Been here a couple of times. Weekend brunch can get pretty packed, but what do you expect from a good pub with a huge food and drink selection and great atmosphere. Came here before for happy hour too, the bread pudding was good. They have a great whisky flight selection too if you wanna try a bit of everything. They have a whisky list too, which is nice so I don't keep on troubling the bartender. Staffs are very friendly, bartender is also very friendly (at least when I was there). It's one of those place that you think is gonna be loud but it isn't. I can drink and hear my friends, which is pretty rare and a very nice find. Would I come back? If you're reading this, I'm probably on my way there right now.

Last minute plan and boy was it good. Bernie our server was on point. My fish and chips were so delicious. Not overly greasy. Their chips are amazing too! A lot of food. My husband loved the mussels! Tasty. We are going back Thursday with friends for The Chef Table. Check it out on Groupon.

Really enjoyed the overall experience here. The atmosphere is beautiful, very clean, and nicely decorated, which made it feel welcoming and comfortable. Our waitress was excellent, attentive, friendly, and provided great service throughout. The mimosas were delicious, and the corned beef hash was really enjoyed. The fish and chips looked great, and it was nice trying the crème brûlée churros as well. It’s also located in a great downtown area with lots of shops around, so it was nice to walk around afterward and enjoy the surroundings while walking the food off haha. Overall, a lovely spot with great drinks, service, and ambiance. Would definitely come back.

Been here multiple times, love this place, lots of stuff in the area, parking structures near by, lots of seating inside and out, great food, lots of drinks, friendly helpful staff. There’s also a cigar bar; when asked about it the waiter forgot to get the information to us, but otherwise would recommend this place and return.

Came in on a Sunday early evening and stumbled on Karaoke night. Food was a mix. The meatloaf didn't have much filler, so it was almost more like a meatwad. Fried fish was a hair overcooked but the batter was deliciously crispy. Coleslaw basically wasn't dressed, and could have been sliced a little finer. Everything was good quality (less filler?) which has its pros and cons. The gravy was delicious. And everything potato was top-tier. Would come back just for the smashed potatoes and the potato wedges that came with the fish and chips. Portions are generous. Our server was perfect. He was ALWAYS around so you could get whatever you needed, and when you asked he was quick and polite, all without being...extra. And he was just really nice. The karaoke is loud for 5 in the evening, but not obnoxiously. It was good energy, really.

Fun pub/restaurant!! Everyone was extremely nice. Our waiter could have checked on us a bit more often....but the atmosphere was very pleasant. It's a very cool place! The only negative is the women's bathroom was pretty messy. I heard the men's bathroom was pretty clean tho. Nachos were ok. The pasta with chicken was very good 👍. Definitely recommend the pasta and chicken. Hung out on a Sunday and we enjoyed the karaoke. Great sound system. Kool KJ....fun guy!! We shall return. I believe this will be our new go to on a Sunday evening.

Went for the whiskey and food pairing tasting event. We were promptly greeted and seated for the event. Whiskeys and food pairing were nice. Wish i knew you could ask for a non seafood pairing. The server was just reading off the cards so asking for more detailed information wasn't in the cards. There was a live band there so it was hard to hear too. Place was clean, but the event would do better with a bartender that knows the product.

Great vibe! I like the band group here - felt they were just great. Ambience -Cozy feel! Best for evening dinner. Kind off vintage feel. Tried wine amazing. Vegan flatbread was good too. Felt full and enjoyed dinning here. Will visit this place again. Service was great.

Came for brunch on Saturday around noon and of course they were busy. Was greeted and seating and serviced in a timely manner. Waiter was nice but could tell he was in a rush with everything. The food could of been better quality. The chicken and waffles was two chicken strips and a paper thin waffle that looked frozen an hr ago. The unlimited mimosas is the only good part. The place is beautiful inside and parking is easy with the garage.

First time visiting Macallans Public House, luckily the food was good because the customer service was definitely sub-par. Waiter had a very rude attitude, was not welcoming at all. Served half the table then went to take orders from other tables because there was a big difference in time plates were ready to be served. Ordered a drink, was given the wrong drink, then it took 10 mins to bring the correct drink. All of this with only having 6 tables of guests full, would hate to see it on a busy night. When asking questions about menu we all were given the impression that he was annoyed that we were asking. It's a shame because it could of had great potential.
