First of all, I normally have decent experiences with Domino's Pizza. The service and atmosphere is usually really good - the employees have always been very helpful, courteos, and professional to me. However, the pizzas have been atrocious lately! The thin pizza are too dry and burnt; the hand tossed pizzas have bubbly crusts, missing cheese, and sauce in places, and meat in scarcity as well. I love pizza and we order a lot frm Domino's, either by pickup or delivery. I'm really saddened at how the quality has diminished. Unfortunately, I'll have to find another restaurant for pizza now Disappointed Customer

I got to give a 1 rating on this pizza I ordered the extravaganzza medium pizza and a ultimate pepperoni. This is unexpectable this doesn't look like a pizza

The manager was rude. I order 4 pizzas i received 3 and they were all cold. Then the driver went and got the 4th one and itbwas really cold. I called the manger and he refused to make me fresh pizza. I ahowed the driver how cold it was and he said he was going to show the manager. I asked them to come get the cold pizzas and refund me my money. They refused. This has been the worse service ever from this location. Their day shift is never like the night shift. Me and my coworkers always order from this location but not anymore

Spent 25-30 minutes waiting on food just for them to cancel and tell me that the 30 minute wait time was actually really good bc it's usually 45 minutes I then asked why my order was cancelled after I waited all that time? Well we couldn't find you and we tried calling you 3 times! Not a single vehicle pulled into my parking lot AND I had to call them back twice just to get answers. Worst dominos in all of Alabama!

The pizza was very salty the driver was friendly and and came at a decent time service was great food is not this is the only pizza I've order from here so far idk if I'll be ordering again

I ordered a extra large pizza from Domino's extra pepperoni and cheese on 12/21/24 I place an order at 9:30 pm I picked it up at 9:45 pm the pizza was ICE COLD ❄️ ❄️ the manager had a snobbish attitude when I call the store to ask the manager was the pizza freshly made she got smart and say it's 20° outside like I don't know she act like I walked home I only live 5 minutes away from Domino's no way that pizza should have been ice cold if they made it fresh no way this pizza should have been hard is a brick if it was freshly made you spending your money and then they trust to get a attitude never again

I eat dominos more than anything this the first time I ever had to find anybody on google to make a review like the stuff taste like mad testerday whole bunch of sauce on it and I put light suace nd I’ll just show you wat the bread bites look like they swimming lol nd I paid for marinara cuz ig one don’t come with it nd they didn’t put it in there eaither I hope the health department shut them down so I won’t make that mistake again

This is the 2nd time I have ordered a salad, probably the most SIMPLE ITEM TO ORDER, and it’s been OLD. I ordered this today 5/27 & the date on the salad is 5/27. I’m NOT trying to get SICK. Just disgusting.

Walked in the store, did not get a welcome at all. This is the pizza I was served in 5 points west. The worst pizza I've ever had. My grand babies would eat it. They asked for cheese. Half the cheese is missing. Money wasn't. Threw it away

Order pizza online. Did not pick up pizza until a hour later because that’s the time I left home. Pizza wasn’t ready. I personally think the staff ate it because they thought I wasn’t coming to pick it up.

My food was old and cold the pineapples were dry meaning my pizza had been sitting for hours the Philly I had was not made to order either just go to jacks cause this place on the way out the door just throw the whole establishment away at this point because if you’re not serving hot food, why are you in business? I feed it to my dogs

Bad service and nasty attitudes. I almost ran my car through the building. It’s 2025 and with our hard earned money we chose to keep you in business , but we will not put up with unprofessional pizza makers!!!!!

The service was very poor I ordered a pizza that had cheese spreaded here and there and when I said something about it the cashier said it was due to bubbles in the crust. So does the bubbles make the cheese disappear SMDH. So I had them make another one which was no different Dominoes don't have to ever worry about this customer again.

Pizza /Wings were over cooked and tasted spoiled. Never again will I go to this location. Very gross
