Lotus is a treasure. Fast, dependable, and incredibly satisfying. We’ve never had an experience that was less than ideal and we’ve only worked our way through half the menu. Most notable is their seafood banh mi, which I’ve never seen anywhere else.

Review for delivery — I love Lotus, great tasting food, generous portions, and the staff is super attentive to any written requests. My go-to for a quick delivery meal.

Best bahn mi around. Great bubble tea too. This is a regular Saturday lunch stop for us as we run errands in the neighborhood. The usual guy working there always has a smile for us.

Yum! I get banh mi ("classic sandwich" on the menu) a couple times a month from this place. Fresh crusty french bread and crisp pickled veg means the sandwich is always delicious. Definitely recommend!

These people are so nice! I accidentally ordered the wrong thing, so they offered to simply deliver to me what I had meant to order. They didn’t even charge me! And of course, all the food is absolutely delicious. Great customer service and very fast!

I love their classic Banh Mi! They are also are extremely fast and kind. They once gave me a free bottle of water cause I was clearly out of breath, sweating, and in a rush during a busy work day trying to run and grab a sandwich from them. Before you wonder why what appears to basically be a takeout/delivery place should get 5 stars as if it’s Le Cirque in its heyday, these are solid sandwiches, cheap, delivered quickly. If you want a banh mi, you’re going to be satisfied. They have great vegetarian options, too!

This Banh Mi place is one of my favorites. I love their new braised beef sandwich. The bread is crispy, and the sandwich is fresh and hot with a good amount of meat. I also love the refreshing boba teas here. I tried many Banh Mi sandwich places before choosing this as my regular.

Small counter service spot. My first introduction to a Vietnamese sandwich and I've been back many times since. I go for the classic spicy and sometimes a coconut bubble tea. I wish they would chop the cilantro though. They put the whole plant, stems and all, in the sandwich. They have no problem holding the cilantro if you ask.

There are a few other Banh Mi places within a few blocks, but this one is my favorite. Quick snadwich assemblage, the bread is just crusty enough and the vegetables are julienned perfectly. There are a few tables for sitting and a laundry list of bubble tea options to choose from.

I had the vegetarian pho with the tofu chicken. The noodles and broth were delicious. The fake meat was different from what I expected and wittle strange. Overall very delicious and affordable.

Great Bahn Sandwiches, great Bubble Tea. I've driven out of my way plenty if times to hit up this spot. Trust me, the sandwiches rock and the the staff is very nice too.

the grilled pork chop over rice is too dry and hard, but i love their Vietnamese sandwich.

Vegetarian tofu pho had good flavor but was way too salty

I used to really like their Vietnamese sandwiches, but now it feels like this restaurant has given up. Fatty, grizzly meat; plain mayo instead of the tasty sauce they used to use. Not nearly as good. Not worth it anymore sadly.

It’s a shame the pho in this place is so horrible considering they make an excellent sandwich. The pho has no flavor and really just should be called boiled noodles. Get the sandwich and keep it moving.

I suggest eating in their restaurant. I ordered delivery. This was supposed to be Tofu Vegatable Pho and all I got was Tofu and noodles, there was no broccoli, mushrooms, bok choy.... Not worth the $$ Spring rolls are delicious though. 👍🏼

Came in to get hot pho but there was no heat on inside. Must have been below 50 degrees inside. Beef pho was not very good, worst I ever had.

I'm a bit saddened as you'd expect in NYC you'd get a good meal given what ingredients you have at your fingertips. But unfortunately the phó came with zero vegetables, literally 100% noodle with a bit of thai basil, and the green papaya salad had little to no taste. I've made better myself. Come on people...you can do better 😔

Got shredded chicken pho and shrimp summer rolls to go and both were super bland and both seemed to be made without much care. The noodles were a congealed lump in the pho and the basil was literally branches of almost black basil just thrown in. Very disappointing and underwhelming

Unfortunately the quality of the pork sandwich went from good to very bad, I couldn’t even finish it, it didn’t taste like pork at all and the Thai ice tea was water down😔

Price on internet is not the same as inside. I did ask them to made it not crispy(my lips are sensitive)they didn't made it so. So hats why "Naaahh..."

I ate here all the time before the pandemic hit. But since they reopened I ate there twice and got really bad stomach aches.😟

I am a delivery boy. I delivered in Brooklyn for two years. But whenever you go to pick up food from this restaurant. Then they say wait. When I ask them after 10 to 15 minutes if this food is ready. Then they don't say. After 16 minutes from the pickup, they put the food in my hand and gave me a lead biolesion. You tell me, what do they gain by harming these delivery boys like us?😢😢

If I can give no stars. I would. I asked for a non spicy sandwich. No big deal. I Seen the woman Making my order add something I asked not to. Now, the other woman who took the order noticed and stood in front of my view assuming I didn't see anything becausebi was gazing. Now I turn to her instantly and have this look of disgust, she saw my expression and she pretended to have just noticed and starts telling me she will make a fresh one. She just passed her a napkin to wipe it off. But she literally acts like I am an idiot. Then the woman got defensive and starts carrying on and what looks to be the manager has to literally grab her and drag her to the back. And now I hear her yelling from the back. I'm blown away. As many times as I have came there never expected such terrible service and customer service. Not coming back. Completely Disgusted.

I took photos but lost them.

Well, that was disappointing, I went with a Chicken broth Pho and shredded chicken as a protein, and it wasn't good at all. The chicken felt like rubber and didn't taste like anything. All I had was the broth and the noodles, I left unsatisfied and knowing I'm not coming back here.
