I cant rate atmosphere as I have never actually been inside of the restaurant. HOWEVER this is our office's favourite spot. We frequently order. (at least 3x a month) the food is constantly good and as BUSY as they can be they are very nice to us! Delivery is usually fast which is a bonus! Thank you Ling Ling for having great food, we appreciate you!

Very reliable, excellent portion size, delicious. I've ordered most of the Chinese American classics, and all have been exactly what I've hoped for. I've tried beyond that, and I've liked everything. Ordering online has always been simple, and the prices are great. Highly recommend!

Delicious good food! Genl Tao’s Shrimp very good with generous amount and lo mein the same…excellent. Got the house lo mein. Not skimpy and the small might look small but they pack enough in for 2 people for sure!! Quality and service are very good! Quick delivery to lodge in Red Hook! Very happy! Great service!

My go to Chinese food spot! Always tasty + delicious. Highly recommend for basic Chinese staples. Chicken lo mein is a favorite and the Szechwan beef!

Some of the best Sesame Chicken I've ever had. PFR is a little bland but great if you add the hot sauce. Egg rolls are consistently good. Food always comes quickly, even on busy nights... Love this place!

I’ve been ordering from here for years, probably too frequently. Ordered the chow mein tonight and got a container of cabbage and miscellaneous shredded vegetables with no noodles in it. I double checked the website and google, and both say it is a stir fried noodle dish. The website specifically saying “stir fried noodles, pork, and vegetables” for the item. I wasn’t looking for any money back, just hoping we could get a redelivery with noodles, so my husband called them to ask/just see if there was a miscommunication even though the receipt also had the correct item listed. He ended up getting a bit chewed out and then hung up on by the woman there. Giving 4 stars because we’ve otherwise liked ordering from here, but probably won’t again for a while.

Ten years as a customer. It was a decent place for typical NYC Chinese food. Something changed since COVID. Two different orders - the rice is undercooked, the meat is rubbery, the food tastes recooked. Not sure if it’s new cooks are cutting corners on ingredients. The food is not worth it’s already low price.

When placing an order the person who answers either (daughter /son ,Have no etiquette very nasty people. Food isn't that special to be treated LIKE THIS.Please Dont order from here not worth the stress...I will order from another place like Ting Hua on Smith st... you get polite service on the phone, fast delivery and their food is very good 👍

This place is horrible. The lady in the front is absolutely rude. She never gets the order right, refuses to give prices over the phone and serves Cornish hen chicken wings. I wanted to order some more since it’s beeen a couple months but she refused to show me the size of the wings. Service is horrible… my last straw was when saw rat feces… just utterly disgusting.

Disappointed....we been ordering from them for a long time. I ordered General Tso Chicken. Every bite I had to spit out. Chicken full of fat. Egg drop soup was good. But the chicken was horrible. Cleanliness is huge reason we come here. Happy Garden is disgusting. Ling Ling Owners are so friendly. I just wish they would get better grade of chicken.

The meat (chicken in both kung pao and chicken and bok choy) was so rubbery it was disgusting!! Ling Ling please please please treat your loyal customers with some respect! I’d be happy to pay higher prices for better quality ingredients.

Called and ordered and spoke to a woman who was holding conversations with others. She didn't have a great grasp on English and made me wait while she spoke to others. I gave her my credit card number while she was in deep discussion and she told me it would be 30 minutes--I decided to take a shower. I then waited and waited and waited some more. I called back and the same woman said that she wrote down the wrong numbers on my credit card. We are talking about an hour now. I told her that she was having another conversation while she was taking my number down. I had to cancel the order because I had an appointment elsewhere. She never apologized. How very rude!
