Honestly, I expected more. We paid over €12 for a piadina, a drink, and a coffee of acceptable quality, but nothing spectacular. What was disconcerting was the wait. We went for lunch on April 16, 2023. The place was practically empty around 12:40, and we waited over 30 minutes for two piadinas. We then also wanted to try the Nutella one, and alas, it was a terrible choice, not so much for the piadina itself, but rather for the additional 24 minutes of waiting for two Nutella piadinas. Let's just say that, unfortunately, while it might be a plausible and viable option for a quick bite when you're out and about, in this case, we won't be returning. The wait was too long and unjustified. The food quality, as anticipated, was acceptable but nothing earth-shattering. A piadina without any infamy or glory. As for the atmosphere, we found it clean and the girl at the cashier was helpful. It's a shame the wait was so long. Not to be repeated.

The Piadineria is very convenient because it's on a busy road, just a short distance from the highway entrance. The piadinas are good, the place is fairly clean. However, every time I've been there, I've found the staff very young and it's very obvious they wish they were anywhere else, just to avoid working there. I understand that 20-year-olds have other things on their minds, but this way they really give the impression that the customer is bothering them for even allowing themselves to come in and order food. What a shame!

Unfortunately, it certainly can't be considered fast food, but rather a slow food establishment. Four tables occupied, not many people for takeout. I ordered three piadinas and waited exactly 25 minutes. Only two people serving, one of whom works the cash register and also goes to the kitchen to help. Terribly managed. The piadina is good, but waiting that long is unthinkable.

Volevo una piadina, ma ho mangiato tutt’altro perché mancavano metà degli ingredienti. Inoltre il locale non era particolarmente pulito.

The food is also good, but it's impossible that 40 minutes before closing time you can't get your yogurt because they turn off the machines and start cleaning... The same goes for seating; half the place is closed because they have to start cleaning an hour before. If there are working hours, they should be respected.

The food and piadinas were good and well-filled, and the option to add fries and a drink to the menu was excellent. The wait was normal. I'm giving it one star for the rude and unfriendly staff.

Embarrassing staff, especially one girl with very short hair, she almost seems like a male, really rude, she shouts at her colleagues for no real reason, I strongly advise against this place

Extremely dirty place, I struggled to find a clean table. In the end, I didn't even find one. The bathrooms are beyond reproach. The girl was outside smoking and then came back in without cleaning herself up and with her hair untied to make piadinas. The piadina was cold. The worst piadina shop I've ever been to.

I was deeply disappointed by my experience at this piadina shop. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with an air of annoyance and utter rudeness. I simply asked for some information about the menu, but the staff responded rudely and annoyed, as if I were bothering them. While I was ordering, they continued to huff and puff and dismiss me, making the atmosphere heavy and awkward. The real problem remains the attitude of the people working there: never a smile, zero helpfulness, and truly unacceptable manners. In a business like this, courtesy should be the foundation of service, but here they don't even seem to know what that means. I will never return, and I strongly advise anyone not to go there unless they want to ruin their day.
