Hands down, our favorite Chili's and local restaurant in general! Jose and Destiny are outstanding hosts and couldn't be friendlier or more accommodating! Nic, the GM is all about giving back to the community and incredibly generous with his time and resources! This location is run so well, is clean, and the food is always great! 5 out of 5 starts only because we can't give 6. Highly recommend.

I ordered on line and the food was brought to my car. From start to finish it was easy to understand the instructions. The lunch specials are great. I'd like to see you go back to some kind of dinner deals again. It's affordable and allows for a change from fast food. Keep up the fantastic team work.

Great service and speedy! I got nervous when I sat down and realized that coming during the Friday dinner rush with an impatient toddler was probably a bad idea. But I was shocked how fast the food came out! The wait staff and manager were very attentive. Our toddler was happy and so busy eating his grilled cheese that I was actually able to eat my whole meal without rushing (parent life)! We will definitely be back soon.

The steak was very tasty. The only negative was a streak of grizzle in the rib eye & I seem to get that in any steak I order out (mind you I'm not going out to fancier steakhouses like Ruth Chris). The natchos were delicious!! My family member loved her cheeseburger & fries. I enjoyed the mashed potatoes which had bacon bits and scallion (and perhaps a bit of cheese in it?) The skillet chocolate chip cookie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream was very yummy. Excellent service. Clean bathroom. A male or a female bathroom is offered at this restaurant. What a nice treat out today 😋 🙂

Had a great time at Chilis tonight watching playoff football with a friend. Justin was our server and he was the absolute best. I hope we have him again next time we come.

So we sat down and were in for a treat when we saw that the waitress that had served us on our previous visit was our waitress again. “Wasn’t she our waitress before?” my friend bashfully asked me. “Yes!” I replied, astonished at my friend’s top of the line memory. We soon placed our drink order, “Two strawberry lemonades, please!” and the waitress accepted our request with no further comments- only a smile. This attitude was greatly appreciated, especially after one of my last visits to iHop where I was told that the strawberry lemonade had “ran out”… likely story. Anyway, our drinks came out in a matter of seconds and we began to engulf the cool refreshing taste of strawberries into our mouths. The waitress came over once again and asked if we were ready to order, which we were. We ordered from the 3 For Me Lunch menu and got a Chipotle Tex Mex Bowl… something along those lines. The lunch special came with chips and salsa and, I kid you not, those chips and salsa were out in the blink of an eye. “Wow… that was fast!” my friend commented. I had to agree, but I had no words, I was astounded at the service! The rest of our meal went smoothly, and the bowl came out just as fast as the rest of the meal had. The only concern was the spice level of the chicken, but to be fair my friend is not too good with spices. Throughout the meal, our waitress had noticed multiple times that we had finished our drinks, and, without question, brought us new ones. Her attentiveness and observation was unmatched. The real treat came at the end of the meal. We paid with the conveniently placed touch screen (very efficient!) and were about to get up when our waitress came over one last time to ask if we would like another round of strawberry lemonades to go. I looked over to see the smile on my friend’s face and knew that we would definitely be getting those- they were free so why wouldn’t we! After these were given to us, we gratefully exited Chilis after saying our goodbyes. I can definitely say that I will be returning. The service, atmosphere, and food quality were just splendid. The price was even better- we both only paid 9 dollars! The time I spent with my friend was even more enjoyable because of the kindness in our waitresses heart. Thank you!

Chilis in Baldwin place (Somers) is our favorite place, hands down! The place is clean and everyone is friendly so we don’t mind bringing the baby- but it’s also our #1 choice for date night! They really have a stellar staff, they always come over and say hi even if we’re not sitting in their section and the managers are always checking in to make sure everything is perfect. Chili’s has really stepped their game up and we love it!

We’ve been coming here for lunch for years (and sometimes at night) Danielle C is by far our favorite server! We were sad when John was leaving but so happy when she filled that spot. At night, love Justin and Justine. Not happy about the menu change and cost in prices. But because of Danielle we will still be coming back.

