On this particular night, around 8:30 pm I went through the drive thru with a friend of mine. The customer service was so pleasant!! We were pleasantly surprised and are very happy with the staff. The food was also fresh and our order was correct. 10/10 experience. Props to the staff that were working at the time

I don’t know who they have on the headset/speaker in the morning. They take forever to answer the speaker box and have you sitting and waiting at least 10-20 minutes before they come on the speaker box. I’m very disappointed with this McDonald’s. They constantly refuse to provide service after 12 a.m., even though they claim to be a 24/7 restaurant. What’s the point of being open 24 hours if customers are denied service? On top of that, DoorDash orders are never prepared correctly. Items are missing or not made the way they were ordered. FIX THE DRINK MACHINES flat HOT soda is not what I paid for, its not even the fact that its not cold its almost hot thats ridiculous do better lines are always long and service is mid at best.
This location use to be amazing but lately they have went downhill. I have been given the location 3 last chances. They cannot get drinks correct. They are not putting ice in the drinks. Ordered a large fry and it was filled only half way. The fries are cold. And the hamburger meat is burnt. Everyone in the window act like they don't want to be there. No one says hello, thank you, you're welcome, have a nice day.
This facility was definitely hustling to get the orders out because drive through was jammed and so was the restaurant with people making orders. I really don’t know if they were understaffed or what but it took me 25 minutes to get a cheeseburger, one small fry and a medium coke. Once in the car I discovered that all of my food was not even warm plus the fries were old and I saw fresh fries being pulled out of the fryer. I usually stop at Burger King whenever I come to town so I believe I will go back to Burger King from now on. Close this site because it’s not serving the public with good food or service.
I went this morning and used my app rewards,First thing they only have one line open at breakfast. Waiting in line 8 mins before I could tell her that I had pickup order.She then tell me I can't do app order cancel and order with her.I cant do that I'm using my rewards. I also told her she should have explained the system down .Not just tell me I can't do pickup .We both got upset cause I waited for nothing and she mad cause the system always messed up she says .It's a way to talk to ppl. It's way to handle business. This is why I rather go take that extra trip to Hardee's then deal with rude employees. Please fix app in Heritage store and teach employees how to talk to ppl
I just came up there about 10 mins ago my chicken sandwich was hard and stale as if it been there since yesterday and my cookies was so hard I was gonna come back but I had a long day at work exhausted just wanted some good hot food my fries was soggy this then happen to me 5 times going at night I hate that I have to loose money because wokers are being lazy other people work as hard as them everyday or had long days and just wanna eat I don’t deserve to have my money wasted it’ was a male with box braids or knotless braids that handed it to me like it was okay I hate this restaurant no respect
I’ve given this McDonald’s location more than enough chances, but every single time especially during night hours there is always an issue. Whether I order online or in person, I can never count on getting my food made correctly. The burgers are often undercooked or just sloppily thrown together, and the fries are consistently cold and stale. Most of the problems start after 9 PM. The service becomes extremely slow, with employees visibly vaping and arguing inside the store while customers are left waiting 45 minutes or more in the drive-thru. On this particular night, I placed and paid for my order through the McDonald’s app. As a former employee, I know how things are supposed to work: once a mobile order is placed, it appears on their screen immediately. When the customer arrives and gives the pickup code, the crew should simply confirm it and hand over the food, no delays. When I arrived, there were 10 cars in the drive-thru and about 5 still waiting to place orders. Since my order was already placed and paid for, I drove around them to the window. I sat in line for 25 minutes, waiting just to reach the window, only to be met by someone who claimed to be the manager, vape in hand, telling me to go all the way back around to give them the code through the speaker. That makes absolutely no sense when they already had the order in their system, and I was there with the code ready. The night shift at this location is careless, rude, and unprofessional. They have no urgency, no courtesy, and zero respect for customers’ time. If this is how the manager handles things, then a serious change in leadership is overdue. I hope corporate sees this and steps in to address what’s going on at this store. Until then, I strongly advise against ordering from this McDonald’s after 9 PM.
That little lady with the glasses (and I’m being polite) that you all have managing or supervising… Please stop every time she’s working the staff and her is a joke and think everything is a joke. 2 encounters with her the first one I let slide. She’s rude and allows the staff to play on the intercoms and she’s just as rude acting as if she’s their age. I asked one of her staff members who was playing entirely too much a question about her sarcasm she called herself running to tell. While the second window remained shut for 2 minutes for her to get her (prove me innocent story out) they were withholding my drinks. (which the lids had to be coffee lids by the way on 2 fruit punch drinks) The lady jumps into defense mode and didn't know what she was talking about from the customer’s point of view or experience . The little girl started playing from the time of order. Instead of a customer friendly approach which it shouldn’t have been an approach at all, she wanted to go back and forth. This is the community Mcdonald’s we frequent and I never have a problem until she’s there. She’s too lenient with the staff and or they don’t respect her to play like that on her shift. Or she likes crappy service herself.
I drove up to restaurant 12105 05/18/2025 at 12:51 PM Order 51 where there was a line wrapped around the restaurant. Then proceeded to get in the Drive-Thru line, where it took several minutes before the other cars could pull up enough for me to enter my order. Ironically, I'd predicted a bad experience just by the line speed. Reached the speaker and was told to hold, and I held for at least 5 minutes. The rep finally asked for my order; I ordered a #3 and 8 Large with Lemonade (he mistakenly entered a Medium) as I was told the drink machine was broken (only tea, lemonade, & water was available). Got to the window was given a medium coke and a small then medium lemonade. I told the rep. this was wrong and could hear a manager (older woman with twisted hair) yelling "I can't give him that if it's not on the order." Then I was told I had to pay 40 cents to get the large I'd ordered and paid for, I thought. I went in, they still refused to correct my order and I then demanded a refund which I did receive. This was atrocious and beyond belief.
Don't bother, this was out of desperation and it won't happen again, QUARTER POUNDER WITH CHEESE no mustard no onions... 5x we told her, she even repeated it back a total of five times, I swear. Not to mention we waited two minutes to order. 4x in the drive thru. Again confirming at the window... pulls off ... mustard AND onions no cheese? Luckily they are so bad that we could shake the ingredients off and save the meat and sauscless bottom bun... read it AGAIN, this happened. It didn't make any sense they were not busy at all. We didn't even wait for the order. Over all it went as expected.
