Always a great experience, due to GREAT service and many food choices! As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with a smile and they are all very attentive. Keeping your drinks full and clearing your plates. I always get the same thing and pleased every time. They also offer pizza and fresh fruit. There's been multiple times, staff have opened the door or have walked out with us (I was pushing my father in a wheelchair and had to-go orders too..full hands). Very respectful staff. Clean restaurant. HIGHLY recommend this buffet! Enjoy!!

A hidden gem in the desert. If you're heading to Cracker Barrel or Texas Road House at I-10 and Cortaro, drive one more block north. You'll be glad you did. Everything is so good it's hard to pick. Just get a little of everything. I'll be back again soon.

Such a lovely small family business! I really enjoyed the welcoming ambiance, beautiful interior designs, friendly customer service (the front desk ladies are so sweet!), and the variety of delicious dishes. We came for the buffet around 5pm on a weekend and every dish was fresh and warm. My favorites were the deep-fried sushi rice balls, dumplings with their house-made sauce, sautéed mushrooms, and the hot-and-sour soup. Definitely one of the best buffets in Tucson, and for this Price! 10/10 recommend!

On our way back from Phoenix (to El Paso), we discovered this jewel of a Chinese cuisine. We were no looking for Chinese or a buffet, but my wife spotted it as I came off the 1-10E exit. It turned out to be a great choice! The restaurant was clean, had very good service, and very friendly professional staff. Their buffet entree choices were also pretty good. There is something for everyone's taste in Chinese/Asian food. Enjoying our dining experience allowed us to recharge our batteries while dining in a beautiful ambiance. :-)

Very nice buffet. Clean. Bright. They didn't over fill the food pans on the buffet tables, so none of the food sat there for very long. A lady kept an eye on the tables and ordered items as they got low and kept enough food to take what you want, but not too much sat there. Good turnover, too. The food was quite good. The sushi was better than average at a buffet, for sure. I tried every kind. All were good. The butterfly shrimp was good. The seafood delight was good. The soft serve vanilla ice cream was wonderful. Creamy and tasty. I will definitely be coming back.

Wanted to try a different Chinese buffet for a change from my regular haunts. This was only my second visit here; it’s quite a drive from the east side. In summary, a good little buffet, nice selection of appetizing dishes, well maintained, counters are kept clean. They have a sushi counter where you’ll see staff preparing rolls fresh. The buffet prices are reasonable. All in all a nice experience, a delicious lunch — perhaps not quite as good as the place on Ina, but in terms of food and atmosphere they are head and shoulders above the place on Wilmot.

This place used to be amazing but lately the staff has gotten lazier. I was just there for my birthday on New Years Eve and our waitress barely checked on us and the food was stale like it had been out all day and the seafood looked like rubber. Like I said this place is usually amazing and my family likes to go there frequently but the last time was a let down.

Visited New Town Buffet in Tucson and found the experience to be fairly average. On the positive side, the food was decent - there was a good variety of dishes available and everything tasted pretty good. The staff was nice and very attentive - they kept the buffet well-stocked and clean. I thought the price was reasonable for the amount of food available. A few downsides would be the tables and chair were not cleaned very well. During our visit, it was a bit sticky and detracted my overall enjoyment of the meal. Overall, I would say that New Town Buffet is a decent option for a quick and affordable meal especially if you are in the mood for a buffet

Service was fine. Not a large selection for the price and the food was tasteless and bland. Even my two kids complained. All three of us were already full after 1 plate when we usually eat up to 3 plus dessert at other buffets which makes me wonder if they are putting MSG in the food. I recomend, for the price, to go elsewhere.

It was amazing the first time we went, the second time a few months later it was like the food bags you warm up from the store nothing tasted like it did itthe first time this time it was all gross and could of gotten it all from Walmart but way cheaper.. what a waste of money. We genuily thought we found a good spot but nope not again..

Why the one star? ..... The food was cold! I don't know what was going on, but most of the food was cold. I'm not sure if the equipment wasn't working right or what the problem was. On a good note, the place was very clean and the service was excellent. The price was reasonable too when compared to other Asian buffets. As you can see from the pic, the food looks appetizing and I might try this place again someday. But only if they fix their equipment or their procedures so that the food is served at the appropriate temperature. Wishing the best to New Town Buffet and hoping they will let us know when the problems are fixed.
