Pranzo ottimo, entree di benvenuto super sfiziosa e buonissima, antipasti top e gnocchetti fantastici. Bell'ambiente, servizio cortese. Gli altri commensali hanno preso anche la panna cotta che hanno detto essere paradisiaca. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Piacevolissima scoperta per una cena a Bra! Consiglio vivamente di prenotare, perché il locale merita davvero. L’ambiente è curato ed elegante, e il servizio rispecchia perfettamente il livello del posto: professionale, attento e mai invadente. I piatti sono squisiti. In particolare, suggerisco il flan di zucca e carote con fonduta di Parmigiano e l’uovo alla coque con tartufo bianco, un classico della zona eseguito alla perfezione. Molto apprezzato anche il benvenuto offerto dalla cucina, con assaggi ricercati come il croissant al guanciale, la focaccia alle olive, la salsiccia di Bra con granella di nocciola e un piccolo concentrato di passion fruit con salsa (e altro ancora): un inizio davvero sorprendente. Il conto è risultato pienamente coerente con la qualità del cibo, del servizio e dell’ambiente. Un indirizzo che consiglio senza esitazioni!

Ristorante elegante, servizio curato, cibo ottimo e ben presentato. Proprio un bel ristorante, abbiamo mangiato benissimo e bevuto dell'ottimo vino. Ci hanno offerto un entree di benvenuto buonissimo, soprattutto la gelee. I tajerin con il tartufo bianco di Alba fantastici. Assolutamente consigliato per trascorrere una piacevole serata!

After watching an old episode of 4 Ristoranti, featuring Osteria La Pimpinella as a competitor, we decided to try their cuisine. We can say we were pleasantly surprised by what we ate, both for the exquisitely presented dishes and, above all, the flavor—because what looks good on the plate isn't always what you like. Furthermore, the friendliness and warmth of the owner and the entire staff made our lunch perfect. The prices were definitely reasonable considering the quality of the products. What can I say? It's definitely worth a try when you're in Bra. Congratulations, everyone!

A truly wonderful experience, the staff were friendly and helpful. They accommodated us with timing and arrangements, even though we were a fairly large group. The food was excellent, especially the welcome appetizer, which was much appreciated. We'll be back.

We had New Year's Eve dinner at this beautiful restaurant. The à la carte menu was expertly prepared. Fabulous food, cooked by great chefs. A unique appetizer with a wide variety of selections: from veal tonne tartare, to Russian salad quenels, to rabbit with carrot tart. Then there were traditional first courses, as well as traditional second courses, and a unique dessert (but with a choice for those who don't like chocolate) and hazelnut ice cream. The wine list was excellent. The bill was very reasonable. Well done everyone, you took us to Brindisi with great skill. We'll be back. Stefano Francia

Excellent restaurant in Bra. It is a place that you should reserve your table in advance. Actually the front door is locked and only guest that reserved place can get in. The food was at high level culinary. Evry plate was perfect. Wine was great. Compliments to the chef.

- A huge surprise in a town as small as Bra. - Full marks for the presentation of food. - Family run restaurant, with a couple running the kitchen, assisted by assorted members of the family. - The whole experience of presentation, preparation, uniqueness, deconstruction and taste is similar to a tasting menu of a Michelin star restaurant. - Simple whitish interiors, lets you focus on the food. - Adequate variety of selections in the menu. Enough to satisfy most. - White meats were wonderfully prepared & seasoned. - Sea food could be seasoned better. - Pasta has 'grandma made' pasted all over it. Extremely hearty and satisfying. - Possibly the best Panna Cotta I've had in decades. - A must visit if you happen to be in Bra.

This was some of the best food I have had I n Italy. I am gluten free so it is hard to find something that you feel is just as good tasting as someone who eats gluten. Such a treat.

Buonissimo ristorante a Brà. Cibo e vino veramente di ottima qualità, servizio all’altezza delle aspettative con personale molto qualificato e competente. Unica pecca il bagno un po’ piccolo e non molto curato.

Very good quality. We could not try the local wine, but the parfume was esquisite. Small entry very delicate. First plate full of taste and with particularly caring service (like when we asked for parmisan on the oasta, and they grated it live). A peach: only that peoples that have ordered more have got a bigger entry with more particular stuffs, understandable from an economical point of view, but a bit rude.
