The ABSOLUTE best of the best!! There are only a handful of exceptional mom and pop businesses left in Brooklyn and giacomos is definitely one of them! In bay ridge, that's my go to restaurant for dinner. Customer service is great. Food is to die for. And the owners are the most humble, compassionate and professional people in the world - definitely deserves 5 stars all around the board!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. This place is fantastic. Food is delicious, I can’t get enough of the Vodka Parmigiana. Their skirt steak is another home run. They made a small mistake and sent us a wrong dish, they fixed it and did it quickly. Every time we order the food comes hot, not warm, hot! I truly appreciate the amount of care, dedication and consideration you guys put into your business. You have a customer for as long as we’re around.

We order from this place weekly for our pizza night. The deal for 2 large pies for $36 is great for the family. I also like the burrata salad and tiramisu. The guys that deliver are all awesome, very friendly and personable, and the food is usually early. They are also really good at including whatever you put in your notes if you order through GrubHub. In the 2 years we have ordered from them, I don’t think they have ever forgotten an item. Thanks for being awesome!

The food catering for this restaurant is absolutely amazing! From the pasta, to the salad, to the appetizers and to everything else! A Must-Try restaurant! The owner was a pleasure to work with! Had a fantastic time here for Mother’s Day! My mother requested we try the new Italian spot in bay ridge, and this place was as an awesome choice! The staff were very welcoming, the portions were large, food was great, and the dessert was even better. I had the chicken parm... it was scrumptious ! My husband and I went to Luliano’s last night for his birthday dinner. Usually, we order the grandma pie with vodka sauce on pizza nights at home, and this was our first time dining in. (Heads up, you can’t order off menu items in the restaurant (only to go), but they have plenty on their menu to choose from!) The staff at Luliano’s is wonderful. EVERYONE was so incredibly polite and kind. I don’t know our server’s name but he had glasses and was excellent! They start you off with delicious warm bread. We had baked clams with a delicious sauce - we asked for more bread to dip! My husband ordered the pappardelle; it had shrimp and artichoke hearts and it was DELICIOUS. We also ordered a personal pie - it was good too, but the pasta really knocked it out of the park. We are so glad we went out to eat there. We had a really nice, cozy evening at the restaurant, and we can’t wait to return :)!!!

I love this pizzeria. I think it's definitely one of the under-appreciated restaurants in Bay Ridge. I really wish we could get bigger crowds in here, I think everyone would love what they're doing with their cuisine!

I love this place! Servers were incredibly friendly and made sure to cater to any of our needs with great communication. Definitely enough food for 2 meals for me so good value. Highly recommend it! Support local businesses through this crisis. If you can afford to. Order out especially during the holidays. People are just trying to survive. Order catering if you can. Trust me sample this dish and you will be ordering trays of it for Christmas!

Extremely good food we had appetizer, Baked Clams and Calamari at their outside seating and brought the Margarita Pizza and Stromboli home to eat later. The service was perfect our server was attentive. Definitely a place to visit in Bayridge. Right now outside seating is available & the Italian music is soothing.

My husband and I always enjoy our meals at Luliano's. This restaurant is truly a hidden neighborhood gem! We've gone there quite a few times for lunch and dinner. The food was always delicious and the service was excellent. Today we had brunch there for the first time. The menu offered a lot to choose from and included a drink, entree, dessert and coffee for only $23.95 - a more than reasonable meal bargain in NYC. My husband had the Breakfast Pizza while I had the Chicken Ceasar salad. Both dishes were delicious. The desserts were great also and they're made in house!! We want to thank Laura for giving us such a great dining experience. She is always so charming, welcoming and anxious to help guide us through the menu choices. She also makes great cocktails. My husband ordered a mocktail Mojito on our last visit. I had the real thing. They were both delicious. You could hardly tell the difference! We always look forward to going to Luliano's. We highly recommend!

This is one of my go-to places in Bay. The food quality/prices are pretty good. I usually go for brunch snd it never disappoints. I also want to highlight Justin, the server, and the great music playing, it is not overwhelmingly loud and invites you to stay and enjoy your meal.

I love this place. I come all the way from Yonkers just to be here. The food is awesome. The staff treats me like family. The owner, and manager frequently (but not to the point where they’re annoying) check on their guests to make sure everything is up to their exceptional standard. I’d recommend a dish but then again, I can just close my eye, and pick something random on the menu and still be blown away.

