Everytime I visit Borger I make it a point to visit Braum's. The burgers and fries are always consistently tasty and I was floored by how good the mixes, malts, and shakes were. Easily one of the better places enjoy a quick bite. Next time I definitely want to try the grocery side. I'm sure I won't be disappointed!

We come in pretty regularly on Tuesday evenings and walk in about 9:45 ( they close at 10:45) and have to ask if we may sit in this area because they have the baby high chairs blocking the main seating area. There is not enough seating in the rest of the restaurant for our group of usually 10-15 people to sit. We talked to the manager at one time if they would continue to block this area and she assured us it would not keep happening, however the last 4 four visits it’s been closed off and they reluctantly have to move the baby chairs so we can have a seat…. Makes it awkward but continues to happen EVERY Tuesday that we come in

I went through the drivethrough and they failed to ask if I wanted condiments, the shake had no straw or long handle spoon in the bag, & no napkins. Won't be returning anytime soon.

The 2 stars are for the fact that they offer A2 milk and for Jeanette. This Braum’s disappointed a previous time in their food. This time it was all service. We stopped in for milk and decided to get a little dessert. Perused their ice cream selection for a cone while we waited for someone to acknowledge us. No one did. We stood by the register. Nothing as they walked back and forth on the drive thru and filling other orders. Gave them 60 more seconds (which we could count watching their screens) and the. Walked away to get our milk. We weren’t even barely to the fridge and the young woman who ignored us was cutting it up with the young people who had been waiting behind us, apparently more than ready to serve them. I get being busy. But a “be with you in a moment!” would have been appreciated. JEANETTE at the market register however- greeted us when we came in and was helpful and friendly as we checked out.

Went for an ice cream cone got ice cream in a cup when is said I asked for a cone they put the cone on top of the ice cream in the cup. The ice cream was also completely the wrong flavor. Staff was not helpful in the least. Moving here from out of state definitely found a place for my do not go list.

I asked for a large shake and this is what I received. There was only 2 other vehicles in the parking lot eating indoors and the drive thru wasn’t packed either. It was slow and steady but it took forever to get our order. After waiting by the doors forever (2 Sundays and 1 large mix) the employee comes out and hands me this cute little mix. My husband tried to hand it back explaining that we ordered a large. The employee tells us “that is a large”. After a odd moment of silence…..My husband responds with “so what does a small look like then if this is a large?” The employee held his fingers up and says “oh, they’re only about this big” as he holds his fingers like he’s doing an inch sign. I look at the receipt and it says we were charged for a large. Clearly this employee either didn’t know what he was doing or straight up lied because he didn’t want to make us another one. We weren’t going to sit there and argue with the employee so we went home with what we got. I looked online and sure enough……I received a small, not a large. Blue cup is large and small cup is pink. Then, once home, my husband begins to eat his Black Forest Sunday to find out he had been given strawberries and a strawberry cake underneath the ice cream instead of the usual cherry that is in a Black Forest Sunday. I’m not one to complain but I feel like We were purposely lied to by this employee because he didn’t want to make it again and didn’t offer to adjust the price either. Instead he insisted that we were wrong and he was correct. It’s not cheap to stop and grab a meal or some ice cream for the family anymore and therefore we should always get exactly what we pay for. If I wanted a small then I would have ordered a small. If my husband wanted a strawberry shortcake Sunday then that is what he would have ordered and not a Black Forest.

Ordered extra ranch for 3 of our salads and didn’t get extra ranch. When we asked for the ranch at the window the worker huffed and puffed and was rude. Then to top it off when we got home there was only one empty bag of croutons for three salads.

I am only leaving 1 star because you can’t leave 0. This place has gone down hill since the remodel. They have messed up every order in many different ways and skimp out on everything they possibly can. Apparently, all chocolate means vanilla, extra fudge means a little chocolate drizzle, extra gravy means none at all because it makes the most sense, right? Your best bet, at this place, is to go in and watch every single thing they do because they can’t get the simplest order right. I’ve worked a drive thru, as well as gas stations that had constant call ins for many different things, including making pizzas while working the register with only one person beside me. I understand the frustrations of it. I would never mess up an order as bad as they have and they have at least 7 others working alongside them. I get they are busy but I would rather sit and wait for the correct order than for them to rush it and not do a single thing remotely correct. Update: Tried one last time and I’m not going back unless I throw something in their face for their attitudes. Pull up to the drive through and all the lady said was “Hey” so I say hello. I continue to order, triple brownie fudge sundae. She is putting in the machine and very slowly is saying it out loud, after she says that I tell her that’s all and she says nothing then asks if that was all, I still politely said yes. Continues with, “your total will beeeeeeee.. at the first window” get up to the window “you had a double brownie fudge sundae” all I said and very nicely was “no ma'am, that is supposed to be a triple. Rolls her eyes and fixes it. Tells me my order will be at the second window. I get up to the second window and she opens it and says “did you change your order to a triple” “no ma’am I had ordered a triple, I guess it was put in wrong.” She proceeds to slam the door and comes back with the triple. She literally dropped it in my hand, thankfully It didn’t just fall through to the ground, says have a good night very quickly and slams the window closed. The service here sucks. They are rude, they are careless, and have no respect for the customers. There is one older lady inside the store that has ever been nice, you walk in and she greets you with a smile and is sweet as can be. That is the only nice thing about that store anymore.

We went through the drive up window and was told to pull up to first window. We pulled up and waited for 5 minutes with nobody at the window and we pulled up to the next window. KC was working window and treated us like we broke the law and tried to give us the wrong order. We told him we needed to pay and he gave us attitude. We told him what we ordered and then he practically threw the bag at us.

Read my order back to me then I picked it up read off the order form again correctly. Asked for no Mayo or ketchup, mustard instead. Got mayo and ketchup on a lukewarm warm burger and stale fries that were barely room temp.

Service and management were poor before the remodel but at least the food was good. As hard is to imagine management got worse 4 folks were in line with groceries we waited and waited. Employees walked by acknowledged no one. We all gave up meanwhile. The kids we fed deposited 18.00 worth of soggy French fries ice cold chicken gravy (literally ice cold) and what supposedly were chicken strips but would have worked better as door stops. Never mind no offer of discount for no sodas because they management to freeze the lines. (They did offer a can of RC Cola good grief this is Texas - RC Cola?????) Would suggest that a whole lot of $$$$ and a months long shut down was wasted. The church crowd waved their friends off. There was not a single occupied table when left. You used to have to wait 12:00 on Sundays

Go anywhere but this place. Apparently, there's a new manager Candy and she clearly needs replaced. It used to be a nice pleasant place to eat but everyone looks stressed out now. Nobody smiling. Poor service and poor attitudes always reflect on the manager. Won't be back until they get a new one. Put in a call to corporate to look into the place. She’s very ill mannered and rude.
