A truly delicious and refined place. This is the second time we've come here with friends, both for a party and for dinner, and I have to say the food is truly top-notch. Tonight, they even offered us the "gnocchi camuni," which I highly recommend... absolutely delicious. The staff is very helpful. I'll be back again; they made me feel at home. Thumbs up. MUST TRY!

Vallalta offers traditional Brescian cuisine using local ingredients and, thanks to the agriturismo's in-house laboratories, also boasts its own production of fresh pasta, honey, extra virgin olive oil, and Vallata DOC wine. Bruno and Michael's welcome at the entrance to the Vallalta agriturismo is the first sign of the familiar and welcoming atmosphere that permeates this place. The homemade tagliatelle with hare stew is a must-eat dish. The pasta is strictly handmade and the pulled meat Vallata green casoncelli with poured butter is a must-try. The dough, made with a mix of spices and breadcrumbs, is wrapped in a thin layer of pasta. It's a family-friendly place, ideal for a dinner out to enjoy traditional dishes of the region in a tranquil setting.

Luogo molto bello. Menu ricercato ma non molto ampio, cibo buono ma porzioni scarse. Prezzo un pò alto per quello mangiato. Attesa lunga, non ci han nemmeno portato il pane per l'attesa. Escluso 1 cameriera, il servizio potrebbe sicuramente migliorare per efficacia e sopratutto allegria.

We went there last week at the suggestion of my daughter, who raved about it. The risotto was delicious, the tagliatelle were good but small—I'd say half a portion. Unfortunately, the grilled meat was reheated (and barely reheated, to boot), and the potatoes that accompanied it were old, reheated, and practically inedible. The location was very beautiful and charming. We had the feeling they had some management issues...that happens.

Ask before booking if there's a party going on in the restaurant! We had dinner and upstairs there was probably a birthday/baptism party with the music blasting so loud it was impossible to converse at the table. The owners told us they didn't expect them to bring such loud speakers. It was a bad experience, especially since I had raved so much about this place to our friends that we made a fool of ourselves. Vallalta is a beautiful, romantic place, offering a relaxing tranquility, delicious food, and excellent service. Unfortunately, next time we visit, we'll have to make sure there aren't any parties going on.

The location and dishes were beautiful and well-prepared. The dishes were good, but for my personal taste, they always lacked a touch of extra flavor (since there were only two waiters, who were always busy, I had to get up to ask for salt, while pepper and oil were only brought with the main course). The service was courteous, but the timing left something to be desired: 20 minutes just for water and bread at the beginning of the meal (just to be clear). Final rating: satisfactory.

On a Saturday evening dinner with friends, the appetizers lacked both quantity and quality for the price (€12 per portion for 8 people = €96 for two subpar platters). The game of sharing appetizers for full price is unfortunately becoming a recurring theme in many restaurants. The first course was okay in terms of quantity, quality, and price. When serving the Fiorentina steak (1.2 kg), the meat should first be shown and weighed on the table for accuracy. It wasn't cooked rare, and the sirloin was cut to the thickness of a roast beef. The fillet was nothing special. The potatoes were good. Unfortunately, I'm not satisfied with the service either, which was very slow. With the amount I spent >€70, I would have preferred to go to more renowned restaurants in Brescia rather than to a farmhouse, where the prices and portions should be more appropriate. I won't be returning.
