This is the second time my takeout order hasn't arrived complete, but they still charged me for the full amount: once at the Santa Maria branch and recently at the Lazaro Cardenas branch.

They still hadn't delivered my order and they were already charging me. I told them that they were charging me if they still hadn't given me the service. Then they brought me what I ordered and the service went from bad to bad, not at all recommendable.

I'm a regular customer, and the food is decent, and the service is poor. Today, they didn't serve me, I waited a while, and nothing. I left and came to eat at Hell, where they don't overwhelm me with five tables. They serve well and quickly. I doubt I'll return to this place; they've let it go down the drain...

What rude waiters you have! Terrible service. I went shopping with my sister, and because they saw we were young, they wouldn't serve us. Then they gave me an incomplete order, and no waiter would serve us because it wasn't their order.
