In my opinion, their burgers are the best in Geo, and their prices are very reasonable. I recommend ordering takeout or delivery, as the service is terrible. I don't like the way they treat you, and it's not like I'm particularly demanding. The last time I went, when I sat down at a table, it was all sticky; I don't think they ever really clean them. The atmosphere isn't as welcoming as it used to be, when I actually wanted to go there to eat and hang out with my friends.

It's a nice place, the food is very good, excellent price, and they have good promotions. The problem is the customer service; you arrive and they don't attend to you. At least in my case, when they brought my order to my table, they didn't give me napkins, and the employees seem to be in their own world. They should remember that customer service is fundamental for a business to continue growing. The food is very good, but they have a serious problem with flies.

Personally, they are no longer what they used to be in terms of service. The guys who are there don't serve you very well, they are not attentive. I placed an order, went to get it and everything was cold and it didn't take long to arrive when they told me by text that my order was ready (that is, they tell you it's too late by text when your order is already there and you arrive to pick it up when everything is cold). Most importantly, the flavor of the hamburgers is not what it used to be. Besides, they used to be bigger and the proportion of the ingredients in the hamburger was coarser, it is absolutely not the same anymore. Their meat is now frozen, the potatoes lack seasoning, and personally, I have asked for my hamburger without mayonnaise several times and they have made a mistake several times. Yes, they have changed it, but it is not possible that they continue to make mistakes. In conclusion, they should change their waiters or people who serve and their cooks.

For the price it's fine. But if the meat were the size of a loaf of bread, it would be too much bread for too little meat, and the potatoes were salty. The music they play is very strange, which makes customers uncomfortable.

I ordered through the app because I was passing by and it looked nice, but I definitely don't recommend ordering through the app. I ordered two burgers and they threw in three tiny packets of dressing (a lemon is bigger than those packets, which are half air), not even enough for one burger, plus tiny slices of tomato, pineapple (on the Hawaiian), and onion. Honestly, I don't recommend ordering through the app at all. P.S. I don't know if they only do this with delivery orders, but even so, the fact that it's delivery doesn't excuse how awful and poorly served it was. And for the price, you'd expect something at least decent.

The images they promote on Rappi or here on their page have nothing to do with reality, the bread is all dry, they don't even put any mayonnaise on it, the taste is bad, honestly, I was very disappointed, I expected more and for the price it is very expensive for what it is

I regularly order from this establishment, but I always order takeout. However, it usually arrives incomplete, specifically without ketchup or mustard. They're often distracted and don't pay attention to the order. Perhaps they need to better train the person at the counter. Today, I placed an order that took a very long time. I paid by bank transfer, and the girl who served me gave a completely invalid excuse. After almost an hour, they finally told me it was ready, but when I arrived at the branch, the counter manager, with her deplorable service, was completely unresponsive, and the order wasn't ready—the disposable container was covered in sauce. I've been a customer for a long time because I like the food, but due to the poor service I received today, I won't be ordering there again. Thank you.

Terrible service. They say it's ready at a certain time and then they deliver it 40 minutes later and it's cold because the useless guy who serves doesn't deliver the orders. I clearly saw when my order came out and because I didn't go and check, they have you waiting there. Truly terrible service.
