No es q sea generosa en la puntuación … es q me pareció un sitio excelente !! El espacio entre mesas … la acústica del local, estaba lleno y era muy agradable el ambiente, la atención q nos dispensaron, la calidad de sus productos .. Muy buena la descripción de los platos y lo q nos aconsejaron a la hora de pedir, espectacular el plato de hongos, los puerros magníficos , el steak tartar y la carne de vaca frisona madurada riquísima!! La tarta de emmental deliciosa y el helado de idiazabal muy sabroso!! Por poner algo en lo que mejorar… los cuchillos estaban poco afilados. Llamar para reservar. Estuvimos en NidoBilbao con mis hermanos y parejas y fué un auténtico espectáculo gastronómico. Buscábamos una experiéncia, nos dejámos aconsejar por ellos y probamos varios (muchos) platos a compartir. QUÉ MARAVILLA!!! A cada plato le superaba el siguiente, en sabores, presentación y servicio, que fué rápido pero sin empujar. Olvidaté de estrellas michelín y de platos que necesitan instrucciones. Un plato de arroz es un plato de arroz!! Por Diós! el "meloso de carabinero" !!! El atún en sus dos texturas! La cocochas de bacalao!!! En fin... Y por el precio que te puedas encontrar en otros lugares pagamos con una gran sonrisa. Gracias NidoBilbao

Fuimos el fin de semana pasado y nos encantó. Un sitio acogedor, con buena decoración, con un trato por parte de los camareros buenísimo, y por supuesto la comida riquísima, todo con un sabor espectacular. Volveremos!

La dueñan siempre muy atenta te explica la carta con mucho cariño. Todo con una calidad de 10 y una muy buena materia prima. El sitio es acogedor. Se nota el buen producto y la buena mano en la cocina. Muy recomendable.

We went FOUR times during our three-day stay in Bilbao because 1) we love great craft beer 2) we love great food. This place is a DREAM. Absolutely delicious food and an amazing variety of craft beers. You can see how much attention to detail and effort people in the kitchen put on every dush. The bread is made onsite too, along with pastries and cakes. And they seem to be always open. Such brilliant, warm and friendly service. The dream!!! Highly HIGHLY recommended.

Fabulous on site brewed beers. Their bitter and SOK especially good. Great selection of pintxos and very reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly, try speaking a bit of Spanish or Basque. Didn't try the restaurant but it looked pretty good, as did the bakery.

Came in after an unwelcoming greeting in another brunch spot nearby and were very happily positively surprised by a lovely breakfast experience. Atmosphere was nice with a cool breeze from large windows and beautiful exposed brick. Tostadas were delicious with hearty freshly made bread, and delicious freshly squeezed orange juice. Service was kind and the staff even helped by suggesting a “combo” breakfast which ended up being more affordable then ordering separately. Nos encantó! Gracias

Loved this place, our favourite find in Bilbao! The service is friendly and it's great for breakfast and not usually too busy to sit. Also, the craft beer brewed on site is fantastic and probably the best you'll find in the city.

My goodness the croissant is divine! It was warm and crisp on the outside and the inside was deliciously buttery and perfectly layered. Great gluten free bread (and I'm not a celiac). Coffee was decent I'm coming back for the other baked goods

You need to experience this venue in its entire package, but for me I connected with the « passion » of the chef baker, it’s the products that I communicate with so satisfying...Come here in the morning when the store just opened and you will be rewarded with love from people and food. Fui a cenar sola porque vi que estaba cerquita de mi hotel y fue la mejor elección que he podido hacer. Comida increíble se nota que los productos son de primera calidad. La atención muy cercana, Iratxe te asesora según tus gustos y la experiencia fue muy top. Cuando vuelva a Bilbao repetiré 100%.

Un bonito local y un personal sumamente amable son las primeras cartas de presentación de este local, donde te sientes cómodo desde el primer momento. Respecto a la comida, nos gustó, pero salimos un poco decepcionados ya que teníamos unas expectativas muy altas. Compartimos un arroz como entrante (correcto) y probamos de segundo unas albóndigas de txuleta (sabor profundísimo a carne, muy buenas), unas kokotxas (el pilpil nos pareció demasiado ligero) y un rabo de buey cuya ración, al servirse con hueso, resultaba muy escasa. Los postres, buenos. Respecto al precio, acorde al local, pero a nosotros nos pareció algo caro teniendo en cuenta la calidad/cantidad de comida.

A really promising spot with a brilliant atmosphere and an impressive selection of beers. We were excited to try a few, but unfortunately, it was a bit of a mixed experience. A couple of the draught beers we tried didn't taste as fresh as they should have, which was a letdown. This place has huge potential to be a top beer destination in Bilbao, so I'm hoping we just caught them on an off day.

We grabbed some lunch. A pizza, some croquettes and a beer. We sat eating inside watching them make the bread, cake and our pizza. The pizza was great as was the beer that they make in house too. In some ways I wish we had been more hungry as the pastries and cakes (also made in house) looked amazing! Note that as with many places in Bilboa, English isn't widely spoken. Not a problem but something of which to be aware!

Nos atendió una chica muy agradable, nos indicó que la comida era casera y con productos de alta calidad, carne de productores locales y bacalao de Islandia, nos indicó que por fechas no tenían muchos de esos productos, digo yo, si en estas fechas no dispones de esos productos me parece un poco mal, se nos dice que disponen de pan celíaco recién echo en horno, puesto que disponen de la masa, al de un rato nos traen pan de celíaco en una bolsa calentado en microondas, le pregunto el porqué de este pan cuando se nos dijo otra cosa, dice que no disponen de ese pan asta enero. 🤔 no hubiera sido mejor decir la verdad de primeras, no le pongo menos puntuación porque la comida y el sitio fueron sublimes, pero si tienes un restaurante de este nivel lo suyo seria disponer de otros proveedores,para no estar en estas fechas a medias.

Es la primera vez que hemos ido a Bilbao y buscamos un restaurante con buena comida para probar. Todo lo que pedimos ( arroz de carabineros, carrilleras de atún rojo, txuleta y tarta de queso) buenísimo, el precio es elevado pero es cierto que lo que comes lo vale. Con lo único que tenemos “queja” es que a nuestro parecer hay alguna camarera que tiene una actitud bastante fría; estamos acostumbrados a un trato “familiar” y sí que nos hemos sentido algo incómodos sobretodo yendo con niños, sin quitar profesionalidad a ninguno de ellos, que de eso no falta.

Bilbao Weekend 16/08/24, following on from Toledo, Madrid and Porto. Asked for a menu and was told it they weren't serving food. Pizzas and burgers kept coming from the grill area downstairs. A lady then bought food from the grill section. Man in photo very rude. Very poor service.

When this first opened it was a great place to go for a meal and the beer, but now after returning to try it again can only say I was highly disappointed, to dtart the service was terrible was sitting watching to order for more than half an hour, we had the menu del dia which includes a beer in the price but when we received our bill the two beers we had had be added to the price When we queried this we were told that we beer we had was not included at no time were we told about this and it wasn't just us lots of the other tables were the same. One group of four lads asked for the beers that they should have received with the menu of the dia, once they received them they got up and left without touching the beers. Food was nothing to write home about this place has sadly gone down hill and I wouldn't recommend anybody eating there which is a shame
