The worker was alone but successfully juggled a lunch crowd and door dash with online orders. She did not loose her cool was respectful, professional, and concise on orders and aware of customer needs!
Subs were tasty but their app is difficult to use ...keep telling me to try again later when ordering my subs I finally just went to the shop to order. Their service was quick and very friendly
The two women who work at this Sub Way are rock stars. My car sick 6 year old got sick in the store and they came to the rescue, cleaned up the mess, gave us a bag and cup for him to use and didn't blink an eye. They also made us a delicious lunch! I was a very grateful Mom today!
Jack was working by himself tonight and I placed a mobile order. When I arrived to the store earlier than I was supposed to and he had 3 other customers he was helping out. My order was still on time and we had a great conversation while he was making my 3 subs. Highly recommend I would have given 10 stars if I could.
Gina did an amazing job making my order, and made sure to pay extra attention to every detail even though it was really busy! I can tell she works hard and treated me and my family amazing!

Friendly atmosphere great staff . Mostly polite customers. Although there are some who act rude and as if it's a 5 star resturant... for those who don't get what FAST FOOD is. Grow up. .Also if you order a sweet onion teriyaki sub. You must ask for the sauce or we have no clue what you want . So don't figure we can read your mind. We put on the sub exactly what you ask. Don't be rude and swear on Google reviews because you forgot to ask for sweet onion sauce.
Only giving a 4 star because of the employee that was working there her name tag said "T" I ordered three subs which she made amazing, they where perfect and she was extremely friendly even had me laughing despite the horrendous heat she was working in. You could see she was uncomfortable but she was still pushing and smiling this isn't the first time I have been into this location during the day or at night and she seems like she is the only one that works there, do you guys have any other employees there? The owners should be ashamed to have any of there employees working in a store with that kind of heat! Give that woman a raise or something because she is a trooper and maybe fix the ac and toaster oven, its only going to get hotter. I do hope you guys tell her that I left this review.
Stopped in today on lunch, and those girls were WORKING. The staff was doing great with the tools (or lack there of) that they were given. With a line out the door almost, they got the line down all while the toaster was barely working. Manager definitely needs to schedule more people for shifts it seems. Also, they only had 2 types of chips which sucked. But overall it was good, staff was great!

Poorly made sandwich by an irritated employee. Might just be a bad day, we all get them. My coworker couldn't finish tuna sandwich because it tasted old. Exactly what we expected from this Subway which is why it got 2 stars. Can't be too hard on them when we rolled the dice. Update: The Cookies were PERFECT!
Staff is friendly.. Ordered a rotissery chicken sub because I had a coupon and it was the worst decision of my life.. The chicken was hard, my veggies tasted like soap... I usually LOVE subs, but this one left a literal bad taste in my mouth.. You pay more at Nice N Easy but it's worth it for the quality..
At first I thought the service was going to be great! My husband and I walked in and immediately was asked what kind of sub we wanted. Then the phone rang and we had to wait like 5 mins before she got off the phone. She did apologize but still we had to wait. The reason for my one star on the food is because we paid $36 for 2 meals! That's outrageous! The bread on my husbands sub wasn't even done! He didn't even eat all of it! He threw it away! Needless to say we will not be back! We could have went to Byrne Dairy for a better sandwich and it would have had more meat!

Asked for double meat & paid $19 for a sub, and I don’t think they even put a single portion of meat on there. Most of the vegetables are old & rotting. Place is just very poorly-run.

The sub was the worst sub I’ve ever had from there. Roll was over cooked (hard) barely any lettuce, ordered tomatoes (none were on it) barely any olives and there was hardly any meat. Very disappointed!!
I wanted to get a sub while on break at 9:30. The door says they open at 9 but the door was locked and looked like No one was inside. I was very dissapointed
Last time there, Bad experience, use Caution. Hope you don't get sick. Inside knowledge of bad health practices. Employees are not treated well or are abused. Don't bother calling the owner, he doesn't care and will call you a liar even if you have evidence.

They don't put lids on their food which is pretty unsanitary, no wonder when I went in the all their vegetables looked gross and dried out. 3. The reason for this negative review. On 1/15/2025 at around 6:30 pm I was the 2nd customer to walk into the door, the 1st customer was being served already and had kids so I gave them space. A father and his son walked in AFTER me. When the 1st customer was done being served the women working didn't even acknowledge me or ask if I was ready to be served and immediately began asking what the father and his son wanted. So the 10 minutes I waited in line was wasted because I was skipped. Was not even that busy and It would have took two seconds for the women working to ask if I was ready to order.
I did a mobile order for a sub and a side pretzel, it said so on my receipt yet when I got home it wasn't even in the bag. I know they saw it because I asked for my bacon extra crispy and they did that but never even stopped me to tell me I forgot anything I assumed it was in the bag. But for getting over 16.50minimum wage, how can you forget stuff out of the order? Why ate they not being double checked by the employee there would be less of this issue. So what I paid for something I never got so my name gets put on a list , not good enough. Things need to drastically change with this fast food industry. I probably won't even be going here anymore because of fear that my orders are not being checked so they will take the money but you don't get your food. Not to mention the sub was horrible and I couldn't even eat it i threw it away...disgusting

When she entered the store, she told the person who she was on a phone call with that the door wasn’t locked last night and that people are inside. She then proceeded to ignore me for some time until after she concluded her phone call. She then finally informed me that the opening preparations would take 20 minutes. This employee’s rudeness as well as her tardiness ruined my experience with this restaurant.
Fix your hours. If you close at 9 don't advertise that you close at 10. I've had no issues at this location and I'll change the review when they fix their posted hours.
