It's your staple, it's always been the staple... I'm always very satisfied with the service and the quality here, the staff will easily help with accommodations, with crazy prices everywhere it's really helpful taking their unlimited sides they offer, and everything tastes on par. I was feeling the eggplant parm and it was nice and crispy on the outside, tender inside, spaghetti not too heavily drenched with sauce... as far as I can remember the ambiance has always felt the same, their signature colors, seating, keeps it feeling like home the more you go. Head on out, get those unlimited breadsticks and sauce with your friends or family, make it worth it.

Usual olive garden taste and quality. Same consistency as other olive garden outlets. Lots of tables and wasn't actually crowded on weekends but recommended booking a table ahead just to avoid any unnecessary waiting. Food quality was good and ingredients seemed pretty fresh. A Lot of drink options available. Ample veg options available. Servers were friendly and quick in responding. Wheelchair accessible. Free parking available on the premises. First of all, I have not been to Olive Garden for... maybe 14 years? My first impression after 14 years was not so good. As I was walking toward the sitting area, I was welcomed by old carpet smell. It was smelling like old soaked towel that wasn't dried properly. I asked to be seated where there was no carpet. This already made me to walk out... This restaurant used to be highly regarded place back then. Now? Um... I am not so sure. The lady who served me was kind but a bit too much asking dishes to be taken away. Food was ok, but to my taste, it was quite salty. I drank several cups of water after I got home. Now, for the salad. Maybe they prepared it a day before, it didn't look that fresh. Take a look at the picture. Corner of the vegetable was already getting soggy and turning brown. For the soup, 1st order of soup had some chicken in the soup, but the second bowel came with barely any chicken in it. Hum, playing cheap on "endless" soup order? Who knows. I won't be returning again. Good bye, Olive Garden.

I came with my family hoping to enjoy a peaceful meal together, but the experience was very disappointing. We ordered 3 entrées for 5 people, which should not be an issue. From the beginning, the server had a rude attitude and spoke to us in a disrespectful way when he commented, “that’s it,” regarding our order. We also ordered salad for two entrées and one soup. The salad that was brought out was extremely small. When we politely asked for a refill, the server said we would have to pay extra because we were sharing, which did not feel right or properly explained. I then asked to speak with the manager to resolve the issue calmly. I explained how uncomfortable the situation felt and the attitude we received. Unfortunately, the manager (I believe her name was Catie) did not attempt to fix the situation or show any understanding. She simply said that if we paid for another salad, it could be refilled as much as we wanted. We replaced the server, and never saw her face for help as well. The lack of customer service, empathy, and proper handling of the situation was very disappointing. This experience made my family feel unwelcome, and it’s not what we expected when dining out together.

I really wish there was more consistency in the service. I just had my braces tightened and requested for my food to be chopped finely—something this same location has happily done for me in the past. When I called to place my usual order, I asked the girl three separate times to please make sure it was chopped finely, and she confirmed each time. However, when I arrived for pickup, instead of honoring the request, the waiter told me that they “don’t do those types of things” at this establishment. She then went to ask her trainer, and both of them proceeded to make sarcastic side comments while looking over at my car, as if I had asked for something unreasonable. If employees are going to openly talk about a customer, make facial expressions, or use dismissive gestures, I prefer that it not be done while I am standing right there. I understand young workers are still learning, but customer service is still expected. After this experience, I’m no longer satisfied with this establishment.

If I could give them zero stars I would. It’s sad because the food is great and the staff for the most part is quite pleasant and friendly. Sadly the manager Daniel doesn’t believe in freedom of speech. He came over to our table and asked us to censor the way we speak. Crazy considering we were a table of hispanic women. Will not be coming back. Disgusting behavior.

Husband and I came to enjoy a little late night dinner. Food was good, everything was fine, up until the end. We waited a little for the server to come back to pay for our meals, but we figured perhaps the server was a bit busy and may take another 20 min or so for her to check us out. Not wanting to wait long since it was 9:20pm-ish, we checked out on the tablet and printed our receipt. Workers there saw us walking out while I had the receipt in my hand and they wished us a good rest of our night. As we were already almost to the parking lot, the server comes running at us with the tablet in her hands, asking if we paid… we had to go all the way back inside even though I showed her my receipt outside. As we were waiting in the lobby while she confirmed payment, I even showed the Hostess my bank account with the payment, but we still had to wait. How embarrassing. She confirmed that we had indeed paid and we were okay to leave… what is the point of having the tablets on the table, if we must wait on the server to either order food or check out? Absolutely degrading.
