La comida muy rica y opciones variadas para elegir acorde a distintos gustos. Nosotros pedimos el aguacate a la brasa para compartir, yo los txipis y mi pareja los carbonaras , quedamos muy satisfechos y la verdad que la elaboración de los platos espectacular. El trato del personal inmejorable, muy cercano y pendientes todo el rato. La mayor parte del tiempo nos atendieron Felipe y Brandom que nos hicieron la velada más amena gracias a su simpatía. Sin duda un sitio para venir y repetir.
Cocina moderna de producto..en un entorno agradable y moderno. Disfrutamos un montón de la comida y de la compañía. Volveremos sin duda. En uno de los locales de referencia en Bilbao. El tartar brutal, la carrilera muy rica y jugosa...y así con los diferentes platos... todo bien regado y amablemente atendidos.
Hemos llamado un sábado a las 14:45 para ver si había hueco y para nuestra sorpresa, nos han facilitado una mesa a las 15:30. Nos han recomendado también que platos escoger, habiendo fuera de carta y propuestas del chef. Hemos pedido croquetas de pato confitado, tagliatelle carbonara y chuletón. Las croquetas muy ricas. La pasta, 100% recomendable. Sin duda volveremos para repetir. El chuletón nos hubiera gustado un poco menos hecho, pero aún así, estaba delicioso. La atención de Tania, que ha sido nuestra camarera, ha sido de 10. Preguntándonos si estábamos contentos y si nos habíamos quedado bien después de haber comido todo. Repetiremos seguro. Un placer.
La experiencia en Basuki ha sido sencillamente memorable, tanto por la cocina como por el servicio. El Chef Alex e Iván demostraron un dominio excepcional del producto y la técnica. El magret de pato, perfectamente ejecutado, destacó por su punto y sabor. Las gyozas rellenas de morcilla con salsa piquillo y yema fueron una auténtica sorpresa: intensas, equilibradas y absolutamente deliciosas. Las vieiras, por su parte, resultaron sencillamente inolvidables, delicadas y llenas de matices. El Chef Youssef brilló con una tagliatella a la carbonara exquisitamente rica, donde la cremosidad y el sabor estaban en perfecta armonía, respetando la esencia del plato con una ejecución impecable. El Chef Dayron cerró la experiencia con una chuleta magistral y unos pimientos del piquillo a la barbacoa que quedarán en la memoria: producto excelente y sabor profundo, sin artificios innecesarios. Mención especial para Tania, la camarera encantadora, por su servicio profesional, atento y cercano, que elevó aún más la experiencia en la casa Basuki. Un restaurante donde el talento en cocina y el buen servicio se encuentran. Totalmente recomendable.
Comimos un pato magret y yo un tagliatelle. Todo estaba absolutamente maravilloso. El servicio también fue excepcional: Daniela, que es brasileña, nos atendió con mucha amabilidad, y Tania tiene un servicio realmente encantador. Sin duda, una experiencia digna de repetir.
Nos ha encantado todo. Muy rica la comida y el servicio excepcional. Tomamos unos cockteles precena y recomendamos el expreso martini y el mojito de maracuya. Tania un encanto. Volveremos.
Fuimos un grupo de 8 personas y la comida ha sido espectacular. Sobre todo, teniendo en cuenta que contábamos con una celiaca y pudimos compartir todo. La atención buena. Los entrantes súper buenos y la carne bien. Volveremos seguro!

