Overall I was pleased with my Pizza. They prepared it fresh and hot in under 15 minutes. The Pizza didn't have much sauce, but maybe it's just me because I've noticed most places seem to slack with adding sauce. Not bad for a quick meal late night.

I ordered a medium cheese pizza and a cheesesteak sandwich, the prices are competitive compared to other places and chain restaurants. They only offer takeout, I would recommend bisques. Place your order and eat as soon as possible, my pizza arrived cold and a little hard, I can't say the same about the cheesesteak, it was a lot of steak. The place may impress you a little, let's say that inside you can see things without maintenance, abandoned and others dominated by grease. I'm not going to lie, I ate a little anxious, the sub was delicious, the pizza not so much.

This place is a pretty small, takeout only place. It offers a bunch of food ranging from subs to pizzas and wings. What’s interesting is the prices on the menu when I went in the store is actually cheaper than the ones I see listed online. I got a medium cheesesteak sub and they gave me plenty of meat and food. The meat kinda tasted like roast beef but the more the merrier ya know. The food was a solid 8/10 but the workers were also pretty nice.

I was a little worried when seeing the negative comments here and on Yelp before heading there. As the New Year's Day a lot of nearby restaurants were closed and I was super hungry, I decided to go there and buy some fried goods. It turned out that my experience is satisfactory. The service was acceptable (except ignored me at the first 1 min). The "All-right" woman taking phones and orders was friendly. A little place offering a vast number of fast food. I believe they are very popular among the neighborhood as they received at least five calls to order during my 10 min of waiting. Seriously, they were rated as one of the most popular restaurants in Richmond in 2016! Fast food taste pretty much the same to me so there is no highlight to mention. Their "Crispy" chicken wings are good but do not recommend the BBQ flavor. The BBQ tastes sour and spicy, more like Buffalo sauce (I have a sneaking suspect that they prepared wrongly).

Ordered pepperoni and jalapeno large pizza and spicy lemon pepper wings. The pizza had the right ingredients which were well proportioned. The crust was a little thicker and a bit limp. Overall, I would call it a pretty okay pie. The wings were the wrong type and pretty soggy. They were buffalo wings. This is the same issue another review mentioned. They had ordered BBQ and gotten buffalo wings. Seems to be a trend. The delivery person called when he arrived. I had real difficulty understanding him. I had to prompt him to pay. I think he was going to leave. I wouldn't order from here again.

Ordered the grilled chicken sub which had little flavor and mostly lettuce. Would not come here again. Restaurant seemed dirty. Service was quick and staff was friendly.

I ordered a sampler basket (3 strips 3 wing 3 mozzarella sticks and fries). After receiving my order I open it to take a look and low and behold I get stuck with some TYSONS chicken strips(pictured below). I walk back into the building to let them know the Quality doesn't match what i was asked to pay. I politely ask for a refund or even a swapped out meal. Fat back (the funky looking big guy) says "you bit the tender I can't take it back". I reassured him that I absolutely didnt bit the tender as I placed both pieces back perfectly. After proving that I didnt bit the tender as he asked he then says "I can't give you anything because you touched it"...... HOW SWAY?.......Please be sure to open up that perfectly wrapped stapled bag before leaving out that place because guaranteed the food will either be old hard or just subpar.

i order from this place at least twice weekly. they are very prompt in delivery and still accept cash. however my order is NEVER right. they literally read the order back and STILL get it wrong every time

Ordered 8 piece wings with fries wings were very old tasted old only tasted one called and the manager told me it was nothing he could do. Literally placed my ordered at 12:28pm just called at 1:29pm he told me I had them since 11:15am and denied a resolution. NEVER WILL COME AGAIN! Got my food at 12:54pm didn’t even have the food for a hour max. He blamed the taste of the wings because I wanted them fried hard lol

I am very upset with the service I received after receiving my wings. I called to tell them that my wings were very nasty and the young lady that answered the phone put the manager on and he says to me oohhh well, go somewhere else and then he hangs up the call. At this point I am very upset that he handle his customer complaint that way. I called back because I wanted my money back and the young lady tells me did I read their disclosure. I'm baffled because I didn't even know they had a disclosure for their food. Was told he could not give me my money back but he can remake it...heck naw...I don't want anything else from your restaurant...Bad business. Wish I can add a picture, but if you go on his Facebook page you will see it there!!!

I use to have a good rapport with this pizzeria. I order a small pepperoni pizza and it had a long, thick, fuzzy hair like substance cooked in the tip of the crust. Kinda resembling something like a tail but it didn’t appear that it was an animal. I ordered this while I was at work, so I couldn’t leave. I called them and sent pictures. I wanted a refund and they refused. I was in shock. Businesses need to be held accountable for serving bad and potentially bad products. I still don’t know what it is. I bit into it, YUCK!!!!
