3/29/2024. Ordered the 19.99 2 med, garlic bits, cina twists and a soda deal. Really good I'm happy to raise my raiting to 5/5 stars. YUM! Had not tried Dominos in a long time. We usually order from the other pizza chain down the street. The folks working this location were short on staff, pizza orders were backed up and piled up in the window. My 15 mins turned into 30mins waiting. They were super nice to apologize and I could tell this was not a normal day for them. The 6.99 2 med pizza coupon deal and the dessert cookie were all abit burnt and the overall taste was meh. Just giving an honest review folks that's all.

✳️Bridgeport Ohio, Howard St location. The best Delivery service. The food and the People listen. Helpful. And the drivers actually are undertaking a hit with drivers tips. These people HERE deserve a tip !!! Great all around. Friendly with my kids when we go in. Never been to any other location in this area EVER for the Customer service they offer. ✅️

I actually started liking Domino's Pizza again because of the employees at this Domino's location in Bridgeport. Last couple orders since April have been perfect. And delivery was on-time and fresh as well when I couldn't leave the house due to healing from Surgeries. Great job guys n gals n everyone else working here. Some of us do appreciate it!

Edit: I have had a great experience with the past few orders! Pizza is good when they add enough sauce, but their subs are lacking. $5 subs at that other joint has theirs beat all to heck. They are pretty scarce on their ingredients and that's another reason I quit buying them. I haven't visited for awhile because of this, but may try again soon. If it's improved, I'll update my review. Like they say, it depends on who's making the stuff and they go through people so fast, you never know what you're gonna get. Also, they need to screen their banana peppers for cores and stems, they sometimes hurt if you don't see them and bite into them.

I have ordered three times this week due to time issues. Online ordering was easy, food was fast and hot. The sandwiches and chicken bacon, tomato is fantastic. My son loves it too and he is picky about pizza and food in general. Drivers are courteous and friendly.

First time I ordered from this Dominos. Excellent pizza. Just the way I like it. Hot and tasty. Delivery by Erica who was most pleasant. Good job everyone!

However I ordered this evening and got a pizza exactly as ordered. toppings in every bite. When I ordered online it said Jacob was preparing my pizza. Great job Jacob. Thanks for making sure you put out a quality pizza!

Always been great, weird today that whomever was preparing our two pizzas goofed up toppings. Ordered a meatzza that has 4 meats on it got a cheese pizza instead no meat, 2nd pizza was supposed to be the Hawaiian one opted to no ham but added pepperoni guess what no pepperoni on it just sparse sprinkle of bacon. Just disappointed. But they are still our favorite Bridgeport OH franchise pizza shop.

We received two hot wings. I have called and voiced my concern in the pastto no improvement. I was even told as a part of the pick up order, that even if I picked it up, it would still be 90.mins. I was then told by someone at the store when i called the next day, "the manager on duty that night was trying to discourage me from ordering because she does not want to be at that store." I think we are done with the store and maybe the brand

Absolutely horrible experience this evening. Matter of fact never even got the pizza delivered. Placed the order at 11:38pm (late I know, but still) waited till 12:25am and called to see what was going on. Said they only had two drivers and it was the next order going out. Waited another hour and called again, was told it would be there any second, explained the call back numbers battery died and if they needed directs to call the number we called from. Watched the driver pass our house. Called the store back and again was told he'd be there soon. Waited another 10-15 minutes still no pizza, tried to call the store and no answer. Now it's 2:00am an no where else is open. Honestly because of this lack of customer service experience tonight I don't think I'll even bother with trying to order Domino's again. Extremely disappointed, they totally dropped the ball tonight. If 0 stars was an option that's what I would have selected.

Placed a order online, with the address I placed they were on the delivery list. After patiently waiting a whole hour and watching the tracker, they then decide to call me and tell me that the DO NOT deliver here. Could have called me about 10 minutes at the most after I placed my order to tell me they don't deliver here. Waited a whole hour and now I get to try to find for a place that delivers. Also the guy said he just received my order, but I have the email confirmation, from when I place my order, and I also watched the tracker and it said my order was being checked before sent out to deliver. Total BS.

I called the store and talked to a nice lady she then proceeded to tell me why I recieved the wrong wings im gonna tell everyone on here because they dont tell you. I Ordered boneless wings with parm garlic well apparently they dont do that even tho it's an option it will switch it to traditional wings. I said why is this my fault if you do this you could have had the courtesy to call and tell me. We'll she said let me get my manager. He gets on the phone and I proceed to tell him what happened and he said that's what you Ordered what do you want me to do. I said no that's not what I ordered and your employee stated that in the beginning. He said we'll what do you want me to do I said I want my correct order and then proceeds to yell about it. Well listen dude you ruined my order and my night I will never ever order there again ever. So today another manager calls and says hey could you tell me what happened last night. I told him the exact same thing and I said I ordered else where and the Dominos food is still on my counter never been touched. He said you mean to tell me you didn't eat the food over wings and service. Yes your dam right I didn't and I said listen your not ruining my day by mocking me so I hung up. This was never resolved and I called the proper chains to take care of this. Terrible customer service all I wanted is what I ordered and this store failed!!!!! I have been telling everyone and alot will not order from there again.
