Great service, quick and polite. I stop in fairly frequently as this is the halfway point on a weekly 2hr one way drive; never disappointed.

Everything is good except they need to make sure they stir the coffee at drive thru ..to mix sugar and cream up better ..

The further you get away from city fast food the better. Anyone who complains about service in the country should start going into the city or suburbs if they want a taste of what fast food service, quality and behavior has become. Its a complete disaster and a microcosm of the world in which we live today. Twenty minutes to half hour wait times, people have horrible attitudes and most lack integrity, intentionally getting your order wrong. I have been coming up to camp here for forty nine years and from the time this dunkin opened people have been friendly and helpful. I have not had an issue with their food or coffee either. We are pretty spoiled up here, for sure

I just an amazing experience! I was stuck in my parking lot (someone parked 3 deep) and I asked DD if they delivered kind of jokingly - bc mama ain't happy until she has her cold brew. And the manager delivered to my car! In the parking lot! Thank you sooooo much!

They didn’t have many choices for donuts, but they had plenty of varieties for the munchkins. The service was great! 10/10, way better than the one in Watertown close to the Cracker Barrel. LOL!

Stopped off to grab a cold brew and a few other items. The cashier was polite and courteous with answering a few questions making the whole experience worth the visit.

Seems to always be dead, which probably isn't good for them. They have a very nice seating area, as well as a conference room.

Great coffee, but the food is too expensive! Bagel, small coffee and a doughnut should not be $10.00.

Driving miles and miles to the country and seeing a Dunkin donuts oh boy grab it while you got it!

The service is pretty slow here, but I understand that they are understaffed this is why they get four stars instead of five. No complaints on the quality of the coffee or donuts.

Drive thru is a stupid long line ! that coffee ain't worth all that 45 min wait. Lmao , but you may enjoy the inconvenience , me, not so much.

Tasty food, great drinks, at an affordable price. My little boy and I really enjoyed the spider donuts they have out for Halloween.

I arrived at 6:45 closing time is 7:00. No one responded to Drive-thru. I drove to the pickup window no one responded there. Why post hours to 7:00 if you shut down early?

My wrap was cold but the mocha latte was well made and delicious.

Donuts are good of course, not a big fan of there coffee, and the service is not that good but not a deal breaker

It's dunkin donuts, not really anything bad to say. Seems like the girls inside were kinda short staffed though, should probably work on that.

Easy in/out, roadside location. Perfect when you need a coffee pick-me-up when traveling Rte 12 betw Utica and the 1000 Islands region. Staff polite & professional. Only ordered a coffee bc I grabbed lunch over at BK across the street; had about 4+ more hours of driving ahead of me, so I wanted the coffee on hand for the last leg of the trip. Will definitely revisit this location on future trips.

Stopped for a snack while doing errands. Decided on two sets of their two sausage, egg, and cheese wraps. Pretty good overall, but one wrap the sausage was not heated at all, still very cold but still sufficed for a snack. My wife didn't have any issues with her's.

Drinks were tasty but they have already retired the salted caramel while still advertising it. There was almost no food to be had, but what we got was delicious. The staff was friendly and competent.

I'm updating my review and adding another star. Staff is friendly and helpful, donuts are still hit or miss, 3 were fresh and the other 3 were hard and dry. The only time I go here is once in a while and it's the afternoon on my way through so I'm sure the donuts are better in the morning but very dry by noon it seems. Good coffee though!

Pretty good, the drive thru is usually really busy but the inside is gorgeous! My most recent visit was okay, but they were out of almost EVERYTHING and it was only 9 am

Had the bacon sandwich. It never compares with a deli sandwich, but in this case the eggs were below even Dunkin standards. Extra rubbery and somewhat just above room temp, despite our only going from the counter to the tables outside. Also, why does Dunkin put "please recycle" wording on each of the bags, then only have a trash bin, nothing to recycle into outside.

