This place was really cool, it's an eclectic mix of people. Excellent sound system. Had a great time with my and family. We saw the band McCafferty and Heart Attack Man here, excellent show.

Mysterious, almost unsettling, in its interior design--scratchiti, bare light fixtures, feels like an escape room. Definitely was an apartment once upon a time. All to say, very cool spot to grab a drink or watch a band in the back.

Dig the food, dig the drink, dig the folk. Very diggable place. When the lady and I don't want to break the bank but still eat something solid, Alphaville is our spot. I haven't seen any of the shows there yet. It reminds me of some of the Earl in Atlanta in some ways.

Favorite bar in Brooklyn. When my friends move to Bushwick, I take them here. I love the owners and the live music is always great.

Cool place they don’t have a big tequila selection but I got mine in a short glass for 8$ and it was very strong and I enjoyed it :) the scene here is rock-ish to me it’s very chill vibe

Played a show. Sound was great. Hospitality great. Full bar. Plus the nugz. If you're not vegetarian do yourself a favor and order the nugz. I hear the other food is good too, but OMG, THE NUGZ.

Aley was awesome. She mad me a delicious Manhattan and we talked about the coming insurrection. Asya was working the door for the noise gig and treated me with respect even though I was wearing my lame suit from my 9-5 ugh

Good to see this venue come back renovated. A venue that employs artists and very artist friendly. The air conditioning is working fine and the stage has a curved feel to it. New Skeeball machines are inside the concert area strangely but that should be fun while the acts are on. Haven't tried food or drink yet. Kinda far from public transportation and parking is extremely hard unless you want to walk a few mins.

This place is stellar for weekday happy hours. It's not too busy so service is fast. The burgers are delicious and the specials are insanely good. Very good draft selection, but I recommend against the chicken nuggets. Awesome bartender!

Super chill, laid back, dim-lit bar with the JUICIEST Burgers I've ever had in NY!!! I mean so juicy they squirt when you bite into them! And the fries are good too! Great atmosphere if you're looking to chat and vibe with your date! I'll definitely be back!!!

Great venue. It has a capacity of about 80 people or so, but the setup is nice and cold! The bar staff was very friendly and professional. Would love to come back here for some other shows.

great acoustics in the concert venue room. they used sound dampening materials which seem to give the space better acoustics than other venues of a similar size. really nice ambiance with the way they decorated the space.

Had an amazing experience here, went on a Sunday night with a date. The bartender Debra was lovely and very attentive and the kitchen manager Ross is truly the man, we ordered the Nugz following his recommendations; he knows so much and even has a special extra spicy sauce made with peppers grown in his friend backyard. FRESH AF. This venue is awesome, you have different vibes with the bar being very chill and the back being a live music venue with punk/rock music. I’ll be bringing my friends here

The food is insanely delicious!

Some of the best fries in the area. Their vegetarian nuggets are also great especially with the Lori Jayne sauce. Bartenders always been quick to serve me even when busy.

Been meaning to come here for a while and glad I finally made it! Nice bartenders, great vibe/music, delicious, well seasoned fries + fried chicken nuggies, and the sauces are so good. We tried the spicy ketchup (5⭐) and ranch (4.5⭐) and will try two new ones next time! They have a decent assortment of beers, seltzers, wines and a bunch of specials. We'll be back and I'll be trying the pickleback next time.

I can't recommend alphaville enough! I have done one dj event here with a few lined up and the experience has been fantastic so far from communication to the setup & overall vibes. The back room is awesome, they have juneshine on tap for a reasonable price, late night food and friendly staff.

I wish I had snapped a photo before digging in, but one bite and I was hooked! As someone with a lot of allergies, I usually have to ask a million questions, but the staff here couldn’t have been more kind, patient, and accommodating—they really made the experience awesome. The smash burger with onions, homemade pickles, and their Alpha sauce was out of this world! I don’t usually write many reviews, but their new menu deserves attention. If you get the chance, try the double smash burger (or honestly anything on the menu—they all look incredible).

Went there for the first time recently for the free comedy show. Dope dive bar. Good vibes inside. The burger there from Lori Jayne is insanely good and slept on! Juicy and magnificent. Everything was super seasoned, I think even the burger bun lol. I can't wait to go back!

