Terrible experience across the board. The woman who answered the phone was rude and the previous go around we ordered from here we found a human hair under the cheese although we complained and got a full refund this is completely unacceptable. We really hope management addresses Veronica and her lack of concern for how she speaks to customers and handles concerns as they arise. Please learn how to respect the patrons that keep you afloat.

This place has been a thorn in my side since I've been in co-op City The food is bland the pizza taste like crap The cheeseburgers all right and it's the only thing we got here in section 5 so we have to live with it The owners need to step up their game and learn how to make food instead of taking our money and serving us this garbage

Ordered a extra large pie with chicken was around 40 minutes. After one hour and 15 minutes I call to inquire and my order I was told the didn't make my. They acted like it was no big deal. I'll think twice about ordering from them in the future.

Section 5 gets worst everyday ! They have truly poor customer service. They're never wrong even when they make order mistake with same customer on different items but they're never wrong or do they know how to say sorry. Please always double check your orders when ordering from section 5 because for some reason they can't follow simple instructions.

I have been attending this local restaurant for the past 19 years of my life growing up here, and I can honestly say that this place becomes worse every year across all categories. I am thoroughly disappointed to what Section 5 Pizza has become and urge all incoming customers to consider their other options for local pizza places in Co-op City. I wish I can show empathy to local restaurants that are understaffed but the service at Section 5 Pizza will neglect you and your time as a customer. I spent 20+ minutes waiting for a simple order of a Cheese Slice and Garlic Knots when it was not even at peak busy hours at the place, only to be approached by the cashier who carelessly told me that she forgot what my order was after 20 mins without any remorse and finally told the chefs my order shortly after. Now I'm waiting over half an hour for an order that literally takes at most 10 minutes --- and what I receive is a stale and undercooked pizza slice, and garlic knots that have no garlic and seasoning. My garlic knots are literally DRENCHED with oil. This is not an isolated incident --- this has been a repeated experience for me as a customer here for the past years, prompting me to write this review. Also -- if you are going to randomly impose a new rule of a $10 minimum for card payments you should at least make your sign that says this ACTUALLY visible for customers when they order, and not mysteriously covered by orders of bags lying on the table (which are the bags you forget to give your customers). I urge this store and their staff to actually take their job and their customers seriously. Section 5 Pizza is supposed to be a place of love and nourishment for its local community members, and has genuinely lost the respect of its community (and me, a customer for the past 19 years). With all due respect, this is not even a highly demanded restaurant to have staff that frequently forget and neglect their customers' orders right in front of their face, along with undercooked food as a cherry on top. This is not a restaurant in Midtown that sees thousands upon thousands customers every day. This is literally just a local restaurant that fails in just doing two things -- showing respect and care to its local community and making food that is not undercooked. I don't understand why this is literally my experience every time I order here. I hope the managers of Section 5 Pizza are reading this message and I hope you re-train your staff and your chefs. Do not ignore this message before it is too late. To incoming customers, I genuinely urge you to consider other pizza places in Co-op city & the Bronx. This place will waste your time, money, and health. Do better.

After making an order for delivery, sauce was spilled all over the chicken, which cause it to be soggy and nasty, the chicken was tossed and outside of the packaging. I called and requested for an exchanged and was rejected. I feel that this is super unprofessional' I am a loyal customer and would of appreciated understanding after I didn't even ask for sauce and the delivery more than likely cause the sauce that didn't ask for be spilled on the food. I don't blame the workers but the owner who was unkind and malicious. This is not how you treat your customers.

They mess up your order and are not even apologetic.. have an attitude with you when they are WRONG. Management and staff all are NASTY. Called to have my order corrected and he told me he didnt take my order in the first place. Excuse me.... so what. The order was wrong. They're food is not made with any care always sloppy when you get it. The only reason they are still in business is because there is no other pizza shop in the area. Quality if their food sucks ...staff sucks... EVERYTHING SUCKS. I'm going to NICKS on Gunhill.

Since the new management took over the food is not the same. Its nasty and the orders are often incorrect. The cook needs to be fired! He can't even do a simple cobb salad!

Pizza delivery.. they used to have good pizza.. not anymore!!! Asked for pie with thick crust.. got thin crust soaked in grease.. called to inform and the dude was nonchalant and disregarded the complaint! Told him I would post it!

After waiting 10 minutes for them to heat up a Sicilian slice I got home and I got a dried out slice with hardly no tomato sauce or cheese. Absolutely horrible. This was one of the best pizza shops around for a long time but the new owners need work. Every time I call in for an order to be delivered, the last 3 times they forget items or it looks like they just put scraps together for my order. No longer will they get my business