Seems like the coffee gets slightly worse each time I go there

We arrived at 4:55 pm and was told they were getting ready to close. We were rudely denied service. I will not return.

No donuts selection. One person working. They need help and they need product.

Ordered two coffee's and two donuts and an English muffin and after two turns through the drive thru I ended up with cold coffee that were still wrong c'mon Dunkins what's going on down there way to start the day

They never have anything. They don't pay attention to orders 1/2 the time. Service is hit or miss

They were out of our order in any flavor. Server was pleasant.

Went there this am for just a dark roast coffee with cream and avocado toast. I ordered a regular hot cup of coffee mind you.....it was like they pulled it right out of the fridge. So far from warm, let alone hot. The avocado toast was burned and barely smeared with avocado. I only gave an extra star because at least they gave me this hot mess of an order with a smile, as polite as could be.

One completely wrong sandwich. And they totally forgot the donuts. One drink was wrong (ordered by lactose intolerant and had whip on it) We were in a hurry, staff grabbed our donuts quick but we didn’t check the sandwich’s bf leaving.We delt with all. Staff was great, just wish they paid more attention to the order

Coffee was fine and donuts we're of expected Dunkin Donuts quality (that is to say, mediocre but passable) but the service here was abysmal. There were only two people working (one of whom I believe was in training) and the main staffer seemed spaced out and kept ignoring us to look after the drive-thru, even though we were there first. Getting a donut and a decaf coffee took well over 20 minutes because they kept getting distracted, then realized they had no decaf brewed, then got distracted some more. When I was finally handed my coffee and not my donut, I asked for it and they were out of the flavour I ordered because the last two we're given out to drive-thru customers they kept ignoring us to look after! We were only passing by this location on our way back from a trip but needless to say, our group was very unimpressed and will be ignoring this one should we pass by it again.

Recently have spent alot of time in the Booneville area, if It was in a larger area I do not think this location would stay open. The 3 tops I stoped in a month, I saw costumers yelling at staff and staff yelling back. At first I thought maybe they knew each other but when I started listening to the interactions I realised they were all hostile and very angry.

Ordered a bacon cheese crossiant woth extra cheese. Took 10 minutes and was stone cold when I unwrapped it. Cheese wasn't melted egg was so cold I actually removed it. There was another customer in the dining area and then us. Drive thru wasn't busy at all. So with the time it took to prepare you'd think it would have at least been warm. Gentleman that took my order didn't seem as though he felt like being there at all. Seemed as though I was an inconvenience to him. From what I can see there was a Gentleman and a woman working.

Food is typical Dunkin'. I usually go here for coffee and do online orders, and I am not sure what happens on their end but everytime I go through the drive thru I never get my donut and have to remind them that I still need it. The last time this happened the worker seemed annoyed, and in addition to that, the croissant sandwich my wife ordered was a bagel... This has been an increasing issue here. I like the workers here but to mess up this consistently there is something that needs to change.

They need better coffee. Need to listen to the orders. If they don't hear ask again

The food was under cooked she took the hash browns back through the window placed them in the package in an oven to heat them up then gave us back the same hashbrowns in the same package absolutely ridiculous.

I love Dunkin donuts coffee, I'm there usually twice a day, but for the last month it's been horrible. Some of the girls there are just down right rude, don't get me wrong some are great too, and there coffees been disgusting. It's either so burnt it hurts my stomach to drink it, or they don't put sugar in it. All I get is a regular coffee with cream and sugar, but they still seem to mess it up. I went there twice the other day and both times I had to go back cause there was no sugar in my coffee, it's ridiculous. This place used to be one of the best, but for the last month it's completely sucked, and I'm not the only one who's complaining.

My fiance and I go there everyday around the same time every morning, and they never have the donut we want. Not to mention 9/10 times there out of like any latte or hot drink, have only like 5 donuts of kinds you don't even want. DO BETTER!!!

