Aperitivo at 28. Newly opened. Young, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. The wine selection is interesting, and there are also several microbreweries showcasing their craft beers. One of the few places that serves antipasti with cured meats and cheeses at room temperature, bringing out their flavor and aroma. Excellent place for a good aperitivo. Highly recommended.

É un locale storico di Biella. Ci venivo fin da ragazzo ai tempi della scuola. Personale cortese e sollecito. Bello nella primavera e in estate per i tavolini all'aperto sulla piazza Santa Marta.

A charming café in the city center on the main road. The owners are young, friendly, and approachable. Always crowded with people who know each other. A great meeting place. Excellent for both breakfast and aperitifs.

Town center shopping street location. Popular with locals. Spacious, parasols, good coffee. Do not compare this to Milan. This is a good caffé stop for Biella.

Sono perplesso: drink dell'aperitivo nella norma, viene servito un piattino con una focaccina striminzita senza chiedere se si desidera altro, neppure a piattino (rapidamente) vuoto, né a bicchieri vuoti. Sensazione di estraneità, scarsa accoglienza.

40 minuti di attesa non sono stati sufficienti per avere una coca cola e un cappuccino, con il locale tutt’altro che pieno... e mi spiego anche il perché. Al 41º minuto ce ne siamo andati. Non tornerò mai più, sconsigliato.

Questo bar è stato per anni il mio preferito, ma la nuova gestione è sinceramente terribile. Tralasciando una quantità imbarazzante di scontrini sbagliati, la disattenzione delle cameriere è disarmante e il servizio è terribilmente lento. Mi è capitato che mi fosse servito un cappuccino e, letteralmente 5 minuti dopo, mi fosse già tolto dal tavolo quando non avevo nemmeno finito di berlo! Ieri sera inoltre, il locale era mediamente pieno, ed ho ordinato una Coca Cola in lattina ed un cappuccino. Ho aspettato ben TRENTACINQUE MINUTI dall'ordinazione e non è arrivato nulla al tavolo, nemmeno la lattina. È stata la prima volta che me ne sono andata da un locale. Mi dispiace, ma io non ci tornerò mai più.

Ci sediamo e dopo 15 minuti siamo noi a chiamare il cameriere ! Un ragazzino che non sapeva nemmeno come si chiamava tra un po’ ! Ordiamo 3 crodini e uno spritz e ci porta il conto ! Chiediamo se c’era qualcosa da mangiare ! Ci porta 2 patatine morte ! Assurdo !! Mai più ! Vergognosi !!

When two teas arrived at the table without lemon or milk, when we asked for lemon, a small saucer with a small, thin, almost transparent slice arrived. But there were two teas, so we kindly asked the girl serving the tables for more lemon. Another saucer promptly arrived with another transparent slice of lemon. Plus, we paid 1 euro for a glass of water! A total disappointment, we'll definitely never return!

They dropped a whole tray of 5 drinks right on top of us, so 2-3 of us got soaked. Of course, that's what can happen, but they didn't offer any kind of compensation (free drinks, dry cleaning or the like), except that we didn't have to pay for the drinks they broke themselves. What a joke.

My 3-year-old son tripped and hit his head on the table, spilling the hot chocolate that had just arrived. I didn't even have time to taste it. I expected the waiters to be kind enough to refill my hot chocolate or at least ask how the little one was doing, since he had hurt himself. I went to the cashier and they charged me for the hot chocolate. Then, smiling, I pointed out that I hadn't even tasted it. They rudely replied that it wasn't their problem and that I should have looked after the little one. I should point out that my son tripped as he was about to sit down. Obviously, I will never return to this place, which I frequented often when it was run by competent people.

Nice place in a nice area, the coffee was good but... Alas, the bartender in my opinion should either change jobs or learn to be kind, smile more and less... As young people say: less laid-back, maybe I'm old but a bartender who shows up at the table with a pissed-off face, hand in pocket and with a manner, I repeat in my opinion, like he's running for work and I'm coming... Obviously this is my opinion, then...
