Starbucks is small, comfortable, and has very limited parking. Personally, we didn't have any of the negative experiences mentioned in other reviews. Everything was great this time.

In my opinion, it's one of the most functional in the city. Very spacious, with a large work bar, plenty of tables for meetings, and armchairs. Plus, it has a drive-thru and delivery service. I also liked the open feel and that, for now, they don't have annoying music. The service is excellent; the staff is very friendly. You have to be patient with them since it hasn't been open long.

I ordered a hot Toffeenut latte today and it was DISGUSTING. It tasted like burnt coffee, somewhere between a latte and a regular coffee. It didn't taste like a Toffeenut at all, and I think I'm not the only one who's had this experience at this location. Something's definitely wrong with their baristas; they're not making the recipes right. They're certainly quick to criticize customers and laugh at them through the headsets they wear at the drive-thru.

They should really train the staff at this location. It's shocking how no drink goes down well with them. The location is so convenient for me, so I've been going almost every day since they opened, but if they don't change or improve their staff, I'll have to stop going. I ordered a shaken espresso and got pure milk. I ordered an iced cappuccino with cold foam, and they gave me pure milk with foam and almost no ice. I ordered a vanilla cream cold brew and it tasted like half and half—terrible and certainly not worth what I paid. Just by looking at the color of the drink, you know they didn't do it right. I've been back several times.

The response from the staff is terrible, I ask for something at the drive thru and they charge me something else and I ask them for clarification and they lost their ticket, I brought mine and presented it and they didn't respect the cost, and limiting themselves to telling me how I lost the ticket I can't do anything, and I told them here is my ticket I just bought you here! I ordered two vanilla lates and they charged me extra for the vanilla, what because they always charge extra!! What a stupid, terrible attitude to solve problems!! Be careful with your staff

Their attitude changes when you ask them to apply a specific promotion, especially the Amex 120... Even the drinks taste different... They should be better trained on the terms and conditions of the promotions they offer with certain cards! They should treat customers equally...

Terrible service! It's not even closing time yet, you go for napkins and they're all gone. You ask for them and they say, "We have them, how many do you need?" They say, "Well, since we close at 10 pm, we've already put them away." Okay, but it's 9:30 pm! 😅 It's annoying to be clearing everything away half an hour before closing time. So don't even bother selling if you don't want to provide full service! It's better not to come around after 9:00 pm because they're rushing you, moving chairs, and mopping everything an hour before closing time. Anyway!
