If you don’t mind the bar and conversation your in the right place 5/15/2021. At first glance the prices seemed high. However to my amazement the food quality and portion size was outstanding. Very hard to get five stars. The food tasted so good. Had the brisket melt and she had the portobello mushroom sandwich and both were delightful. It was high noon on Saturday for a nice lunch. Check it out and tell them “Guy sent you.” We ate there again yesterday 5/29/2021. It was a little after high noon on Saturday this time and it was damp and rainy outdoors. We sat down and ordered while the atmosphere and temperature inside was inviting and cozy. I ordered the Ramen soup spicy and we shared an order of wings with her getting mozzarella sticks. Again, the food was really delicious and priced right. The wings had a fresh taste with regard to the frying oil used and the taste of the chicken was fresh too. Next was the Ramen soup with an abundance of noodles and fragrant spices. The soup had a medicinal feel and a wonderful taste that you would crave on a damp rainy day. The mozzarella sticks were what you would expect with no complaints. I am a professional reviewer of food with decades of pallet experiences good and bad. Relaxing atmosphere with great accommodating & friendly service. The food was delicious and plentiful. We plan on coming back soon. We tried the Deck Wrecker drink ...refreshing and smooth. I like the idea of promoting and serving beers from the microbreweries. I tried the Frog Alley ...👍 🐸 I recommend this place for lunch & dinner when you are out and about as you will definitely enjoy.

We stopped here because Project 29 is a Verified Venue on Untappd, had an interesting beer list and we were in the area. What a surprisingly nice treat! Walking up, I don't remember being struck either way by the outside. The inside, however, was nicely done. A rustic, Adirondack theme, high ceilings, it felt warm, spacious, and comfortable. While the sign said to wait for seating, no one seemed available to seat us, so we sat at the bar. The bartender was a younger woman with sufficient knowledge of the beers in the menu. I was impressed with the nice selection of local, regional and world class choices. I wound up with a flight of 4 4-oz samples for $10, which thought was reasonable. Food was really good. The Spicy Potstickers were tasty but not spicy as advertised, at least to my taste. Still really good and worth ordering. Our flatbread pizza was chock full of toppings, delicious, and more than enough for two. Topped off with attentive, friendly service, we were very glad we stopped at Project 29 and will be back soon.

Project 29: A Welcomed Return! After years of avoiding Project 29, my family and I decided to give it another shot tonight, and we're so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the experience was a delightful surprise, far exceeding our expectations. We were greeted by a friendly hostess, setting a warm tone for the evening. Our waitress, Bella, was an absolute gem. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and thoughtful throughout our meal. When my beer kicked the keg, she proactively offered a complimentary replacement for my next drink – a truly stand-out gesture of excellent service. We kicked off our meal with appetizers that did not disappoint. The mozzarella sticks were the best kind – perfectly rectangular, served with classic marinara, and, to our upstate New York delight, Melba sauce. We also indulged in the chicken lemongrass potstickers, which were wonderfully crunchy and bursting with flavor. The Thai chili sauce was good, though we found the accompanying potsticker sauce a bit on the salty side. For our main courses, my mom and I opted for the Cajun Fried Chicken Sandwich, while my dad went for the French Onion Burger. My dad absolutely raved about his burger, loving every single bite. The fried chicken sandwich was also a hit for my mom and me – incredibly delicious, though be warned, it's absolutely massive! Neither of us could finish it. My mom particularly enjoyed the roasted red pepper ranch sauce that came with it. I wasn't a fan of the ranch, but that's entirely on me as I'm generally not a ranch person; I just wanted to experience the chef's vision. The French fries accompanying our meals were perfectly crispy, though they could have used a sprinkle of salt for that extra burst of flavor I personally enjoy. One minor note, the restaurant was a bit loud, which made it a little challenging for my parents who are hard of hearing, but that seems to be the nature of the place. To top off a great evening, the owner even checked in on us after we'd finished our meal and bid us a warm goodbye as we left. It's clear that the team at Project 29 genuinely cares about their diners' experience. Our return to Project 29 was a resounding success. The friendly staff, thoughtful service, and delicious (albeit generously portioned!) food have definitely put this spot back on our radar. We highly recommend giving it a try!

This spot has a large menu consisting of apps, salads, sandwiches, burgers and flatbreads. They have a very good on tap beer menu with multiple of each type. I really enjoyed the beer and the food gets the job done. The food doesn't seem like much is from scratch but it was doctored up to taste good. I could be wrong. The service was excellent! They took our party of 5, 40 minutes before they close which was nice because there isn't many options in the broadalbin area. I would definitely go back based on the drinks alone!

Good size menu and great prices. Good portions too, burgers are huge. Plenty of seating area. Very nice bar and they have pool table in the back. The food isn’t amazing but it isn’t terrible. It’s just good. But the beer seems like a hit and a nice place to just hang out for a beer. So food is decent but nothing amazing.

I went here to watch a friend of my play his guitar one night. I was very impressed how nice it looks inside of here. The staff was very polite as well. I only had drinks that night. But I did see people eat food which looked very good. I will have to stop back again sometime to try the food. When I do I will post an other review on that. The last time I was here was 2 years ago. But I stopped in today. This time I had some food which was very good. The Bleu cheeseburger and fries which filled me up. The service was great and the place is nice to have a meal. They have many beers to choose from that are from local places and a few from out of state. I will be going back here again sometime for sure for a meal and beer.

My 1st time visiting Project 29 was their 1st bike night. Good turn out, nice atmosphere, music, good food...I had 2 large delicious Tacos (recommended). Looking forward to next visit/bike night.

This is so far the worst food I have ever had upstate New York. The lettuce wasn’t fresh cut and yellow. Tomatoes were not red anymore. Fish had bones and taste less very disappointed from this place the brisket was dry and didn’t look like brisket. I do not recommend eat your risk.
