Very good burgers 🍔 but I can do a BBQ for 10 people with $66.00(it was 4 of us 4 burgers, 2reg fries, 1 cheese fries, and 2 drinks). Not worth it. Eating quality fast food out in NYC is a luxury ✨️ 👍 😫 🤕🙃 Call me cheap or look at your rent/mortgage fellow New Yorker 😀 😉 😜

I usually get the double classic smash, it’s always juicy and cooked to perfection. The staff is friendly, and I appreciate the tidiness of the restaurant. Staff is always cleaning and on top of the small things which make a difference. Half priced milkshakes on Fridays is always a plus especially for the children. The management is definitely directing the team to great success!

I loved this place long long but food is delicious. The cashier was very nice and respectful. I do think that more staff will help cause our waiter was working alone handing the food n cash register. Overall this was great experience for my first time. :)

My favorite burgers so far 🔥 I love their bacon cheese burgers, how well the patties are ALWAYS cooked at any of their locations, the softness of their buns and how the vegetables are always fresh and crispy 👌🏼 this specific location is not really my favorite though.. I always feel rushed to order with their cashiers 😂 I dont like the fact that twice their iced tea and lemonade machines were out of service (which are my preferred drinks of theirs - they just had like left overs in the containers) and the place isnt really very well kept... the staff that they have handing out the food is usually the nicest part of this location. I have visited during work hours while in the area... Love their food just not the location 🤷🏻‍♀️

Food is good, not sure how the urgency of making the meals are. The server was great.and polite. At firt we ate all good. Then I decided to re order to take home, 4.pm change of shift that's when everything went down hill. As a manager I could tell lack of staff and urgency and maybe even training needed. Guest first all the way. But I can say is always been like that ,I eat here once a while hoping to see a change . 👍

I feel bad for the staff here. It’s clear they are overworked and understaffed. Management really needs to do better. I waited 10mins just to pick up my online order. Food was almost cold by the time I left the store, but still it was really good. Probably will give them another try.

The food is delicious here but at this location they need more staff. I ordered 2 regular fries and 1 shake and it took forty five minutes to fill my order. The place wasn’t very busy. There were more then 5 employees working on this shift and he still couldn’t take my order it was 8:10 2 hours before closing and there was nobody in the business it wasn’t busy packed nothing literally empty and telling people you can’t take their orders because you gotta bag uber orders and it’s 5 other employees there 3 in the kitchen and two other cleaning . I waited 10 mins and he said it’ll be another additional 10 mins when there’s nobody in this restaurant yall

The food was HORRENDOUS. We ordered 2 things and had to wait 1 hour. Plus, after all the waiting our food was cold and the Mac and cheese was burnt. Take a look.

Service is always slow, tried this location few times. The team without experience and Understaffed, they take their sweet time they don't coordinate, part of your order will be cold until you get the rest. If you plan to visit, better keep in mind you need an hour at least for a burger.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience. I checked the app before leaving and saw that the location was listed as open. I traveled a significant distance in the snow specifically to order fries, tater tots, a Smashburger, and brussels sprouts, only to arrive and find the store completely closed. This was very frustrating and disappointing, especially given the weather conditions. If the store is closed, the hours should be accurately updated on Google Maps and the app to prevent customers from making unnecessary trips. I hope management addresses this issue so it doesn’t happen to others.

They just raised the Price for no reason but greediness. This is disappointing because I enjoyed their food. But overspending is not how I conduct myself. I will come here probably once a year. Who knows. Food is Good, but not me paying $18 for a meal. No thank you. With that $18 I can buy one pound of ground beef, one pound of potatoes and one pack of 12 burger buns and feed my entire family twice. People are crazy, learn how to cook your food at home. This fast food restaurants used to be fun, but now is ridiculous. Don't feed into dependency, cook at home with your family, teach your kids skills and learn how to have a quality time for way less. God Bless Jesus is King 🤴 🙌 🙏

It takes real skill to ignore 5 people trying to pick up their orders that have been ready for 30 minutes. When I worked retail I couldn’t hand out orders fast enough to get customers out my face.

Horrible SERVICE ! Waited 10 mins to place an order and all the employees were chatting it up watching me stand there waiting for my order to be placed. Said is there anyone helping? And some lady said we will be there in an min. She took her time and she wasn’t doing anything but standing by the kitchen texting! All tables dirty and food all over the floor! HORRIBLE SERVICE !! Bathrooms are nasty and dirty as well

The lines in here are ridiculous they always take care of mobile orders first and will leave you at the counter waiting to order for 15 mins no joke.. and the wait to get the food is even longer!! Terrible customer service they treat is as a hang out, and as I went to use the bathroom a little friend ran out before I could go in 🪳🪳they used to be clean, fast and efficient I dont know what happened they need to get some new people in there

The place has fries all over the floor two workers minimum , eta to get your order placed is over 30 minutes so people download the app and just order themselves. What’s sad is this is always the appeal of this place. This morning a pregnant girl was working the register and had way more orders than tonight 11/4/25 at 8:00pm. The girl at expo was super rude and saw people waiting in the register and didn’t acknowledge them, meanwhile the cook and expo are talking ahjt about customers. I’ve seen better service from a chicken spot in the worst spots of Harlem.

If I could give a -5 I would. The person taking the orders in the front was overwhelmed with a line to the door on top of having to be the person they had to expedite all the in-store orders and all delivery orders after waiting nearly an hour for the food my burger didn't even fit my bun it was a mini Burger. When I ask for the manager I am told that they are on break while the store is going in chaos. I myself am a restaurant manager and I am appalled by the service that I saw in this type of establishment on the day before Thanksgiving. When I confronted the manager they said oh I didn't notice that the store was like this the garbage is overflowing the store is a complete chaos there is food is up on the counter just getting cold while people are waiting to be given the food that they paid a lot of money for it I paid $30 for two burgers and the fry and a shake and it took nearly an hour everything was cold undersized and old it did not taste good. I personally love smashburger and I will never come to this one again and I would suggest they get new management and no one show up here until they do. I normally do not like to say things like that being a manager myself but as a manager myself I really am very disappointed on how the entire situation was handled by the manager. And I feel really bad for the person that was left up front being yelled at for nearly an hour by everybody. He should get a raise and be given a paid vacation for what he had to deal with today.
