They are falling out. Ever since they bring up the prices on the ice cream. It's ridiculous. They need to change that, I know prices went up but they are ridiculous.

Nice spot , great selections of coffees and donuts. Breakfast sandwiches as well. I thought service was a tad slow, but its ok. Servers were polite and helpful. I thought the place could be a little more cleaner, especially the restroom. All and all its a nice stop

This particular store is dirty and smells a little like BO. The employees spoke broken English, they were a little rude like they didn't need us in the store, it was also empty so it seemed like they need us. Nothing was said or happened we got our stale food and beverages and moved on. Sadly we probably won't be back. Even sadder is it's most likely the surrounding neighborhood that contributed to the decline of this whole shopping center.

On Saturday January 1st morning around 9am. I went to Dunkin donuts with my family for breakfast. I ordered my food the cashier was friendly. As I was waiting for my order I observed the manger on duty Drinking water Poland spring with gloves on his hands he covered the drink with a lid and did not wash or change gloves. After, with the same gloves he went to the garbage can and push all the garbage down with the same gloves. Addition, to that he went to the food prep area open the microwave and started dealing with food WITHOUT washing his hands or changing his gloves same gloves. I was puzzled and disgusted.I asked him why is he working with the same gloves after touching the garbage. He said “the garbage is Dunkin’ Donuts garbage” I am assuming that this is his excuse. After that he takes the gloves off and did not wash his hands he puts on a new pair of gloves. I look at him and asked him why isnt he washing his hands. The food was never discarded. The team member finished up the food and gave it out the customers with all the dirt from the garbage!!!! I asked him if he is a manger he did not answer after asking 3 times. He assigned another team crew to finish the food prep and he went on register. Ignored me after everything. Unprofessional and unsanitary. I will never purchase anything in this location again under his management. However, everyone please check prep area while waiting. Manager is not clean and does not care about his customers.

The customer service is far beyond trash just like their dry & stale donuts. To be honest everytime I get a donuts it taste stale and a day old. There was an incident where the cashier took a customer who walked up to the counter , both ignoring the long line behind the previous customer. I walked out and went to a different Dunkin. Save your money and time don’t bother.

Walked in to order and had to wait for 3 workers to finish their conversation. One takes my order and then looks at me like a deer in headlights because he didn’t pay attention to me but rather his co-worker instead. Place is also filthy. Garbage all over the floor. Cheese/eggs left out in the open with garbage on the counter next to food. When the sun hits this place thru the window you can really see how dirty and disgusting it is inside.

Customer service was fine. The way they make their food is something else entirely. The food was cold. It tasted like freezer. There was no ac in the establishment and it was 85 degrees outside, so why would the food be cold?? It doesn’t taste ready at all. The avocado TOAST was not toasted. The bread was soggy. I feel like I wasted 20 dollars on this. If it’s gonna be that expensive for a couple smushed hash browns and one toast it should at least be digestible. Ridiculous.

The placr smells, they close earlier than expected all the time, the doughnuts arent even fresh anymore,...also who hired these guys?? The dont speak no english and the dont care about their work. Smh, and they got the opportunity to work or run a business

I actually wanted to buy an ice cream cake, but the sales associate didn't know which cakes were cake and ice cream or ice cream and cookies. I had to guess and then he said" let me know if it's cake or not once you start eating it." I think he was delusional. I will not be buying ice cream cakes from there anytime soon.

These people are like mentally slow. I asked for 2 bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and they didn’t give me any cheese. Not only that but half the time these people were confused on the orders and would ask is what we ordered when they were supposed to know them. They also took a lot of time that was unnecessary.
