I just left with my family. The young man working at the register Was 10/10 give him a raise. He’s friendly knowledgeable and nonstop working hard. Saw him taking,filling and cleaning up!! Non stop working and greeting everyone single person that came in!!! Waaaay better service than the near by cafe and the food was delicious and came out relatively fast.

Delicious burger that tastes very fresh. I love that they use grass-fed beef and organic toppings in the burger. Fries were also good, and they see made in non-GMO oil. So one of the cleanest burgers you can get, and it tastes great. Their fountain drinks are also made with pure cane sugar instead of high-fructose corn syrup. I love how committed they are to good quality ingredients in their products.

I love grass feed burgers over all the other ones lol. We came here, parked right in front luckily. We didn't have to wait long. It was pricey but it was very good. Shakes were also delicious, i got the cookies and cream shake, she got a strawberry I belive. Definitely a go to place.

I stopped by the restaurant the other day, and what an experience it was! The food was absolutely incredible. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into the preparation. On top of that, the prices were surprisingly reasonable—great value for such high-quality meals. The place itself was spotless, with a well-organized and clean environment that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It’s refreshing to visit a restaurant where the team genuinely cares about both the food and the customer experience. A big shoutout to the front-of-house staff for their kindness and professionalism. Their positive energy made all the difference. This place is a gem! I'll definitely be back soon.

I had an incredible experience at Burger Lounge in Beverly Hills. The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The highlight of my meal was the Truffle-Mushroom Swiss Burger. It was amazing—perfectly cooked, with rich flavors that made every bite a delight. Fun little place on Beverly Blvd. Food was really good and not the typical Beverly Hills expensive. Half and Half is a great way to go for a combo of onion rings and fries!! The burgers are pretty darn good as well. Definitely worth a stop. The service was friendly and food came out quickly.

Great burger place! Price for the size of a burger is a bit high but the food itself was really good, I got the Bleu cheese burger with fries and a drink for around 22$. Plenty of options for seating from inside to outside, Not a huge menu which to me is nice but still plenty of options. They don't serve beer or wine like other burger lounges though which was sad. Eitherway they have nice authentic sodas. Parking is the only issue which is limited to paid for street parking or your ganna have to walk a qays from one of the neighborhoods nearby with 2 hour street parking

We went on 3/18/23 and ordered 2 of the SOB (son of butcher) burgers without pickles. It was amazing. The bread soft, the meat cooked just right. The Caramelized onions were just the right touch and the thousand island dressing was enough. And we also had the fresh cut French fries and they were delicious. We had the craft soda and it was very refreshing. The staff was super friendly and kind. We will definitely be back if we are in the area.

Let's start with the lemonade - it's incredible. The service is so sweet but the food did take a while to come out. My fiance loved the fries and the crispy chicken sandwich the best. The inside of the location is kind of small, so it's easy for them to get packed but they do have a few tables outside and the with LA weather you can't complain!

Unfortunately this is not the Burger lounge I am used to. I’ve been coming here since they opened here and in Brentwood. The last couple times Ive come here , I’ve had to send my burger back. Last April 2024 .I had a bad meal .I had to send back .walked out.Last Friday August 30th,I thought I’d give it a try again. My burger came raw, Onion rings where burnt over done.Basically no pride and care in my food.I asked them to please make both over again.They did, second time around I get a burger that’s well done burnt and smashed down on the outer parts and greasy. My Onion rings where greasy too. I was hungry so I ate some of it,called the manager and they gave me a credit for the next time.I actually was sick the next day ,all day from the food. Don’t know if they change the seed oil they do the Onion rings in?But since they are grass fed meat there,they should be Conscious and changing the oil and or change the type of oil they fry their onion rings in. It should be changed out daily.My body was inflamed and lost a whole day of work. I will be going in to have them credit my card ,as I don’t want a credit on the books for another meal here Second time this happened.Don’t need to eat here. While I waiting for my food a second time around you think they coulda offered me a coke and or a shake.It wasn’t busy there At 4pm. NEXT😞

I called to complain and the phone number doesn't work! 😡 Also they included literally 30 packets of ketchup, and NO FRIES 🙄 Don't order delivery directly from the restaurant website or you will have no recourse if a mistake occurs, other than physically going to the store.

Went in to place an order and was told it would take more than 40 minutes for one turkey burger and one kids meal. They could not guarantee when the food would be ready “it could take longer”. This is unacceptable customer service. There is no excuse to ever greet a loyal customer with that upon arrival without a plausible explanation.
