First time trying this place and it was spectacular! I was unfamiliar with the menu items and everyone working was super patient and offered great advice on all the items. 5 stars is not enough!

Wow Everything is delicious. We ordered almost everything on menu between all of us and the food was amazing. 5 stars to this little spot in the corner.

Chicken mofonguitos were phenomenal. Excellent service and the crew is very welcoming. This is the Dominican spot to get your frituras and batidas.

I was looking for a good empanada and I found SO MUCH MORE at HOA. the food was delicious, portion sizes are generous, and the staff is super friendly and gave some excellent suggestions about what to eat for my first time. Will definitely be back for sure!

I was in a mood to try something different and went to House of Antojitos on a whim. The restaurant is well kept and super clean. The staff member is welcoming, very polite, and assured I was all set before going back into the kitchen. He would come periodically just to check on me. Great customer service! The food was unlike anything I ate before! It was delicious and very fresh. I damn near swallowed my meal! I am definitely coming back!

We ordered the Yaroa with beef and the Yaniqueque Tripleta and a passion fruit drink. He was very accommodating and served us our food. He gave us sauces cilantro garlic and hot sauce I would definitely recommend the cilantro garlic! Everything here is very tasty! We was about to close but turned on the fryers to accommodate for us. I was shocked that I always go to Aldi's on Sandlake Road & pass by this small plaza all the time & never stopped. My friend & I fell in love with the food from day one. Great happy atmosphere. I have been there 3 times so far in the past month. That alone should speak volumes. Family-oriented as well. The decor gives me a feeling of the 1950s & nice artifacts from the Dominican Republic with a touch of high-tech type of services such as scanning the menu, receiving your receipt by email or phone, etc... Music videos on the television on one side. Extremely clean restroom with a special code for customers only. 2 electronic boards are showing you the menu & staff are very patient in explaining the process of how it's made & answering all of our questions without rushing us. The place is extremely clean. The staff is super friendly. I dined in, but I noticed a lot of takeouts & Uber Eats. The price is very reasonable for the quality & the amount of food that you get. The pork is a must order as it was extremely flavorful and juicy. Service was also very friendly. The food was a little slow to come out, but everything was so hot and fresh that we didn't mind. We did eat in, but I think this restaurant is set up to be takeout since there is not much seating. Overall would definitely recommend!

I have been here two days in a row cause I couldn’t stop thinking about the empanadas I had. They are the perfect size and a great price. Everyone else I know that’s eaten here has always loved the food and I’m so glad I finally stopped by. I’ll definitely be trying more items soon.

It was our first time and we really appreciated the explanations and suggestions of the menu items - Everything looked good and it was hard to decide what to try first. We had Three types of empanadas – all were amazing, great flavor combinations, especially the guava and cheese - And the savory flavors were really good too! We also had mixed mofonguitos- Plantain cups filled with chicken and beef - so good ! This has instantly become one of our new favorite restaurants in town. I came to this restaurant excited to try there food. But instead it was a disappointing experience as soon as I walked into the door. Me and my party waited at the counter for so long, we almost walked out. Once we were finally greeted, the employee told us food would take an hour, giving me the feeling that they did not want to serve me and my friends. Its really a shame to walk into a restaurant and leave with feeling that they did not want your business. How you treat your customer is the most important part of the restaurant experience and this place failed as soon as I opened the door.

Came here because I saw that it had high ratings. But walked in and out. There’s no place to sit. This is a pick up to go place. The selection of food was weird. They didn’t even have anyone at the front counter. Not sure how a restaurant has high ratings if they sell fries and hot dogs and claim to be Dominican. I did not see that big of a selection of Dominican anything on the menu. We walked out as soon as we saw that the place had nobody in it. Including workers. ****to answer the response below, I’m not rating food. I did not get to try anything because like I said above, we went into the restaurant and nobody greeted us. Nobody was at the counter. I’m talking about the food items that I was able to see on the menu you have when people walk in…I’m being honest, not talking about anything that I did not experienced. That’s why all 6 of us walked out. No attention*****
