We ordered on line and just could not get it to work. Super frustrating! So i had to go in and explain the problem to the nice lady. After i explain i still wanted the online deal BOGO. She could have said no and turned me away but she didn't. So we had a wonderful meal of subs. Thank you for making it happen even when the app was so frustrating. The subs were great!

Its SUBWAY you know what your gonna get. The owner is an amazing human being. The girls that work there are always nice. This is homestead and we are who we are if you show up and its busy its gonna take a little longer then usual and you might not get the perfectly made sub cuz the girls are trying to get you out as quickly as they can. When its slow you cant complain about a single thing. Support your local businesses especially this one who they deserve it!!!!!!

Relatively clean Subway with friendly enough staff. Owner seems to have problems with stocking inventories. They're usually out of several things. Chances are good you'll have to settle for whatever is at hand, or take a quick sprint down the road to Publix to satisfy your cold cut craving.

This is the last time I buy from this store, I wanted to try the pretzel and it was stale and hard super dark like it was over cooked, the churro with little to no sugar and the worst part they have all the meat section covered behind the glass with a steel hood that keeps you from seeing the freshness of the meats. I would not go or recommend anyone to use this store, there is other options of subways really close by

The individual helping us was nice. That is all. Only one freaking employee. It seems like subway does not mind a 20 min wait. Table are dirty but I don't blame the employee. If she is the only person working than the tables will just need to wait. The entire franchise is going down the drain. They are sucking the life of employees as nice as the lady that made our sandwiches. Subway should be ashamed. I know what you are thinking. I ripping in them from just this visit. That is not true. The two closest Subway in my area are the same. They always stuck one poor lonely employee and have filthy tables. It must be the way subway does business now. Reminded me of the old dominos from back in the day. They had the same problem. Good luck nice lady that helped us. Shame on you franchise owner or corporate expletive.

Door locked at 9:40 pm . Watched her friend get the door unlocked and a free sandwich also watched her dad or whomever her ride was take a trash bag from in front of the building to the side where a guy on a bicycle got a bag of sandwiches and road off out of view of cameras. Multiple other people came while I watched her ignore them.

This is a turkey with spinach, tomato, onion & black olives on asiago. FALSE.... its 8 gallons of mayo & mustard on white, turkey, pickles, lettuce, tomato & black olives. Its.completely in edible. The worst part... there was a 2nd 6" that was supposed to be the same & was recieved in this same slop of mayo. This has gotnto be the worst Subway location. Every time you order Doordash you can almost guarantee either all or at least 1 part of the order will be inedible.

If I could leave negative starts I would! I got to this restaurant ten min before they are supposed to close and they would not serve me! One employee was closing up the store (cleaning dining room) the other guy inside was sitting at a table playing on his phone! Do not expect to get service late in the evening here! VERY RUDE!!!

This is the worst subway I’ve ever experienced and I’ve given them several chances. They are very stingy with the amount of meat they put on a sandwich. There wasn’t a clean table to be found and their “sandwich artist” left me standing at the counter while she made a mobile order that had not arrived yet before attending to me. I won’t give them another chance.

Horrible service the clerk at the counter young boy would not assist with our order which was for the BOGO offer he said I don't have the app so I cant help you, Additionally you got to complain and you have to do so on subways website but hey alas again you cant do so because to do so you need to put the date of your visit and you cant it will not let you. Subway is a horrible restaurant and is why I will be taking my business to jimmy johns, Publix of Broadway subs, Don't eat subway but if you so steer clear from this location horrible service

Overworked staff. I had ordered a subway through the app not too long ago and it was burnt and they had one staff member working. I had complained and was offered courtesy subway by the store manager Carlos, he never followed through, he was never available nor anyone for that matter. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this subway restaurant. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Pobrecita 😔 Saturday night, just one woman working, long line of people, poor girl ☹ She was latina, very very nice, good attitude despite the difficult working conditions. MANY other reviews complain about only one employee (it's probably dangerous also for the female employee to be there alone).
