A good pizza place. Cheap food. Great hot sandwiches, salad selection. Has a soda fountain and a selection of snooty/artisinal bottled soda.
The best place to eat pizza every other place is belittled by the insane flavors! This isn’t regular food this is magic in a kitchen!!!
A good variety of pizza. Generous on the toppings. Pizza is soft and fluffy and at the same time crispy.
Excellent best pizza on water street, unfortunately permanently closed on November 15.
The pizza ia great there and the owner and employees are good peoples
Best Pizza in the are. They also serve meals. Reasonably priced.
Damn good pie, great service, fresh food. Loved it and so did my sons!
We were visiting NYC from Canada and wanted your classic NY slice. We definitely got this here! Great 'za!
Absolutly fantastic pizza! The meat lovers was perfect & buffalo chicken just the right spice kick. Friendly staff and good seating
Surprisingly good! Got a slice after getting off the Ferry. The place was busy and we were in and out without any problems. Thumbs up!
Their pizza is the best. If you like thin crust that is crispy, you will love their pizza. Highly recommend the mushroom pizza. I go there everytime I am in that area.
Took 4 kids here for dinner. A great family dinner because it was super fast and tasty. Lots of variety and hit the spot! A stack of empty plates bears the true testament.
We had a large picnic in the park and these guys made it happen - super friendly and accommodating. Great food; great service. Thanks Billy!🙌
This place is special, for lunch. One of the best baked Zitis and chicken Parms around Wall Street. Spent many lunches here and was never disappointed.
Luv this place, best pizza in the neighborhood. I particularly love their White slice as it has a lot of flavor.
amazing food, served quickly, great prices. wish there was more seating, but otherwise an amazing place to have lunch, highly recommend the Alfredo.
This is one of the best pizza places in the downtown area. It's simple, delicious, and the prices are reasonable.
Pranzo Pizza and Pasta: A Welcoming Respite Near Battery Park. After a grueling two-hour experience climbing the Statue of Liberty's stairs, my family desperately needed good food and a comfortable place to rest. Pranzo Pizza and Pasta's impressive Google Maps ratings caught our attention, and we decided to give it a try. That decision proved to be exactly what we needed. The moment we walked in, the friendly team welcomed us warmly, immediately setting a positive tone for our visit. The restaurant's table arrangement and overall atmosphere revealed something special, this wasn't just another tourist trap near a major attraction. Instead, it felt like a genuine local community gathering spot, the kind of neighborhood eatery where regulars know the staff by name. The homely vibe extended beyond the décor into every aspect of the experience. There's something comforting about finding an authentic, unpretentious restaurant in an area typically dominated by overpriced, mediocre tourist establishments. We ordered the meatball hero, a slice of pizza, and a pasta dish, a solid sampling of their Italian-American offerings. Each dish delivered exceptional flavor and quality, but what truly tied everything together was their homemade marinara sauce. You can immediately taste the difference between mass-produced sauce and something crafted with care and traditional recipes. The marinara had depth, richness, and that indefinable quality that only comes from food made with genuine attention and soul. The meatball hero was hearty and satisfying, the pizza slice had perfectly balanced toppings and crust, and the pasta demonstrated proper cooking technique, not overcooked or swimming in excess sauce. For anyone visiting Battery Park or the Statue of Liberty, Pranzo Pizza and Pasta offers exactly what tired tourists need: authentic food, reasonable prices, and a welcoming atmosphere that feels like a temporary home away from the crowds.
"Hey, brother" was the friendly greeting I got from the man that I took to be the owner. I wanted a slice of genuine NYC for lunch and I got it. I ordered a calzone and diet coke. Simple but tasty. Good prices and I expect I could have had more traditional fare but I was in a rush. Lots of blue collar workers in there, male and female, gives an indication of good value.
It was a good pizza shop in the wall street area. High priced but the service and the food are worth the extra cost i like that they have all types of slices and pies. They also have the pasta and meat section all types of pasta and chicken shrimp and egg plant. You can make your own combination platter.
Very friendly service and great pizza! Nice place to sit and enjoy food with your family!
Great cozy place coming off the ferry. Took the family here. Had everything from slices and pasta to calzones and salads. Everyone was happy.
The pizza here is everything you want a NY pizza slice to be. The customer service here is also great.
Great pizza and awesome service.
If you are in New York, you must eat here. Best pizza I have ever eaten!

