Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail from the first moment, and the details are never banal! Finding the entrance is a puzzle (we had to phone to find it); the entrance is exciting and suggestive, with a slightly horror style. We absolutely recommend the Templar experience (we haven't done the other rooms yet). Everything was immersive and engaging, with the right mix of game difficulties. I don't want to give any spoilers but the scenography is very well done, with notable gems. There were 6 of us who played and we all had fun, and we all solved something, also thanks to the presence of many games to play as a team. We managed to solve it with some help and extra time (among other things, we paid 20 euros each for 90 minutes, definitely below average). At the end they took our team photo in a dedicated corner of the hall. The staff was very kind

We chose a Once Upon a Time escape room as a surprise for our friend who was about to get married. We chose Alice, both because of the recommendation of others who had already tried it, and because we were intrigued by the different experiences they offered. For some of us, it was our very first escape room experience, and we weren't sure what to expect, not knowing how an escape room actually worked. We chose the Once Upon a Time option because some of us were passionate about the theme, and also because we're five scaredy-cats! In addition to their great availability during the booking process, we were immediately welcomed and put at ease by the very kind staff. Since it was our first time, everything was explained to us in detail to prepare us for the experience to the fullest. We can say we were all super excited, the bride even more so! (And this was our goal) it was an engaging and stimulating experience all round, we were completely satisfied with everything and we can't wait to do the others and bring more friends and try many other Escape rooms together from now on!

We went as a couple over the weekend, and this was our first escape room experience. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in the environment. The start was challenging, but we soon found ourselves solving the puzzles, thanks in part to the ability to ask for help. We had a once-upon-a-time experience, and it was challenging but solvable. We had a lot of fun working together to get out. The hour flew by, but we managed to solve most of the game. We'd definitely return for another room. A brilliant and fun way to spend a different kind of time with friends.

We came to this escape room to celebrate a birthday. Me and three others at the first experience. Already at the entrance with the lights and the writings on the walls I understood that we would have a blast... The girls booked once upon a time, a room designed and set up like a "fairy tale", doable puzzles with a little more experience we could have done it in sixty minutes but we had to use the extra time to complete it. The girl who followed us and the staff in general were very kind. The next one will be the killer doll. Beautiful experience to definitely recommend.

I've done several rooms, but not these in Brescia. I must say that we were pleasantly surprised to find some settings with well-crafted settings and intriguing puzzles. We did the Templars' Secret, which—spoiler alert—at a certain point reveals a different side and turns out to be very different from its initial appearance. We also had fun because many of the puzzles were truly original, and some were particularly engaging, some were difficult, others less so, but the help from the game master was eye-opening! We finally discovered these rooms because my boyfriend received a gift package; we'll be back for the other rooms. The staff was fantastic, both helpful and kind.

Everything was really fine. Although we are native german the english version was pretty good to manage since the content of the enigmas is pretty much based on logic. All in all - go for it ! :)

I'll start by saying I've already done about ten escape games, and here I did the killer doll room. The settings were very beautiful and realistic, and overall I found it a challenging room, but overall doable, except for a couple of things I never would have figured out. Perhaps if I had done the other two rooms first and therefore been familiar with the clue-based style of this escape room, it would have been easier, but unfortunately, they weren't available at the time slots I needed. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the option of requesting an extra half hour for thirty euros was a nice touch. It's a shame the POS system was problematic; luckily I had cash. I'd still like to do the other rooms as well.

The game experience was positive (we did the Alice in Wonderland escape). I gave it three stars because the bathroom absolutely needs renovation.

We booked the Alice in Wonderland escape room with high expectations, and we were completely satisfied. The puzzles were complex and not always intuitive, perfect for a creative and unique evening. The staff at the entrance were super kind and welcoming.
