This is the worst Chinese food I've ever had and might be the worst Chinese food in NY. From the food to the service it was all "poor quality". I called and the lady was very kind and good at taking the order. That was the end of anything good that came from this place. FIRST the delivery guy drops off the food and speeds off before i could sign for his TIP. Thank God i didn't, the food was horrible, colorless, tasteless, Fried rice that's not fried, Boneless chicken with a bone and THE SERVICE WAS EVEN WORST. Called back and expressed the quality was poor and would love to return it for a refund or something of better quality. Should be as simple as "I'm sorry you feel this way, here is your refund" NOPE. They hang up pretended i didn't called, I called back and was basically told me to deal with it. I'd be wrong to act out of character for $40 dollars, right? Just know. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Ordered a general tsao chicken with house fried rice and i paid more for egg and scallion which is okay. It was delivered with no meat at all!!....just egg and scallion. I went to pickup the remake of the rice and it was just as bad as the first order. Except this time I had about a teaspoon of minced pork and a few scraps of chicken. House fried rice has shrimp, chicken, beef and pork. I know things are expensive but to outright not cook the meal properly is fraud. To make it worse i called 15min before I came to pickup the remake. When I walked in HE HAD NOT EVEN STARTED IT but the place was empty. It wasn't even busy. Not a soul inside. They dont know how to make house fried rice or their too cheap to add all the meat. But they will certainly charge you for it. Stay away from these people. This rice has no taste. Very little meat. And they're skimping on purpose. The only good thing is the phone support is very kind and attentive. They were sweet but the cook is HORRIBLE. Hes the cook who also delivers; he is rushing through his job and simply doesn't care about what he's cooking. He also speaks 0 English but attempts and says nothing that makes sense. Very hard to communicate with him. 1 out of 10 NEVER AGAIN

To the store owner If you condone a worker spitting while cooking food I would fire them right on the spot. Hoodlums people smoke infront of the store. If you claim and say you are the owner it is no improvements. This is every day this happens cause I've seen it more than once I even came in there it smelled like smoke so you are saying you are improving and your not. So dont get mad if a customer is voicing thier opinions about how the resturant is. If you condone a worker as I said spit in a customers food I would have them fired no if ands or buts. Plus your store has a B rating for more than 4 months. And you couldn't have called the cops cause they be around the area all the time.

I have ordered from the multiple times and because they had a new person that worked there. She was rude. Then almost didn't take my order then. On top of everything else. They canceled my order. They didn't call me to tell me. They just sent me a text telling me that they canceled it. I did nothing wrong to deserve that. These people are disgusting. Do not eat at the establishment. I will never order from them again.

The food over the years have been good. Since the upgrade the service has been horrible. The delivery is bad, my food comes all in shambles and sauce leaking out. The person over the phone has no patience and a nasty attitude!!!! They often forget something and/or give a wrong item after going over the order before purchase. Charging extra for sauceeeee? Ridiculous. Had the worst encounter this evening. Never again.

Very rude owners nasty and unfair to this community. I ordered food from them over the phone that they got wrong after repeating my orders correctly over the phone. But delivered wrong some of the food was wrong . So the owner came on bike to exchange it with an angry face telling me to first go inside and get the food that was wrong.ok I'm good with that part. But wait for it, when I gave him the bag in exchange for the one he brought that was wrong and he took off before I could check that bag while he's thier. So I decided to walk to his store for my full refund. I noticed he kept that old food I gave back that was in my house that should have been trashed he was reselling it to the next caller that would order ribs. Very rude talking and dont appreciate this community support. So if you ordered food from thier I hope it wasn't from someone order that had it delivered to thier home and he resold the return food to you and have a nasty mouth peace on him.

I tried to call and place an order for delivery and the guy on the phone was so rude and hung up. When I called back to ask kindly if he delivers and he yelled at me over the phone. I’m pretty sure the food may be good, however that was very unprofessional way to handle your customer service. Perhaps a recommendation on the proper training when handling calls as such. Good day.

Horrible service except for the girl on the phone, driver was rude and disrespectful and tried to dismiss me without delivering my food. Waited 2 hours ! And didn’t even get a discount

The delivery guy is so rude. The food is not even cooked The fried shrimp is raw when you bite into it its not a good place to get Chinese food the boneless spare ribs are burt and hardly ever cooked I would never order from here ever again it's disgusting and they make you pay more than the food and tou have to pay for a delivery tip which you don't need to I don't recommend eating at this place

DISGUSTING!!! I ordered beef lo mein and there was hair in my food. The lady was nice enough to send out another order only to find MORE hair in my new plate. I called the lady to complain and she had no explanation. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS NASTY PLACE UNLESS YOU LIKE HAIR AND OTHER STUFF IN YOUR FOOD!!!!!

Very rude on the phone and they treat black people with no respect. They send over wrong orders then gets upset with the customer for calling about the wrong order that they sent. Our people need to stop supporting this location because God knows what they may be doing to our food before it's delivered.

The man and woman are always rushing you to order and they never get the order right. They act like they don’t speak English only when they are ready to get their money. Like how u pretending not to speak English when ur customers do? They rush and cook the food and don’t care about what they give people. No hospitality or manners.