this place is a good place to go to for lunch. however, being downtown in a busy business atmosphere, a lot of people come here for lunch and it sometimes gets packed, but they are very fast with getting your order and the penne a la vodka was amazing! i would definitely go back to eat here again. I want to know why it closes so early though!
Great place for lunch! My boys absolutely loved the pizza and even said it was the best they've ever had. The food was delicious, and it’s always a joy to find a spot that makes the whole family happy. Highly recommend this place!
I'd never been to New York, just knew that y'all were snobs about pizza. Came here, and, WOW! That snobbery is well deserved! I still haven't found a 'za in Colorado that even comes close. Simply delicious!
😋 Deliciously tasty pizza slice. Traditional NYC thin crust, perfect amount of sauce and just the right amount of cheese. They use high quality ingredients, and have nice fresh hot lunch. 🍕
Stopped. In for a second had to go back to Florida it now I want to go back home !!!!this place is awesome old Brooklyn pizza shop vibe from the smell of the food and the ppl its makes you feel homie and you can tell they cook with love its a prefect spot to chill and vibe can’t wait til my vacation time that’s going to be one of my first stops!!!!!god bless!!!!!!!
Very nice staff selling very nice pizza. Tried 3 types, all of them was delicious. The price is also pretty good, worth every penny.
We tried the vodka pasta with chicken Parmesan. It came with a delicious garlic knot and marinara sauce. The vodka pasta sauce was the best I’ve had. We also tried a calzone with ricotta, mozzarella and pepperoni. I am not a big fan of ricotta cheese because it overwhelms the flavor of the food but it really complimented the calzone. The owner was really friendly, as were the employees. 23 years open speaks for itself! Best food I’ve had in NY so far!
The calzone and vodka pasta were excellent!! The marinara sauce was very authentic and excellent tasting. The staff was amazing and were very helpful. 10/10!!!

Great pizza, tables a little dirty but awesome service and good food, fair price.
Great friendly place, just love the stuff shells and penna ala Vodka pasta
Best pizza and pasta in the Water St. area. We have ordered pies for meetings and parties in the past and it's always excellent. As pizza is my favorite food, I'm picky about where to go so Pranzo is my first choice for NYC style pizza.
Pizza was good. I only had the chicken and regular slices. They didn't have any options besides veggie for non pork eaters.
I could not leave New York without getting some pie. This pizza was solid. Nice crust, good cheese and toppings
Good pizza, good people A good place to grab a quick bite 👌

The pizza is cheap, and the service is quick. The pizza is definitely way better eaten fresh than delivered
Pizza was alright, but the staff wasn't the most welcoming nor the most patient; and I'm not a huge fan of cheesy techno background music for lunch.
I usually go to Da Vinci down the block, but someone recommended I try Pranzo instead. They don't have as many kinds of pizza as many slice places, but I liked the ones they have. I haven't tried the pasta yet.
When inquired, I was told the pasta are all $6 for small and $7 for large. So I called for the meat lasagna. Then I was told it's $7.50 for one size. I wanted to change my mind but he had already placed it into the black round container. I took it with no question asked and paid. I stayed for immediate consumption. The lasagna tasted funny because it had fatty hamburger meat in it. Very fat meat I must say, although the sauce was good. It was cold cause they didn't bother to reheat for me. As a result, I wouldn't recommend their pasta or hot food. It wasn't a pleasant experience for me. Try the pies, as their pizza was decent, and is what I'll get (if I'd go again). Staff and owner are friendly. Pizza and pasta selection are varied. Affordable prices (for Italian food) and good location (for Financial District). Tables and seats are uncleaned. Eat at your own risk.

Guys made me sit & wait almost 40 mins for a pie that never came out thanks for wasting my whole lunch break you definitely lost a regular customer
Unprofessional, I ordered pizza for my company's meeting and the owner broadcast it to the whole restaurant that I didn't leave a tip when I stopped by sign the receipt, it's embarrassing to me. He wasn't aware that the delivery person has been given cash as tips upon delivery. STILL UNPROFESSIONAL. I don't know how good the pizza is I wouldn't order here period.
Just brought lasagna that was more like soup no favor portion size wasn't worth my $13.00 dollars
Oh. My. God. First, I ordered a pasta with clam sauce, but instead, I got a swamp monster. Why is this thing filled to the brim with pasta water? I feel like I'm looking at Cthulu's babies. If I wanted soggy baby food, I can easily get that at a fraction of the price. I drained and threw it out, and I almost never throw food away because whenever I do, I bring shame upon my ancestors who suffered through the great Chinese famine. But in this scenario, even they gave me a pass. I was going to let it slide, however, because I got a refund and we all have off days. Except then I kept getting calls asking me to pick up another order I never placed, and I repeatedly told them that I had already gotten my order an hour ago, and that I had not placed another order. They even had the front desk in my building call me, to which they received the SAME ANSWER I had given already. If I wanted to be disturbed and harassed, I would just unblock my exes. But I don't want to be disturbed or harassed, thank yew.
