Terrible service, not from the staff, but from the restaurant. The day I went they only had cocktails, and the mixed drinks were tasteless. In my humble opinion, the service was bad. I repeat, the employees do what they can with what they have.

Honestly, the food was terrible. Everything was reheated, nothing was cooked to order. The potatoes and stuffed shrimp were all reheated. The mineral water also had a strange taste. It's not worth the price. Terrible!!!

What a disgusting meal. The broth was super salty. The shrimp tasted like dirt. At least they should have fresh shrimp. Not small shrimp, and they don't even clean them. You can see their filthy veins, full of whatever they bring. The cocktail was super spicy and had soy or something brown in it, which made it taste disgusting. They should have put Knorr in the rice since it didn't taste like anything. Anyway, the whole meal was awful. Wow, take note and don't go. And if you go later, don't say I didn't tell you.

I ordered ceviche and they gave me a broth, yes a broth, at my ranch ceviche is fish cut into very small pieces cooked with lemon, tomato, onion, cilantro, it is normally served on tostada and on top they put avocado and a Valentina, habanero or whatever chili you want, but a broth?????, 🤬 and very expensive

Terrible service, terrible food, and the manager was the worst of all. What a shame, it used to be a lovely, delicious place.

Very slow service, none of the staff wears masks, they offer dishes with no ingredients, and they use poor-quality products like the mayonnaise they serve as an appetizer. I only ate half of the dish. They offer a variety of beer, but they only have one kind. A very bad experience, really.

It's an ordeal to give you a bill, it's not octopus what they give, it's squid. The truth is there is nothing like Rioverde where they eliminated the bad taste music and the atmosphere is pleasant. Instead of so many screens they should invest in toilets.

Terrible...the food was very good, the service was very good and everything...but the wages they give the employees for long hours of work are terrible...and then they don't even want to pay them.

Terrible place. I ate there on Thursday, May 16, 2019. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. ❌No parking ❌They don't send receipts ❌They take forever to take your order ❌They take forever to serve you ❌The bathrooms are disgusting ❌They forget your order and bring whatever they want Not recommended at all.

There was no variety of seafood; they didn't have octopus, and when we ordered a crab tostada, it was terribly prepared. They justified it by saying they had to defrost the crabmeat and practically just heated it. The same thing happened with the rice, which was all broken and overcooked, clearly days old. Even after pointing out their mistake, they insisted on charging us. A terrible place, not recommended at all.
