Had our early dinner take-out order for the first time and my first impression for the food is quite good. Freshly prepared with balance meat and veggies for a good price. Compare to other restaurants and fast food store, their price is better. Lunch meal is the highlight from $5.50-$8.50 you can get a great meal. Recommended!

Delivered with Ubereats - the Singapore noodle was great! ingredients were fresh (met my expectation at this price) and the noodle was tasty, with enough proteins. This was better than the Singapore noodle I had at a resort at x4 $ lol The only downside was that I ordered quart sized white rice, but they gave me pint...

It's the best Chinese restaurant around here, in my opinion. You have to double-check your order though, sometimes they forget to put spring rolls or soda that comes with the set.

Not the best of my life but better than the place on Roosevelt Island and they deliver to RI and quite reasonably priced.

Regular Chinese food. Eating area is good, but if you are there when the kid's are out of school. Bad move.

Prices are decent but would recommend to call and pickup or get delivery. Food is ready in 15 - 20 min. Some times they have so many customers it's a zoo. At you know the neighborhood loves them and we missed them when they closed for a month or 2 felt like forever.

The food itself is fine but the customer service is the real issue. The lady in the front (looks to be in her 40s) was giving so much attitude and was calling me dumb. I ask her to repeat herself because I couldn’t hear and she wasn’t happy. The atmosphere didn’t really bother me but it wasn’t the most inviting

I've been ordering from this place for years today I noticed on my debit that they changed the price and charged me more. I called and spoken to the girl who wanted to be rude and hang up on me. This girl also knows me as a customer. Either she or the delivery guy tried get me for more money on the sneak. Never again will I come here! I definitely filed a dispute with my card.

I ordered Four Seasons Delicacy which consists of lobster, chicken, scallops, crabmeat & shrimp. I had a question, but the lady was extremely rude & rushed me off the phone. They delivered the wrong combo, so I called and once again she was hella rude...disrespectful, even. She wouldn't let me speak at all. I tried to explain her mistake, but she spoke over me & yelled that I'm the one who's wrong. Really? They lost five customers who order take out pretty regularly.

The food was disgusting! The noodle was bland and the dumplings were mushy. We just tossed the whole thing in the trash can. Learned the lesson to never order from them again.

Worst place ever I call to pick an order and left me more then 30 minutes waiting like if my call was a prank and then have the nerve to tell me don’t leave I’m sorry I will never come back worst place ever and I was on my lunch break had to go back without eating like for real

The delivery and customer service here is UNACCEPTABLE! I ordered my food at 7:50PM and it's currently 9:20PM and I haven't received anything yet. I called the restaurant and they said "The driver looking for parking" really now? I live 6 minutes away and over an hour for parking. I told the phone rep my concerns and he simply responded "I dont care" How can a business like this operate? I will be pursuing this business and have an investigation opened soon. This place shouldn't remain if this is their idea of how a F&B outlet should operate.

card machine didnt work and asked to use the atm next door. in addition to the long wait time for the take out in which we were the only ones for a while, they forgot the sweet and sour sauce for the chicken.

I ordered sesame chicken combo with fried wings. The sesame chicken taste like burning chicken glazed with sweet sauce and it taste terrible! I won’t go back there again!

Charge you a whole bunch of money for a little bit of food and the delivery men will forge the receipt to get a high tip

I bought shrimp with broccoli and the brown sauce was too salty. I called them out on that before and still the same. They are very rude when you call on the phone and rush you. I ordered a house special fried and noticed the rice is too greasy. Also their chicken wings is weird they are not fresh. The health department needs to be called on these people. Not worth it there are better options!

I was cheated out of two Ginger Ales on a delivery. The male on the phone said I could just come in whenever to retrieve them. When I did so, he denied ever saying this was the agreement & accused me of wanting to swipe two sodas. I said to the guy look up my phone number and see how much I order from this place, do you really think I would waste my time. I vowed never to return and I go to New King now. I like the food at EC but not that much to be told off and cheated at the same time. EC just lost a loyal customer. You cannot just cheat people and think it is okay! Well because your food is good! No one likes to be disrespected and accused of trying to scam two ginger ale sodas. Never again!

I was craving Chinese food and wanted to try a different restaurant. So, I ordered from this place... and I wish I hadn't. After waiting for over an hour and a half, I called to ask where my order was. They claimed that their driver couldn't find parking and so they just came back to the restaurant... and they never thought to call me to tell me about it. A driver not being able to find parking and not calling to ask me to come downstairs is not something I should be at fault for. Yet, the restaurant refused to cancel/refund my order. So, I had to pay for food that I didn't even get to eat. So, this rating is purely based on customer service as I never had the chance to actually try the food... but if the food is as bad as their customer service, then I don't want to try it anyways.

When I got home I noticed the egg roll was missing, even though I asked the counter lady if the BBQ Ribs combo included an egg roll, and she said loud and clear YES. The next day I stopped by and ordered a small white rice and also took the opportunity to tell the employee in turn about the missing egg roll. To my surprise, he looked at me as I was lying, and ignored me. Then I asked him again if I could please get the egg roll or be refunded, and he said NO. I walked out and I will never come back to this place again. The sanitation B letter on their window, and their horrible and cocky attitude should've warned me from not ordering from them again.

It was one of the worst meals I had by far. My food was undercooked. The delivery (spainsh driver) was extremely rude and disrespectful. He didn't want to come to my door even though we explained to him that my mother's foot just had surgery. Thank God for my neighbors that went down to get the food. Then he demands tip every time. What would of happened if my mother slipped and fell just to get the food. Would the driver pay for my mother's medical bill? Or Would the Chinese food pay for it because it is their driver.