Waitress was amazing! Two weeks ago we got Brianna, she was so helpful and always making sure we had everything we needed. This time we got Daniella tablet 41, she was so nice, super friendly smiling and always checking in to make sure we got everything we needed. Also managers also check in to see if we needed anything, no longer await food was out pretty quickly we always have an amazing time and kids love it.

Chili’s is great. I come in once a week on my break and always sit with Danielle C. She knows my order and most times has a drink at the table before I sit down ( that’s service). I’ve lived in the area for about 8 yrs and this is my favorite Chili's By far, hands-down, the bartender destiny and Cody are amazing they give you their time of day. They listen to you and they’re very welcoming nevertheless, serve you an amazing drink, a great beer and your food all good.. The server In the same bar area, his name is Logan also an amazing person so if you ever sit at Chili’s, make sure you sit at the bar area. The crew is amazing. Also, my all-time favorite compliment is Justin 🌶️. I’ve known him for eight years and he doesn’t even realize that I’ve known him for eight years. He’s a great person. He’s the reason why I come back to Chili’s every single time cause I met him first and he holds the face to The company of Chili’s for me at least. Again, he’s the reason why I keep coming back. She was amazing and would love for her to take care of us again. Towards the end of our visit it got very loud in the restaurant. We were sitting in the bar area and the table on the other side of us in the other section of the restaurant seemed like a table the staff knew. As what seemed like a majority of the staff was over there joking around and being extremely loud. Not what we wanted to hear throughout our meal. It’s been years since I ate at this Chili’s. The last time I ate here before pandemic, the place seemed dirty, food was good as always and service was quite mediocre. Yesterday, I felt like everything was top notch specially service and food. For 3:30pm, place was quite packed and very happening. The food was so good from presentation to service timing. Our host went above and beyond to make the experience even more special…. Gave us extra chips when he absolutely didn’t have to, helped us look up a coupon that we didn’t know we had and everything in between. We love the whole meal so much that we can’t wait to be back. Whatever you are doing, keep it up. We absolutely loved eating here yesterday.

I dined in tonight at Chili's in Somers. I have ate at many before and this one has to be my favorite. While the food is always solid, service is what makes an experience. My server was Danielle was friendly professional and listened to all of our requests. The manager Mike checked in on us as well and made us feel welcomed. You can tell he runs a great shift and respects his staff. I will be back for thursday night football again!

Combos were VERY good. Prices were ok. The 2 for 1 drink combos were a VERY nice surprise on the night that I went. Our servers were the nicest!

The wait staff was great. Fast and friendly. I was not disappointed with the service. The food was good as expected. Prices are fair and the drinks ain't bad as far as taste and prices go either. It brought back memories for me of past trips to Chili's although they were located in other states and towns.. Either way they are consistent and don't disappoint as far as my experiences go. Look at pic I came and went just like that.

I have been here many times. The food is consistently good and the service is professional. Try the street corn!

Visited today for dinner for my son's bday (he has special needs) since he loves Chili"s. Today's visit had a few hiccups during our dining experience but the manager was very kind and assisted us. I was amazed at his level of compassion. Although this evening was a bit frustrating, I'd return. The restaurant is clean and welcoming. Although, some waiters should be more attentive and repeat the order back to be sure there isn't any confusion, especially if a guest has allergies. Thanks to the manager on staff, I won't allow this experience to dictate future visits.

Came in for lunch with my son after a doctor’s appointment, we both had the 3 for me burgers and fries. Which include an appetizer and beverage we both got flavored lemonade one watermelon and one dragonfruit, both were good. For the appetizers I got the loaded baked potato soup and he got the chips and salsa. The loaded potato soup was flavorful came with cheese, bacon bits, and scallions. Burgers were cooked perfectly nice and juicy, ended the meal with the chocolate chip skillet cookie which comes with a scoop of vanilla ice cream that was ok the next ends of the cookie tasted a little overcooked but overall ok. Our server was very attentive and personable

Food is usually pretty good. I think chili’s has an issue with the quality of its ingredients. Especially chicken. If you order take out around dinner time expect a long wait. I don’t believe they are properly staffed. We waited over 35 minutes in the parking lot for our food. It’s a constant issue with Chili’s. I don’t believe it’s worth the wait. Everyone is usually friendly though.

