They sell cheap pizza. The stuffed pretzel crust pizza was ready when I got there (a little later than my initial pickup window). It tasted good for the price, though they put way too much pretzel salt on it (luckily it dusts off easily). It was even better after reheating it in a pan to crisp up the crust. Service was fine, though they almost got my order wrong when I placed it by phone, so just double check your orders when placing them.

Went the other day and a girl in the back making pizzas had her long hair down and kept touching it and would go straight back without washing her hands. Unhygienic. Please teach your employees to at least put their hair up. The cashier was friendly though.

This store delivered raw dough to me. I have no idea how you get cheese to melt on raw dough, but they figured it out. They subcontract door dash for their deliveries. When I called the manager, they said the raw pizza dough was door dashes fault and hung up on me when I requested the store managers info. I asked corporate if the raw dough my kids ate was safe and they said probably not, so there's that. Eat here at your own risk.

Maybe they’re turning into you get what you pay for instead of a good deal? Super disappointed in the experience.

For some reason this location no longer puts online pizza portal pickups in the pizza portal warmer. Over the last two months I have been taking record of all my orders there that were supposed to be placed in the pizza portal, not a single one of them has been. The last time I ordered I even waited extra time before I went in to see if they would put the food into the warmer after it was finished and not only did they not do that, but I walked in and sat next to the warmer and waited for about 10 extra minutes before someone finally asked me if I was there for a pickup order. When I said yes and gave them my name they immediately turned around and pulled my order off the counter in the back of the restaurant and handed it to me. Which unfortunately means that it was sitting there getting cold for about 10-15 minutes before i finally got it, instead of being placed in the warmer for me to pick up like it was supposed to be. I also took a video of the interaction and have the entire thing on camera EDIT: After further review of other comments I have decided I will never again order food from this location. I’ve lived in this town for 25 years and this is probably the second worst example of customer service I’ve ever seen take place here

Im not sure who the young person, short with glasses, skinny & I believe was a boy is working on the ovens on Friday 11-17-23 @ 8pm. But this is the 2nd time I’ve got a pizza that the crust was Very doughy to where the toppings were just falling off the pizza when picked up because the crust was So thin & doughy! Idk if they are pulling the pizzas out to early or what. Even messed up a Pizza & Stix the Same way to where I couldn’t even eat it smh. I got a Pizza & Stix (same exact order) on Monday 11-13-23 around 8pm also & an African American man made it & it was Just Fine that night! Cooked rite & tasted Very well! But, as I said whoever this young boy with glasses is, you guys need to take him Off making the pizzas! 1st time they made my pizza it actually made me sick to my stomach from eating it the way it was, so I didn’t even bother eating this one this time! Needless to say I won’t be returning & If I do I will make Sure I walk in to make sure that young boy Isn’t the one making the pizzas Or on the oven!!’ Money wasted

Garbage..order was incomplete and missing items. Stuff that showed was inedible..just trying to feed my neice and nephew after their moms funeral..thanks for making a hard day that much worse

Beyond the long waits, the biggest issue is the total lack of engagement from staff when problems arise. There's no attempt to communicate, apologize, or offer solutions, which leaves customers feeling unheard and undervalued. It's truly baffling how these issues persist across multiple visits.

My order wasn't cooked all the way and my chicken tasted like is was sitting there for hours and not cooked all the way and then payed for a 2 litter and never got it besides that food was cold and the driver had a attitude. I won't eat here again or suggest anyone I know to eat at this place so know I wasted money I couldn't eat this . Just flat out naste.Wow

He was the only one that cared and I think his name was Trevor. The only reason I’d go back is if more employees were like him.