Probamos el menú degustación, de 10. Cantidad justa para salir satisfecho pero sin acabar empachado. Platos de 10 (sin tener mucha idea sobre gastronomía). Nos ha atendido Tania junto con el resto del personal de la sala. Atención excelente, muy agradable.
La atención y comida muy buena, es un lugar súper agradable ideal para una buena cena, en esta ocasión probamos el chuletón que estaba muy delicioso, la próxima iremos a probar la pasta.
Bueno, pues ya hemos tenido oportunidad de descubrirlo, Y la verdad es que ha sido un descubrimiento muy agradable. Tienen un menú de Aste nagusia por 58 €, muy bien presentado y equilibrado. Las raciones son abundantes y no te quedarás con hambre. La atención de Felipe, se hace amigable y cercano, pero a la vez es profesional.
El trato no puede ser más cercano: son amables, simpáticos y te hacen sentir en casa desde el primer minuto. La comida está espectacular y, si te queda sitio para el postre, la torrija… ¡no tiene nombre! 🤤✨
Croquetas de pato, deliciosas. Pulpo, increíble. Rodaballo, de muerte. Tarta de queso, exquisita. Y le sumas la encantadora atención de Felipe. Es un sitio para volver sin pensarlo.
Fuimos a comer a Basuki al mediodía y la experiencia fue excelente: el ambiente es moderno y acogedor, la comida está muy bien elaborada, con platos sabrosos y originales, y el servicio fue de diez. Nos atendió Felipe, un camarero cercano, simpático y con muy buen rollo, que nos hizo sentir cómodos desde el primer momento y nos recomendó platos que fueron todo un acierto. Se nota que disfruta lo que hace, y eso se transmite. Sin duda, volveremos; comer bien está genial, pero hacerlo con una atención así lo convierte en una experiencia completa.

The food was tremendously delicious and the service, attentive and helpful. The venue was impressive with a cosy atmosphere. Although some of us were reluctant to try the squid in black ink, they were excellent! What else can you ask for a 26€(around 23£ each) tasting menu of 5 dishes? We'll certainly come back again!!

Very nice restaurant with good ambience and a very friendly staff. The food was really delicious and they had a different take on how to combine local cuisine with e.g. Indian spices… so good!! After 14 days driving around the Basque Country side eating at a lot of good restaurants, this was the highlight . Comes highly recommended.

Very nice place with a cosy atmosphere and an open kitchen. The serve some typical Basque dishes of which I choose. For starters I had croquettes of the house, on with langostino and one with duck, both very tasty. Main course : bacalao in red bell pepper sauce. Not spicy but very tasty as well ( I never had cod like that in my life ) For desert Torrija con crema de romero, this was absolutely fantastic - if you go, try it. And all of this for a very fair price !!
Excellent food. Really enjoyed the pork shoulder, which was cooked expertly, and the waiting team were very kind in serving our wines (which we brought for corkage). Would return next time I’m in Bilbao.

I’m so happy cause we’ve had such a wonderful experience! It was our only evening in Bilbao during our road trip and we were really scared to choose the wrong place since we were suuuper hungry and looking for smth special to keep good memories about this city. Basuki didn’t let us down, we were actually surprised is 4.3, I would expect at least 4.7. The restaurant is beautiful, with a warm and inviting atmosphere and gorgeous interior design. The staff were incredibly kind, quick, and genuinely friendly, which made everything feel so relaxed. We tried six different dishes from their new menu, shared them all, and every single one was absolutely delicious. The solomillo was a standout - so tender it practically melted in my mouth. Highly recommend!
The food was amazing and the service also. The whole ambience of the restaurant was very fancy, but not uncomfortable to visit in a T-shirt The people were very nice and the cocktails were beautiful. I would definitely recommend going there.
We went back to Bilbao last week and to this trendy and hip restaurant since we had such a lovely time there. We had some octopus croquette, which were not bad, but the salmorejo (cold and fresh in a really hot day) and the duck cannelloni were superb!! (10/10) We also ordered the vegetables wok but the waitress, who spoke English, advised us not to, as we were ordering the seabass and it came with a garnish of precisely wok vegetables! There were plenty of vegetables, indeed! Another great day at this restaurant. Couldn't recommend it enough. It never fails to deliver!!
Good service, high quality food. Main courses are on the tiny side but don’t cost to much luckily. The desserts were excellent though.
Took my Spanish in-laws and wife here and the food was very delicious. They are from País Vasco and used to own a restaurant so it’s hard to impress them, but they really raved about it! We enjoyed the way they served the tagliatelle from a giant cheese rind to make it extra cheesy and the special presentation of the tiramisu (see photo). The decor had a cool / sleek vibe and the noise level was perfect for talking. I thought the service was very attentive. One of the few restaurants that actually accepts Amex in Bilbao which is great for travelers from out of town. We will return!
This was the best restaurant experience for us in Bilbao! Have to be the best bao buns I ever had, they seem slightly deep fried and are absolutely delicious. They accommodated our special requests without any issues which was very important since I'm vegetarian. They spoke english very well and we felt accommodated. If I'm ever back in this city, this will be the first place I will return to, thank you!
Wow wow wow, what can I say, this place is amazing from start to finish. I Had an amazing bloody mary to begin and every single course of the set menu was amazing, so many flavours tickling your taste buds, superb! I've eaten in many restaurants in Bilbao over the last 14 years and this is by far the best. To top it off the service and friendliness of the team here is second to none. Great value, great food, great service, what more can you ask. Hector absolutely amazing a real gentleman, patient and with great recommendations we'll be back.

