order.
I stopped by this location around 1:20 PM to grab a bagel and coffee before they closed at 2 PM. Unfortunately, no luck — the person at the counter told me they’re closing in 20 minutes and there’s no coffee. Disappointing.

I am a regular here and the bright haired young lady continually confused "a lot of schmear" with lox schmear 🤦🏾♀️ she would say "lox" and I would say "a lot". When I got home, I see a burnt bagel with lox which I took off. Which if anyone knows, the toasting machine can only burn if the bagel is put back in. I did not ask for a burnt bagel.
I always go to the pinole location. I tried this location for first and last time. COLD coffee COLD bagels NO receipt to get my points. Bad customer service NEVER coming back again Horrible experience

I have been a customer of Noah's for a long time, but my last two recent visits to the Solano Avenue (Berkeley) location have been unacceptable. The store clearly has major operational issues regarding inventory and customer service. On both occasions, I placed an in-person order and did not receive what I paid for. The staff demonstrated a complete lack of regard for order accuracy or customer preference: Missing Ingredients/Overcharge: I was charged for add-ons (specifically tomatoes) that were completely omitted from my order without any warning or refund. They just left them off and failed to communicate the shortage. Arbitrary Substitutions: When a specific requested item was out of stock (like a Poppy Seed Bagel), the staff simply substituted it with a different bagel of their choosing without consulting me or offering an alternative selection. I understand inventory shortages happen, but proper customer service dictates that you inform the customer immediately when an item is unavailable and give them the choice to pick a replacement or receive a refund for the missing component. This level of poor service and negligence regarding customer orders is appalling. I miss the quality and service of the "old days" and will not be returning to this location
I was so disappointed this morning from the way they treated me at this location after Messing with my order. I ordered online one dozen bagels for the teachers appreciation week and I put notification that I have to pick it up at 8am so I can be on time for School to drop it off and on time for work. Unfortunately I went there My order wasn’t ready they made me wait because ( they couldn’t find my order) That’s what they said even though I have the order number on my phone and my transaction in my bank account that I showed to them and after 15 minutes waiting One of the Employee grabbed one box that was ready for someone else and she put it on on the table she said there you go pick your deep and that’s it. No apologies no have a good day nothing. Very disappointed from their service.
Sunday morning workers moving at a snails pace. Literally walking to and from the back SO SLOW. Watched the person making the food spend nearly a minute slowly trying to peel apart the sliced cheese.
I ordered an avocado bagel. Not sure what avocados they are using but they were hard like plastic. I couldn't spread them and i couldnt even cut through them with a steak knife. I ended up having to take all the avocado off so I could atleast eat the bagel part. I will not be coming back.
Ordered 2 egg and turkey sausage Bagels online. Got two with bacon. This is the second time they've messed up an online order for me.
The chubby white guy making the bagels and prepping them doesn't bother in putting on new gloves. Especially after touching the microwave and wiping down the counter with his hands with his gloves on. That is unsanitary to then proceed to prep the bagel right after doing all that. Even after each customer he still keeps the same gloves. Also they are not that friendly or seem to love their job. He burned my bagel too. Definitely won't come back to this location.