One of my favourite karaokes! Mike is one (if not the number one) of the best karaoke hosts ive ever met, and he can sing so well its a pleasure to be there. I spent my birthday on Alphaville last year, and everyone were very nice with me. I had the luck that Matt Smith had the humbleness to come too, and he was treated very nice too. Memories that i will never forget.

Great bar staff and kitchen. Super attentive and nice. Both bartenders who took care of my friend and me dissolved a potentially uncomfortable situation with a stranger gracefully and calmly. Missed the steak frites (we showed up at 1am) but the tendies were great). Skip the fries if you don’t like shoestring style.

Rock scene here. Cool bar with a sign that says if you prove you’re on a tinder first date you can have a free drink. Usually has a show in the back room.

Whoa! My friends would not stop raving about the chicken, so I was thrilled to find out about the vegan versions of it!!! I know back in the day, they had good nugz but these are the new kids on the block to beat. Kudos to the new crew here! They already had my heart with skee ball. ++++ The shows here are always really good and the decor updates are spot on. ++++ I will be coming back a lot more often. A+ for the new vibes. Nice little music venue (standing room only) with a good beer menu. Food is limited and a little expensive but not unreasonable for the convenience. Worth checking out, especially if there's a decent band here. Happy hour ($2 off) till 9.

Cash only sucks and prices are pretty City for a bar this far into Brooklyn, but great scene and lots of seating. booths, bar, outdoor covered and heated. Not to mention the venue in the back is pretty big and sound is good. Will be back pending the band playing.

Edir 12/19: food is terrible since the rebrand to Goodfeathers at Alphaville. Original: Absolutely stellar food. Incredibly erratic kitchen hours which is just infuriating.

Wish I woulda got the to go order with the sauces I asked for instead of them throwing my order in a bag after they mistakenly made my order for stay. Their sauces, which I miss so much right now are so good! Maybe I should have just called it in instead of having drink inside.

We went for the steak frites but after putting in our order the server came back to cancel our order saying the kitchen was having plumbing issues and wouldn't be able to fill orders for at least an hour.

My frozen margarita had no taste just straight up liquor. Couldnt drink it at alll

The improv comedy show was great; drinks were great but expensive; and the steak frites portion was laughable—it couldn’t have been more than 5 thin strips of steak. Next time I’ll pass on the overpriced food & cocktails!

Mold in the back room as of early October 2023, the smell is very strong. Hopefully management fixes soon.

Cash only. Non-starter for me personally, especially if the cost of a draft beer is $8. To me, it is a clear statement that the cultivation of money overrides that of the community, especially if you're made to walk to an ATM by the bar. If you can't shoulder the ~2% of accepting cards, why be in business? I don't enjoy saying this about places that seem frustratingly cool. If coffee shops-- and their baristas--can do it, so can you.

Had the most horrible time ever there, thanks to the manager and staff for having such attitude. I have worked in Club's for so many years and know that customer service is a key factor. So many negative things occurred that surfice it to say I will Never step foot in those doors ever again

Bar tenders are rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I ordered food to go not planning on staying then ended up getting a drink til my food was done. My drink was taken from me when it was half filled and thrown away because the bar tender didn’t like the tip i left. I thought tips are based on how good the service is not how much I spend. Save your money and go somewhere else. And the Food looks better then it.

We came in after finding the spot on TikTok. The food and prices were great, but the service was not the best . The bartender with glasses spoke in a condescending tone, and both times we walked in, we weren’t acknowledged.We had to approach the bar ourselves. I get that some places have that "laid-back" vibe, but if customers have been sitting for 10 minutes with no drinks or food, maybe check in or at least give a proper greeting. As a Bushwick native, it’s frustrating to walk into these new places that have this smug/laidback don’t care attitude instead of a genuine welcome.

My friend and I discovered the place walking by and had a quick drink with their large fries. We had such a great time, I then asked another friend to come with me again but was incredibly disappointed by the rude service/ ignored, unnecessary up-charging and overall rudeness. Incredibly embarrassed to have even brought a good friend here and waste a perfectly good night. Robert. was our server. Would not recommend this place.