Local bonito, bastante cuidado al detalle y pero no hay mucha luz y se sentía un poco cueva. La comida muy buena, a destacar la tagliatelle lo sirven en la mesa con el queso parmigiano reggiano y estaba muy bueno aunque la trufa no la llegue a notar. la carrillera ibérica buenísima. La croqueta de la casa ni fu ni fa no volvería a pedirlo. Algo que no me gustó, es que sirvieron agua de grifo en una botella de cristal normal (no comercial) y cobraron 1,2€, me di cuenta al salir. También tienen carta de cocteles que los hacen en una barra muy bonita que hay en la entrada. En general muy bueno.
Fuimos a probar el menú degustación y salimos contentos. La atención fue muy cercana y amable, explicando cada plato con detalle, y el sitio es precioso, muy cuidado. Los platos estaban bien presentados y con combinaciones originales. Algunos nos encantaron (como las alitas deshuesadas y la mousse de chocolate 😍), y otros quizá no nos convencieron tanto, pero se nota el esfuerzo y el cariño en cada propuesta. En general, una experiencia muy agradable, con buena cocina, un trato excelente y un ambiente que invita a volver.

We went here on a Saturday night; the place has a cool interior; good atmosphere, cheque but not too fancy. There was a DJ playing in the background which gave a great vibe, but music wasn't loud so perfect for dinner. They have a few tasty vegetarian/vegan options which isn't widespread in Basque Country. Our advise; to get one of the tasty cocktails is a must and the eggplant starter and chocolate cake dessert were really good!

Fuimos de comida de empresa y desde el primer momento el trato del camarero que nos atendió fue de una calidad cuestionable. Al ser un menú de Navidad con platos cerrados dejó mucho que desear: una ensalada pobre de cuatro brotes con tres langostinos, un único canelón, con diferencia el mejor plato de todo el menú pero muy escaso. Un pescado que en la mayoría de los casos llegó crudo y frío, cuando solicitamos al camarero que, por favor, repasase algunas de las piezas solo recibimos comentarios innecesarios y malas miradas mientras los retiraba. Como último plato nos trajeron una carrillera alejada de estar en su punto de cocción y por ultimo una tarta que, por pasarse de moderna y justificar de alguna manera el precio, parecía una broma. El establecimiento tampoco está preparado para personas con movilidad reducida, ya que las mesas para grupos grandes están situadas en una entreplanta sin ascensor. En definitiva, el precio de 62€ por persona me parece muy elevado para la calidad y la cantidad de la comida y el trato recibido.

Menuda decepción de restaurante la verdad , fuimos a celebrar un cumpleaños y lo único que se salva es la decoración del lugar que está muy bonita , hasta ahí lo bueno . La pasta sin sabor ninguno y el arroz con marisco igual sin sabor pero además este tenía como medio kilo de mahonesa … Cada cacho de pan 1,8 e una buena broma y la copa de vino 4,4 e….
