We stayed thanks to a Smartbox gift card. The stay was very pleasant despite the incessant rain. The hotel was beautiful and well-kept, with kind and attentive staff. Excellent food, a wonderful breakfast buffet, including the delicious apricot jam and truly delicious chocolate ice cream (the strawberry one, for me, definitely wasn't). The room was clean, the common areas were tidy and welcoming. The hot chocolate was good and affordable. Beautiful view (as far as we could see due to the rain). Highly recommended.

We booked with a Smartbox and it worked out really well! Clean rooms, very friendly staff, and a wonderful dinner. We even used the sauna for 20 euros! Two nights, two buffet breakfasts, and two two-course dinners! Super happy, I would go back!

We stayed in this splendid property for a weekend...very spacious and structured on several levels, mostly made of wood, giving it a very rustic feel, and featuring rock carvings in some rooms, characteristic of the area. The exterior is beautiful, surrounded by greenery with well-kept trees and grass. The staff, from reception to the kitchen, know how to put you at ease in any circumstance, thanks to their kindness and smiles. The rooms are clean but dimly lit and not perfectly soundproofed. Comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms—I'd say it lacks nothing. We had two meals here, with adequate portions and very good dishes, well-seasoned and excellently served...I would probably return just for dinner if I weren't staying overnight. There's plenty of parking. We'll definitely be back another weekend!

La posizione è bella ma ovviamente un pochino in alto rispetto al paesino. Vista spettacolare, lo staff è stato a dir poco fantastico in tutto, pulizie impeccabili e infine cibo veramente la fine del mondo. Prezzi direi ottimi. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Potevi decidere se fare trekking o una passeggiata oppure scendere in paese che distava a meno di 2 km. Ce una pace che ti fa rilassare tantissimo. In più hanno accettato senza problemi la mia cagnolina. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto sarebbe magari la tv in camera, si vedeva un po' male e a tratti andavi via l'audio perché era abbastanza vecchia.

Booked for lunch; I didn't stay at the hotel. Excellent food with a wonderful view of Borno. Carefully prepared, top-quality dishes. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended for those wanting to have lunch in Borno. For those with children, there's a small outdoor playground with slides and swings.

Abbiamo scelto questo albergo per passare qualche giorno in tranquillità mezza natura e per godere della cucina tipica del posto. Per scegliere la struttura ci siamo basati sulle recensioni ma purtroppo è stata una delusione ! Inizio dalle cose belle: il posto è stupendo, intorno l'albergo molto curato, la vista sulle montagne è stupenda, il parcheggio è ampio, la pulizia ok. Qui finisce tutto il positivo. Nel momento della prenotazione abbiamo precisato che abbiamo bisogno delle stanze silenziose ma la nostra richiesta è stata completamente ignorata: camere non insonorizzate erano localizzate vicino alla centrale termica rumorosa! Poi la camera singola era veramente un bucco sotto il tetto e anche lí si sentivano tutti i rumori provenienti dal bar e dalla sala ristorante fino a tardi! Passiamo alla cucina, veramente mi aspettavo una cucina casalinga con i piatti tipici del posto, come era pubblicizzato, con le pietanze abbondanti di montagna, di qualità e con un tocco rustico del posto ma: il buffet scarso con insalata spesso mancante, carotte, pomodori, cetrioli, qualche fagiolino. Le pietanze veramente piccoli, cibo di scarsa qualita', la pasta scotta, i condimenti immangiabili. Non parliamo di colazione: solo dolci confezionati, le torte non fresche (quasi resti), neanche uno yogurt bianco naturale, tutto con i zuccheri, delle cose salate un tipo di prosciutto e formaggio - quelli meno costosi (con tutta varietà di formaggi di zona), latte freddo di lunga conservazione direttamente dalla bottiglia, spesso le cose mancavano e bisognava chiedere alla signora anziana di fare rifornimenti perché i titolari la mattina non erano presenti. La colazione veniva servita sui vasoi e sui tavoli non apparecchiati senza le tovaglie. La cucina bocciata!!! Meglio se mi fermo qui .... già abbastanza per rovinare quei pochi giorni di relax aspettato. Le piccole cose che fanno la differenza! Non consiglio assolutamente la cucina di questa struttura. C'è una concorrenza in giro!

I stayed at this hotel two years ago with other guests, and I had a wonderful time, especially with the excellent, typical mountain food and generous portions. While the service and courtesy have always been excellent, there's been a radical change in the cuisine. The food is no longer typical mountain food, the quality is poor, comparable to school lunches, and the portions are small...a disappointment. I don't think I'll return unless there's a "return to basics." It's a real shame, because the place was worth it and the prices are fair.

We chose this place because we had a Smartbox. From the outside, the building is beautiful, but inside, it had many flaws: - double room, but with two single beds joined together, with missing slats - room near the boilers and guest bathrooms, so absolutely no silence - commotion until very late, with even music - unclear information about what was included in the Smartbox. The only positive thing was the food.
