Grade A health code. Awesome, decently quick service (comparatively, made to order food obviously takes time to prepare). Plenty of room inside, casual bench and bar seating on walls. Great juices and fresh food. Many pastry and baked goods options. Croissants are five stars, make great sandwiches, salmon and bread 👍. Awesome selection of fresh, grab and go items. Delicious orange juice. Their signature sauce (aioli?) makes anything brighter. Music sits at a nice volume to hear shoulder to shoulder conversation but obscure irrelevant noise, love the exposure to Jewish music. The iced mocha was the best I have had in crown heights. Espresso is rich and full bodied. There was minimal drink separation even as the ice melted. A very skillfully made drink with quality ingredients. I will return to this spot in the future.

Service can be slow and they often just place the cup down without saying the order. As you can imagine that can create some confusion when there are many people waiting for their drink. That said, the coffee is good and I'd recommend either a chocolate or almond croissant 🥐.

amazing Panini they had I really recommend it! the Americano is made perfectly and the cappuccinos are amazing! but it took at least 15-20 min for the Panini to be ready and 10 minutes for the cappuccino. the cashier seemed not interested in helping customers. if you want to survive while you are there just come with a good vibe. also, the people there don't behave the way they should across the street from the rebbes shul.

The hava halva smoothie was so good! A bit thin, but I think the person making it was new, because I watched them pause and consult with another employee multiple times (making service kind of slow, on top of only 1 blender being in use.) I would definitely give them another try if I were in the area.

The place is nice and clean, but the service is inconsistent - the employees sometimes don't understand Hebrew, or speak broken English because they are Spanish. Drinks: The barista is terrible and clearly doesn't know how to make coffee/operate the machine easily. You can hear him burning the milk, etc. It's better to order a drink that is difficult to ruin, like something with ice On the other hand, the pastries are pretty okay You have to ask to warm the cookies yourself This is just my opinion.

Maybe it was an accident or blessing the day I came in here to get a Hot coco ; it was a cold day pretending to be summa and the place was full ; I ordered coco which was perfect ; real chocolate and a donut that I actually really liked ; sad I waited so long to try they coco ; the gentleman I seen that day was kind . So will be back .

Went on a Sunday early afternoon a while back and the place was packed! No place to walk, chaotic, couldn't tell who was on line and who was waiting, I couldn't even see all the products to decide what I wanted. I got a caramel machiato and apple strudel. They were both very good and delicious but I really wish the apple strudel was warmed; it would have made it perfect. My drink came out pretty fast after I ordered. I loved that it was kinda thick, as if frothy but wasn't. I'll try this place again but will have to figure out a good time to go because in all honestly I know the mask mandate was lifted and I'm fine with people choosing to wear one or not but it being sooo crowded and not a single person wearing a mask or even attempting to respect other people's space felt uncomfortable.

My little sister is in New York on her own with an organization. She is young and with a group of friends. She is calling me at 10:45pm across the country asking me to find her credit card statement to prove to the man that she already paid for the hot chocolate. It takes a minute for that to appear and she had to leave. She paid for the hot chocolate and the man working at the counter (who was smoking) never gave it to her. She walked out with no hot chocolate after paying for it. This is disgusting service to a teenager to make her prove that she paid when it is your disorganization and lack of good technology to keep track of it. I am beyond upset for her, all her friends got hot chocolate but her. FYI, the statement went through and she did pay for it.

Atmosphere here was horrible. The person that was working behind the counter had friends there and his friend was shouting out to him “I am homeless I want a free milkshake, I am homeless and illegal I want two free milkshakes”. This group of men were loud and unruly putting their middle fingers up and taking pictures on their phone creating a very uneasy environment. This was our second time here the first time was great. We will not be back after this experience! This was a very unpleasant experience for both me and my fiancé.

Had a flight this morning, purchased a lox & cream cheese on sour dough. The dough was stale, the small amount of cream cheese & lox was so little, as if they were putting butter on it! Trashed the sandwich and starved. I wish they would have told me that the sourdough was old, would have picked a different bread or would have gone to a different shop.

I had to wait over 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches And I didn’t even get what I wanted, I ordered a goat cheese sandwich, and it was meant to come with eggplant. There was no eggplant inside and there was an Extreme amount of pesto and cheese inside I am very disappointed with this service
