We made the 1.5 hour drive from Destin with our two daughters and so glad we did! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The manager greeted us with southern hospitality and made sure our girls had the best time. The bartender was attentive and recommended the best buffalo chicken pizza. The young gentlemen who worked at each of the attractions were personable and respectful. We will make the drive again

You have to stop here if you are visiting going to Pensacola Beach with kids. Entire staff is very friendly from the window to buy tickets, to the bar tender, the girls on the ropes course and the guys running the go karts, especially Walt. Walt was great with adults and kids! We stopped by on 8/4. The girls on the ropes were very engaging and making jokes with us. The guys running the go karts were so chill and engaging with customers. The entire staff made this a 5 star experience. My 14yo loved everything they had to offer. I didn’t see 1 kid unhappy on the 3 story ropes course and the go karts. The food and drinks were better than a few places nearby (ie Senor Frogs). We purchased a 4 hours pass on 8/3, which I highly recommend to maximize the fun. A storm blew in about 5 minutes later. They gave us a rain check for the next night. No pushback or anything. Seriously, they provide exceptional customer service. The atmosphere and offerings are perfect for a family with little kids and teenagers.

My goodness! What a spectacular day my Babies had yesterday at Laguna's ❤️ Thanks so much for the AMAZING CREW that made the day so great! Barney is a great host and caretaker of guests! Casper and Jason were amazing helping my babies be brave on the zip! And I can't leave out the coolest bartender Dylan! There's another little sweetheart that I didn't get her name helping with the kids too. Like I said, all around AMAZING DAY!!!!!

Best service ever! What a team and Dylan is the coach always pumping up the crew when the place is packed. Was in the industry for 20 year in my youth and this kind of leadership and enthusiasm is what makes a great place. Not to mention Dylan makes the best margaritas I’ve ever had!

When I say this is the best top shelf Marg on Pensacola Beach, don't believe me. Just try one. Fresh juice + Casamigos with a GrandMa topper? Heaven. The man trending bar here (Dylan?) is my hero. Protip for locals with two kids: Sunday is half off for locals & 10% off food and bev so if you were going to come anyways, you basically get 6 margaritas+ childcare for 3 hours for the same price as 2 kids on regular days. The pizzas are surprisingly excellent as well. Is this my new favorite Sunday Funday spot? COYS

Nicole, James and Jason are AMAZING! The best service EVER. Helped with drink order and made sure we got to enjoy the fire pit. Personally delivered food and made us feel like we were home. Laguna’s is a must stop every time I visit Pensacola. I recommend it every opportunity I get because of them. I really can’t praise enough. Unfortunately, there isn’t a New Orleans location but they have perfected southern hospitality and the food tastes like it’s straight from the Deep South! Definitely the best place to try if you want the best experience!

Really cool relaxed venue, people were superb. You can move easily between VIP beach and GA. Also, sounds great and the subs are surprisingly good. 10/10 will go again

This place is so much fun! The staff is absolutely wonderful! They were all so sweet! Jackson took a picture for me, and he helped get my son down from the zip line when he was scared. He also had some really kind words for my son to make him feel better. What a truly kind young man. This place is seriously great for the whole family!

My son did the ropes course one morning. It was not crowded at all. We went on their dolphin cruise on a Sunday evening and it was much more crowded with the limited parking. The dolphin cruise was very nice. The crew was excellent and there were plenty of dolphins around where we went. We took a sunset cruise from a different place the previous night but actually ended up with a better sunset on the dolphin cruise.

Brought my kids and friends here for the adventure area. We paid 50.00 per person to have access to the zip line, splash pad and go carts. Everyone enjoyed themselves. We didn't purchase any food or drinks while here. Parking is kinda horrible though. Very tight spaces and if 1 person parks where they are not supposed to, it'll block in dozens of people.

Go karts were super fun. My husband and I had a fun date here. Good price for go karts and you get a good amount of time for it! Nice track right by the water.

Every drink i asked for on different days was just grapefruit juice and vodka even tho I ordered a tequila sunrise.. food is ok, just tasted like frozen pre-made .. kids loved the calamari. It's a beautiful place to eat....

I would give no stars if at all possible. The management on 3/1 was disrespectful and unkind. No one was upstairs but another couple and I could see why. We are locals to the area and my 5 year old wanted to go up and have pizza and do go karts to celebrate. The server stated that a birthday cake was brought in and a $30 fee would have to be given on the food ticket. I stated I would just pay it because it was not a big deal and I wanted our son to have the best day. She asked some questions and then offered to go get the manager because “he may do something about the fee since it was our little family”. Well he came up loud and even after saying I would take it out to the vehicle was still rude. I do want to say I believe the servers were kind and just trying to be nice. Still we will not be going back. I would recommend going to Fast Eddies instead.
