A stop for breakfast before continuing to the Oropa Sanctuary after about a three-hour drive. The waitress wasn't very attentive and brought us different sandwiches than we'd ordered. The coffee, however, was good.

Luogo comodo e cibo buono. Trovo però giusto far notare che ALCUNI membri del personale sono scortesi a dir poco: più d'un episodio in cui o alla cassa, al momento di pagare, o poco prima della chiusura serale, ci siamo trovati ad assistere a certe sceneggiate tutt'altro che professionali. Inaccettabili e soprattutto completamente fuori luogo con clienti oltretutto abituali, come noi.

We were used to come here for “aperitivo”, but I think we will stay clear. Drinks are great, to be honest, even the alcohol free ones, and the spritz. Though, we were used to get a plate with some snacks, mini-sandwiches, often we got a couple of chicken nuggets that were coming with the drinks. When we visited tonight, we got a tiny plastic bowl of old chips, and nothing else.... Paying the same price as usual. We were quite disappointed. It was 17.00 so I don’t believe it was early on Saturday evening for aperitivo, and anyway usually at that time we got the nice serving described above in previous occasions. I was not expecting buffet, I did not know they do that either, just the usual platter for two that we were used to. In addition also for the midday aperitif they cut down the sides to the drink. If they got cheap, we go somewhere else. Sorry, because drinks are really amazing!

Richiesto marocchino con Nutella ed è stato messo del fondente ( uno sputo), chiesto di fare il conto separato ma a quanto pare impossibile perché la cameriera risponde anche scazzata che lo scontrin…

La disposizione del locale è caotica. Lo staff è scortese, indisponente e inefficiente. La pasticceria per nulla eccezionale.

Lo farei chiudere. servizi igenici pessimi come si usavano 40 anni fa. Oggi se vuoi aprire un locale,devi avere servizi a norma di legge .non fuori in un cortile.e una vergogna e pensare che e uno dei bar di Biella che ha più clienti di tutti.fatevi furbi abbandonatelo

Tavolo di n 18 persone H 23.53 Consumano in n 12 persone, obbligo consumazione al tavolo ok… ma considerando i 7 minuti rimasti non tutti si sentono di “shottare” le consumazioni. Servizio classico biellese Nient’altro da aggiungere Grazie mille per le belle figure!

Bel locale, camerieri gentili. Prezzo eccessivo ma soprattutto la cassiera è di una scortesia e una maleducazione infinite. Ho preso con mia figlia due brioche , un caffè e un thè avendo pagato 9.70 euro ho controllato lo scontrino ed essendomi state addebitate 3 brioches, l ho fatto presente. Anziché scusarsi, la cortese cassiera mi ha quasi lanciato 1.70 come fossi una pezzente. Sconsiglio chiunque proprio per questo metodo, il locale.

Aperitif with friends, the waitress who took the order didn't understand and she's Italian, much less spoke it well and already there to order we had to repeat a bit... Coke in a can and it arrives already poured into the glass, flat and this thing is unacceptable because if it's in sides you have to bring it to me closed so I can pour it myself as well as the Red Bull that my companion had ordered... I go to the counter to report the matter and they answer me in a completely approximate way and they think it's a closed can... This makes me think that they tried to cheat me using bottled Coke... I decide to use the bathroom and good heavens what I saw that you can see in the photos is not tolerable... New spare rolls of toilet paper placed on the base of the flower holder on the floor... Toilet paper placed on the disabled support instead of in the non-existent paper holder by the way... Some completely filthy paper towel (I think) under the toilet brush... With the pandemic that has been there I say a minimum of cleanliness in that bathroom wouldn't hurt and to say that a few small adjustments would be enough... If I was already nervous about the waitress and the service after seeing the bathroom I was also disgusted... From a place like this I would never have expected it....

A SHAME..!!! 60 cents service charge for 2 coffees and you don't bring me a drop of water and I can't even choose the sugar???? Bar and pastry shop in the center of Biella with a large parking lot in front and a cinema theater next door. Excellent Costadoro coffee and sublime pastries. The prices, however, are medium-high. .. a bit chic atmosphere. It enjoys a large open terrace under the portico. Good pastries but I still say Shame 1.40 for a badly made coffee. The service is faster but they still don't let you choose the sugar, they still bring you the packet of white sugar without asking if you want cane sugar or something else.
