We celebrated our 25th anniversary at this wonderful agriturismo. The location is enchanting, the service excellent, and the chef extremely kind and knowledgeable. We highly recommend it for your events. Excellent value.

Wedding on April 5, 2025. Impeccable organization, maître d' Armando, a wonderful and incredibly helpful person, along with all the staff. Chef Paolo was superb in every dish, and all the guests (about 100) were delighted with both the menu and the organization. We also had the civil ceremony on site, and everything was perfect here too, the people and experience were exceptional!

On Sunday, March 16th, I had the pleasure of celebrating my graduation at your establishment. Aside from the beauty of the masseria, both the indoor and outdoor spaces, I was also thrilled by the kindness of the chef, who guided us from the beginning in choosing the menu, accommodating everyone's needs. I would also like to commend the head waiter Armando, who with his kindness and patience managed to organize our dining room perfectly. The quality and quantity of the food deserved an A+, so much so that I received compliments in the following days. I'm happy I made an excellent choice in choosing you. Thank you so much.

We booked this agriturismo at 12:00 PM after visiting the Cefalá Diana thermal baths. They took our reservation right away and seated us upon our arrival at a beautiful table set next to the fireplace. The location is very pleasant, well-kept and with lovely outdoor spaces; there's even a small chapel inside the cloister. We ate deliciously; we went straight to the point without even asking what was on the menu, let alone knowing the price. The staff were kind and very polite; they even asked us if we had any intolerances or allergies, and during lunch I even saw them serving a vegetarian option to one of our guests. We really appreciated it; we'll be back.

We went to lunch at this beloved place on Sunday for our third wedding anniversary. We were greeted with the warm hospitality and professionalism of all the owners, including our dear chef Paolo, whose exquisite dishes offer a taste of the local specialties of our beloved Sicily. And last but not least, our Maître de salle Armando, who not only serves excellently but also welcomes you to a home-away-from-home atmosphere with unparalleled professionalism. Finally, I'm writing this review not to advertise anyone, but to help those who love good food and hospitality discover the absolute beauty of this corner of paradise.

I visited this agriturismo with family and friends for lunch, so I'm only reviewing the restaurant. Getting to the agriturismo isn't difficult, even though it's in a fairly isolated area, like every agriturismo. There's ample parking upon arrival. I visited the agriturismo, which has both the restaurant and the rooms for rent. We ate lunch outside since it was a beautiful day. The agriturismo also has a swimming pool and several large rooms for banquets and receptions. The menu was varied and included an appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert. The best parts were the appetizers; the ricotta and fried fish were delicious. Excellent service, and helpful staff. I highly recommend booking. Lunch cost €35 per person with a fixed menu; a fair price for the quantity and quality of the food, the latter of which was very high. Recommended.

It was my first time there, recommended by friends who had already been, and I must say I was incredibly surprised! The place is gorgeous, nestled in the countryside, in an enchanting landscape and in complete tranquility... practically an oasis of relaxation. We had Sunday lunch with friends and ate wonderfully! The set menu included a series of delicious typical Sicilian appetizers (all fresh and seasonal), followed by two first courses (the tagliatelle with wild boar ragù was superb!), two meat-based main courses (the pork shank was delicious!) with wild greens, and to round things off, dessert was a must. All of this, of course, was accompanied by the house wine, which was refilled immediately without even having to ask. The service was impeccable, the waiters extremely kind and always attentive. Special thanks to the owners, who came by often to make sure everything was fine. When you combine excellent food, good wine, and great company in an enchanting place, you can't help but be satisfied! We'll definitely be back, especially since we saw how gorgeous the outdoor area is...the pool, lawn, and the well-maintained courtyard are definitely the added value of this place! Thanks to the staff, and see you next time!

I stayed at Antica Masseria da Salvo for a relative's wedding. The organization and quality of the food were excellent. The location was quiet, bucolic, and very well-maintained. The pool was lovely, set in a perfectly maintained lawn. The only drawback, especially for women wearing high heels (remember, it was a wedding reception), was the old, cemented cobblestone flooring, which made walking on it uncomfortable. However, I appreciate the authenticity of the place. I recommend flat, comfortable shoes. My overall rating is still very high.

Christmas dinner 2025 with colleagues... The place is beautiful, and the food isn't superb, but it's more than decent. The problem is the absolutely appalling service. The waiters are few, disorganized, and rude. We had to beg for drinks, resulting in all the appetizers being accompanied by only water (drinks were off-menu, so they were a bit stupid on the business side). The highlight of the day was finding a 6-inch bolt in the almond parfait, which I fortunately spat out in time. I tried to take the plate to management, but was stopped by the so-called maître d', who didn't say a word. I was immediately rescued by the much more experienced waiter, who took the plate away from him, saying, "Give me the plate and get off the floor." Obviously, no apology or word was said. Kudos to the managers; you're destroying a beautiful place by offering appalling service. Personally, I'll never go again.

Terrible event management. We booked a communion for early May, made arrangements, and sent a deposit. Only today, by pure chance, did we discover that we would have to share the room with other people. I think this information should be provided immediately. It's a shame because the place is worth it and the food is good. Perhaps they should organize themselves better or hire someone who understands this.

I expected better, the starter was decent, the pasta was completely raw, so much so that I couldn't eat the main course, as I couldn't tell what meat it was. The menu said mutton, I've never seen mutton breaded with so much breading. Coca-Cola poured into a jug that was obviously no longer fizzy. The desserts were the only saving grace. An experience I will never repeat.
