Un lugar bien ubicado, casi siempre hay lugar, las bebidas son lo tradicional de cualquier café, en general la que mas me gusta pedir es el Capuchino con Crema batida, los precios no son su atractivo, la atención es muy buena y el ambiente agradable, ciertamente lo recomiendo para una reunión informal o incluso hasta de negocios express. No hay instalaciones especiales para niños.

El café es regular, me ha tocado regresarlo por estar intomable. Las empleadas atienden con cara de pocos amigos, cuando están de buenas.

Los 2 tes que pedimos, Chai y de frutos rojos, sabían muy raro, nada que ver el sabor a otros lados.

El grupo de chamaquitos que se reúne los viernes en la tarde son demasiado escandalosos, acaparan todas las mesas. Parece que no distinguen que están en un lugar público y no en el patio o salón de usos múltiples sus escuelas. Triste. A evitar ir ahí los viernes.

November 5, 2024 Basic service and a suitable location are useless. If the most important thing is the product you consume. The coffee tasted like dirt, like when you don't properly clean the sieve used to extract the ground coffee. It doesn't taste like good coffee. I was quite disappointed since I was coming from Mexico City and wanted one of these delicious coffees. 😔 They have two or three bags of cookies and a few pastries in their display case. Honestly, nothing is appealing. They lack good snacks and an adequate selection. But the worst was the coffee, which is the main reason I went. I ended up throwing it away at McDonald's, which is further down the road.

I just bought two mocha frappes and they tasted awful, like spoiled milk. I told the lady who made them, and she said no, they were fine. We left and threw them away. The bad thing is that we had already drunk some of it; I hope we don't get sick. 🤢🤮

I'll say two things: 1. The "Italian" chocolate tastes like cheap Abuelita chocolate, not even worth the $86 pesos they charged me when you can make it yourself. 2. The menu already has a picture of the whipped cream; they charged me SEPARATELY for it ($16 more), and oddly enough, it tastes better than the chocolate itself. It's not because of the price, it's because of the cynicism of lying that they keep their nice "cafeteria" with what you pay.

I ordered two Frappuccinos and they wanted to sell them to me without whipped cream because their machine was broken and they had to clean it. I was in a hurry because my Uber was waiting, and I told them I didn't want my coffee without cream. The women told me it would take a while to clean the machine and something else, and to top it all off, they made a really rude face when I told them I didn't want my coffee like that. They say that asking is giving, but I'm not going back to this branch; it's nothing like the one downtown. They're much friendlier there.

The desserts are very limited (only two cakes). It's next to a restaurant that seems to mind you ordering from the cafe. They refuse service or pressure you to leave. I would never return.

This is the second time I've visited this place, and the first time the service was terrible. I returned after a while, and the girl who serves me there provides very poor service. I mean, considering the extra charge they add to the coffee, it leaves much to be desired, since there are better coffee shops with lower prices and top-notch service.

Terrible service. I wanted to buy a green tea, which I love, but it was lukewarm. I asked if they could give me a glass with ice, and they told me they would have to charge me for it as an additional drink. I called corporate to file a complaint. They said the concessionaire had already resolved the issue and delivered the drink, which never happened. I called again, and they said they would send me an email to resolve the matter, but that didn't happen either. A mediocre company with arrogant employees and concessionaires who couldn't care less about who keeps their business afloat.

Supposedly their closing time is 10:00 p.m. I arrived at 8:30 and they were already out of stock. They clear up super early and deny almost everything on the menu. They should change their closing time or specify that after a certain time they only sell hot coffee.

1. I'm only giving them one star because they tried to charge me for two extra cappuccinos by adding them to my account. After much arguing, the employee agreed to charge me for my actual consumption: one cappuccino and one Americano. 2. On another note, I find it unacceptable that the bathroom doesn't have a ramp for wheelchair access. What's wrong with this company? Where is their consideration for people with disabilities?

I sat at one of the outside tables and waited and waited until I was finally served. There was no lettuce for the baguettes, so I ordered a croissant. It tasted terrible, but the worst part was the waitresses' attitude. They served me without napkins, and I got tired of raising my hand to ask for one. The place was half empty, but even so, because of the lack of attention, I decided to get up, carry my plate myself, and pay at the counter, but even then, they didn't serve me right away. They were "busy," or rather, they didn't want to provide good service. It's a shame because I always bought food here.
