In the center of a small Po Valley village, Bertonico, a trattoria from another era. A warm welcome from the owners and staff, a daily set menu or à la carte options are available, the pizza (always subjective) is delicious, the portions generous, and the desserts are homemade. I have been to this restaurant for work lunch breaks. I had a great time with the girls serving, who are very kind, friendly and precise. The food is genuine and home-made. A round of applause for the breaded cod, among the best I have ever eaten.

Siamo stati in questo locale dopo una partita di calcio dei nostri ragazzi. L'impasto della pizza è buono, il condimento abbondante, ma a me piace così, pizza enorme. Abbiamo preso un fritto di calamari da dividere come antipasto, direi discreto. Peccato non aver chiesto anche il menù della trattoria, giravano piatti interessanti. Personale gentile. Se mai dovessi capitare ancora da quelle parti, sicuramente tornerei lì. Consigliato

In mezzo al nulla, in questa località di 1000 abitanti c'è questa trattoria che riporta indietro nel tempo. Gusti genuini e ospitalità di tipo familiare. Ottimo il fritto misto ma la pizza è molto buona ma troppo grande e troppo carica di condimenti. Se non grandi mangiatori si deve dividere in due persone perché poi vista la zona i salumi ed i formaggi sono top. E poi le patate fritte sono tagliate a mano con a buccia. Soddisfatta

Classica trattoria del lodigiano. Mangi bene spendi poco. I menu pranzo veramente economici. Qualità buona. Il venerdì a mezzogiorno baccalà fritto:SPETTACOLARE, conviene prenotare

Very good pizza and super fair prices. Off-menu pizzas, gourmet options for a change and something truly delicious. Delicious mixed fried food. Very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. This is our go-to place...highly recommended...reservations are a must to secure a spot. It's always busy! Great staff, always smiling.

Although it's not a Michelin-starred restaurant, we had a good meal. The food is good. I personally had Pasta alla Puttanesca, baked punta, cavallina (a spicy horse meat ragù, soft and delicious), dessert, and house wine. The three of us spent only €57. The staff is kind and patient. The service is quick. The place is clean.

We went there recently for pizza. We found it excellent. A special touch is the use of "raspaduta" (a method of thinly slicing Parmesan cheese, typical of the Lodi area) on several pizzas. It adds a different, more delicate flavor than the shavings. The atmosphere is like that of a village tavern (and even that has its own vintage charm). There's ample parking right in front (in the church square). We'd been there a while back, invited by relatives, for a fried meal: we also enjoyed that very much. The town is a bit out of the way, but it's worth a visit.