Went in store ordered and gave me wrong order. Workers gave me attitude not once but 3 times. so I asked for my money back and left. I am sorry to say Dunkin needs to teach customer service. We ask for something specific and get something totally different and then they give attitude when you tell them it is wrong.

We were just there at this dunkin. We stood there for 5 or six minutes and staff saw us there and never took our order. Now usually I'm more vocal and would love to have said something but my husband encouraged me not to. Our time is just important as theirs. We won't be going there again. Ridiculous!

I could get the kind of donuts I wanted and the person at the drive in was not helpful at all. I called back and got a very nice lady who told me I could order the donuts ahead anytime. She also made them up for me and I picked them up in 10 minutes. Why can't all your help be that nice?

Grilled cheese was a slice of burnt cheese on soggy bread, and drinks had bo sugar and made wrong when asked about a drink they were rude and it was such a huge bother to them esp when we had asked for extra sugar packets.

Service could be better. Foods never cooked well. Last time I was there the girl taking order at the drive through dropped the F bomb a few times when talking to another associate. I hate going there but it's the closest place to where we are staying.

Every time I go there there’s never croissants for sandwiches and one time they did have them my eggs where green and disgusting you ask to cook the hash browns for a min longer and it seems like they cook them for longer because they are hard as a rock. There ice coffee has been horrible and you ask for a frozen hot chocolate it’s water down I’m very disappointed I love Dunkin’ Donuts but I’m not going to Boonville no more till they have better staffing and make there food the way it should be and mmmm maybe put more product orders in so you don’t run out

Ordered through the app and went thru drive through. The drinks were wrong but I had already driven away... on the service side they were super nice and allowed me to order a pup cup....

Was great until all the staff changes. After waiting 10 minutes in the store for a “on the go” order which I ordered 10 mins before arriving I am finally done with them!! Not sure what the owner is thinking but may as well close up with service like that. Worth noting while I was waiting 2 others ordered and then left due too wait times

Can never get a simple order right. Workers are extremely rude, some don’t say a word they just stick their hand out the window as if I should know the total (other than looking at it) and others give extreme attitude. Used to be an awesome place now they’re rude and not correct. Something should be done about their attitudes.

Honestly over all very disappointed, over charged me and when I pointed out there mistake that was clearly displayed on there menu, they tried saying I was wrong. I’ve order the same thing for the last 4 plus years at various locations and never had this happened until today.

Pulled up at 6:50pm and they stated that they close in 10 minutes and they refused to serve us because they already cleaned up..

I ordered a medium hot chocolate and i recived a cup of hot water tinted brown . It was gross

The staff did not seem to care about their job or having polite manners. Went through the Drive-Thru and ordered two iced coffee drinks, and when I received them they were covered in coffee, caramel, and creamer. When I asked to have something to clean them off, I was told, “no”. I just hope the next customers they have are treated with a little more respect, definitely one place I will not be returning to.

First I have to wait at the speaker. And then I have to wait in the line longer just to get my stuff I pulled up to the window and only had a little more than half of my drink when I asked them to fill it all the way they had to charge me extra what's going on with this place 90% of the time they don't have what you want. AND I DONT APPRECIATE YOU CALLING MY FIANCÉ DARLING !!!!!! There was no way I paid 2 something for milk and Ik that it wasn't all of the milk put into the cup.

Kept receiving burnt bagels and hashbrowns at this location everytime. Now it's the snacking bacon is burnt and little pieces and many people agree with me on the food there. I'm not wasting my time or money there anymore not everyone has time to turn around and wait for a new one when it should be done right the first time.

This location really needs to step up their game! I come almost everyday and have the same order every time I go and they still manage to mess it up. Hot foods come out before cold drinks, my coffee order tastes different every single time even though I order the same drink, and I've had to wait up to 25 minutes for ONE drink before and they weren't even super busy at the time. This location needs to do better at getting orders correct, work on professional and customer service. Half the time I just throw away my coffee from here because it's so bad! DO BETTER!!
