Marketta was a great server! Coming for lunch was quick and fresh! Came with colleagues. Music was current R&B. Real lounge like vibe! Enviornment was clean. I had a Strawberry Daq-a-rita. Made with patron tequila, tasted like a tart slushie. For my entree I chose the lime Fiesta chicken with broccoli instead of rice. Pretty tasty! I'm not typically a fan of Applebee's but this experience was good. My friend had salmon. Update: the Captain Morgan's Mai Tai that's on special for $6 is GREAT! We returned.... I ordered the chicken wrap off the lunch menu and broccoli. Very filling meal! My friend ordered a grilled chicken Ceasar. The passion drink for $6 is made with Titos vodka. It was pretty good too. For dessert we ordered the blondy. It was served warm with a scoop of ice cream. Of course we had Markeeta again!

SHAME ON YOU APPLEBEE'S!!!I was Very Blown away that This Applebee's served our meals with a PLASTIC WRAPPER WITH PLASTIC FOOD UTENSILS!!! I inquired why they were using plastic and the response was "people ask for plastic so we just serve that now". I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED and will reconsider eating at Applebee's from here on our!!! First off How does this Help our Out of Control Plastic dependency n Climate issues? I won't tell you how difficult it was to eat a steak the first day using a plastic knife! However the Food was Great, and adequate temperatures. Went 2 days in a row, 2 Separate servers and Both servers acted annoyed we were there, slow for service and made us reluctant to even ask anything. Refills were slow if at all.

Decent food, steak was cooked perfectly to order, and the server was very nice. Minus one star for giving me plastic cutlery to eat a steak. I did get a real knife when I asked for it. Minus one star for forgetting to microwave the mash potatoes. They were roughly refrigerator temperature when served. Tasty though. Broccoli was pretty mushy, but tasty.

Salad lettuce was old. beer and wings was good. Bathroom was extremely nasty. Would go again for the wings but will never use the restroom there again.

We went in to have drinks and eat at the bar. We were easily seated but there were school age children dining at the bar. Which made the environment a little uncomfortable. After the children finally leave, I played a song no cursing and a few of the patrons staring singing and the manager asked the bartender to tell us we were too loud. As a fellow employee of Apple Bee’s I know that children are NOT allowed at the bar. The customer should be able to enjoy the bar as long as they are respectful of the environment and staff. This particular store makes their own rules and none are in align with the company and what they offer.

Omg...... The service was a mess! It took entirely too long to get a server, once we got a server it took entirely too long to receive our drinks. The appetizers were cold and so was the food. The food taste like it had sat for ever... I was very disappointed because I've never experienced such poor service at this Applebee's!

Came to dine in @11:00pm . The door greeter was extremely rude and walked right pass my partner and I . The manager told us to our face they are about to close when we clearly had 50 mins left to dine . Bad CUSTOMER SERVICE !

We came in today at 3:55pm and was sat in the second booth in the first section in front of the door. there were people both in front and behind us and we were NEVER waited on. There were two different waitresses that came up to the two different tables, managers, and bartenders that made eye contact with us MULTIPLE times, yet still never took our order. we waited for 30 minutes and finally left. the one waitress that seemed to be over the section kept going to sit down and look at her phone. one of us literally came to the SAME place 3 weeks ago, and everything was great, so we really have no clue why it seemed like we were being denied service. Owner, please do not comment "im so sorry, please click this link" because that doesnt cut it. if you have multiple complaints over the SAME problem, something needs to be done.

I ordered on DoorDash a Caesar salad extra dressing and the chicken broccoli alfredo with extra alfredo…. The salad came with blue cheese dressing and the chicken broccoli alfredo was dry and tasted like it was dumped in dirty dish water it was very disgusting 🤮

No service at all. Waited in an almost restaurant for 10 minutes to be told we would have to wait to be seated. 10 more minutes we were finally seated and forgotten. Nobody ever took an order nor offered a glass of water. After waiting 10 more minutes we decided to leave. If you are looking for a place to eat, do not go Applebee's in Five Points West. All thumbs down. I can't rate the food because we were never even offered water. Service a minus.

I ordered a glass of wine, and then ordered another. I only got about a 1/3 of wine, and was waiting for the bartender to fill my glass up, but it never happened. I still got charged for glasses of wine. I asked to change one of the TVs on the football game, and the manager said they lost the remote. 3 customers was looking at they're phone at the game. Poorly managed place!!!!!!

I just left Applebee's and it makes me sad. Please don't offer carside service if you don't have it. I walk in and the manager was pretty rude. I get home and the burger is mushy and inedible. Tried to eat it with a fork and it falls apart. It doesn't even taste like meat. We already don't have many restaurants on this side of the city. Please upgrade!