The food was good at best. The service and atmosphere was mediocre at best. Only one person waiting a whole section (which looked like a total of 13 tables but only 5 parties at the time). The person was going back & forth between all parties. Also, my party was the least interacted one with. Other than that, it was an okay location.

The food is always great but some of the servers are just always in a very bad mood. I usually order take out but other than that, great for the food.

Second visit in a year. I can't even remember the first visit so that's how memorable that experience was, however, this visit was fair at best. We had to ask to have the table cleaned a second time. The menus had food stains and were sticky. The restrooms were filthy. Not a single management person ever walked around or asked about our food or visit, but our young server was friendly and attentive enough. She was actually the highlight of the entire visit. The food was OK but not great and the drinks were watered down. Not worth what we paid.

We went for lunch last week. It was a long wait until we actually got a server. More time passed before we got our drinks. Extra long time to get our food, which to our shock was out all at once, appetizers and mains, all at the same time. Overall, poor and inattentive service, although he was being nice as much as he could. Would not recommend. My burger was so bad I couldn't eat it. The appetizers were good except the chipotle cheese sticks were too sweet. Ribs and mac and cheese were good. But again, having all the food at once was bizarre.

On a Friday night the wait was 50 min.. no thank you! We ate hibachi in the same shopping center

Food came out cold not once but twice while I got to watch the people I was with enjoy there meals the service was terrible and this is a place I absolutely loved before todays Mother’s Day outing management didn’t even check on the problem maybe because I didn’t make a big fuss over it but I definitely won’t be going there again

Ate here yesterday with my brother and his wife. We ordered three main courses and appetizers. All the food came out at once and I questioned the waitress about it. She said she thought the appetizers were a main course. Makes no sense since there were three of us and what we ordered as appetizers are listed as appetizers on the menu. She couldn’t have cared less.

Our waitress who I believe was the manager took me and my friends ID when we ordered our drinks, disappeared for about 10 minutes with them, came back and refused to serve us. Said our IDs scanned as real but came back “funny” (????) because they were issued around the same time. Refused to take a passport as a second form of id. Mind you we’ve been seated for about 20 minutes w no food or drink at this point, which I totally understand because they’re busy but to get refused service because you thought our real ids were “funny” is complete nonsense

My wife and I sat in the bar area. We ordered from the barmaid. She never put in the order correctly. I requested no added salt. Salad was edible. My chicken dish was salty. She ignored us and concentrated on the regular customers. Getting a manager was non existence. After finally getting the barmaid attention she printed a bill. No thank you or goodbye. But her hand was out for a tip. Place has fallen down hill since Theresa the general manager is no longer there.

They deliver the wrong food and will not correct it and I don't know what they delivered to me because this food was extremely cold and it felt like it was frozen. When I spoke to the manager, they told me to talk to GrubHub is a delivery service, not food service. $51.00. The food was horrible.

This place is not family friendly. Brought my infant there and was moved twice due to the stroller after they seated us there. We haven’t even take my infant out or fold the stroller and was basically told we can’t be there. We ended up leaving the establishment due to the fact of their rudeness and stupidity. Will never be back there.

Second time I’ve gone here. I had a really long hair in my food. I have a food safety certification and I’m just wondering why they don’t wear their hair back or at least in hats to serve. Management seemed to do nothing. It’s just so disappointing since it’s one of the only places to eat in the area that’s close by to me…. Not to mention I’m always sick after I eat there….

We been customers for a long time. Have order ribeye dish multiple times and it’s been good but couple months ago quality started to drop. Last night we got two classic rib eyes. They were terrible. Meat quality it’s not same, Mexican rice was way too much seasoned. Mashed potatoes were okey. But this has happened many times. They need to control the quality of their food.
