The location is amazing, the atmosphere during lunch is totally different than from dinner! Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The staff was rude and dismissive, and we felt treated unfairly as tourists. The service was extremely poor, and the prices were unreasonably high for what we received – it felt like we were being taken advantage of. Overall, the attitude was unwelcoming and careless. Despite the pleasant appearance of the restaurant, we had a disappointing experience due to the unfriendly attitude of the owner. When we requested to move to a sunnier table because we were cold, the owner refused, citing that they were too busy to accommodate us. This lack of hospitality overshadowed what could have been a nice dining experience.

We went to this restaurant where we have tried twice now and loved it funny thing is the waitress that was there today wasn’t there the previous times. When arriving we were waiting to be seated and the waitress with googly eyed glasses was super rude to my husband and once she showed us our table which was in the middle of the restaurant. My husband said he had asked for a table next to the sea. Sarcastically she yells loudly and says it’s next to the sea. We are then sitted and I tell her talk respectfully to us and then was no need to react this way. She starts to mumble something in Italian and unfortunately for her my husband speaks and understands Italian. She was saying if you people aren’t happy get out. So we got up and before even existing the restaurant she yells out that we are uneducated. What an arrogant person to be waiting on guests at this beautiful restaurant very sad.

It is the worst restaurant in my life (from USA till Asia)! The hostess was rude. I waited a lot to be seated. They didn’t provide my little son with baby feeding chair. I asked to have our order takeaway because my son was tired. They threw away our food by mistake but hostess told me : “You shouldn’t order so much food. We don’t give food takeaway (but in google is written- restaurant with possibility to takeaway). You and your son disturb us (that was absolutely wrong). Go out!” It was terrible! 1) are they racists? Do they respect only Italians? 2) should I stay at home if i have little son? SHAME!!!!