Wow so amazingly good. Old school family run brick over pizza place, what used to be the norm, but sadly now is so rare. This is not hipster brick oven pizza. Went on a Thursday for lunch with family. The manager was our waiter and was absolutely amazing. So friendly and great service. Where to even begin with the praise? The calamari to start, omg so good. Fresh and delicious. The pizza, cannot say enough how good it was. Fresh mushrooms, I dared to even ask if they used canned, I should have known. I had Easter Sunday dinner here with friends. The food was AMAZING!! The portions were a good size and allowed for sharing amongst us. We tried several appetizers and entrees. The service was excellent. We were able to linger for a while after dinner and didn’t feel rushed. When we left we let them know this would be our new go to spot.

Luliano’s is hands down one of the best Italian spots I’ve been to in Brooklyn. The pizza was incredibly fresh and delicious. May I also add one of the best spots for fried calamari. Came here the day before Mother’s Day with my parents and sister. We didn’t have a reservation and they were able to seat us. The servers are very attentive and aware of each other’s tables. So it was nice to see the teamwork going on within the staff. Our drinks were perfect!! My mom was very pleased with everything so that was most important. The food portions are very generous. I was so full by the time our entrees arrived. Definitely returning here!

This is one of our favorite Italian restaurants. Everything was perfect: their signature bread, the calamari with a delicious dipping red sauce-we needed another one, the pizza, the eggplant parmesan with vodka sauce linguine, and the chicken valdesano (sp) specialty dish. I had heard good things about this place from a friend, but had not had a chance to try their food before. Then our cousins from out of town came to see us on a rainy Saturday afternoon. We wanted to take them to our trusted place in the neighborhood, but the place was packed with a 40 minutes wait. Not wanting to waste time, we decided to walk over to Giacomo's. We were seated right away, the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. There was five of us and we all shared our plates. My appetizer was a delicious fried calamari that was lightly fried and tasty, everyone really liked it. Our main dish was a full pie of pizza that no problem in quickly dissapearing from its try. I forget what our cousins irdered, but I remember the satisfied look in their faces. The place is very casual and relaxed. It is affordable as well and I truly plan to go back and also place orders for delivery from them.

Rude delivery service. Got this place delivered, the pizza was fine but the driver was really rude to us because of a mistake the restaurant made about not printing our apartment number even though we supplied our apartment number and proved that to his face with demonstrable concrete evidence. Not worth the hassle.

I live 4 minutes away by car but my pizza took almost 90 minutes to arrive and when it did it wasn't hot. The delivery driver called me when he got to my building. He was talking loudly, rudely, and very fast. He kept calling me boss. He asked me what floor I was on even though it's listed on the order. He didn't want to come upstairs so he left the food by the second floor elevator on the floor. I couldn't find it at first. The pizza was good, but I had to heat it up.

This was such a strange experience. We walked in and they seated us and gave us a couple menus. When we asked for a wine/drink list they said they didn't have one. It took them forever to come back to our table. The service seemed disjointed, disorganized, and inattentive. The pizza came and it was just alright. Absolutely nothing to write home about. With as many pizza places as there are in Bay Ridge, I see no reason why I'd ever come back.

Their pizza is great. But their delivery guy (Noor Raham- the name that shows up on my caller ID) is terrible. He hung up on me multiple times every time I told him to put the food outside the door. He's so rude. I also find him so creepy whenever he calls. Once he hears a woman's voice on the phone, he'll call you honey or sweetie. Too bad since the pizza is actually good.

Ordered from here on Uber eats, ordered a chicken parm with penne vodka. Got regular red sauce not vodka, it was bland and not good. There was a bone in my chicken parm that I luckily discovered before taking a bite. The chicken tasted old and overcooked. They’ve lost me forever.

I had the worst experience here despite this isn’t the first time already. The lady at cashier shows a significant attitude toward her customers. Not only was she rude, she DID NOT wear her mask. I love the pizza, but after experiencing her disgusting attitude toward her customers, my families will not visit again.

If I could give this a zero, I would!! Not worthy of even 1 star. I will start off by saying after my party of 6 was seated, two of us asked for a shot of vodka, specifically Absolut, which they said they had. The shot arrived and after we drank it, I said to the waitress, "What was that?? It tasted like rubbing alcohol!!" She swore it was Absolut. Well, we ate and went home, and I threw up the ENTIRE NIGHT, back and forth, the other person told me the next day that the same thing happened to them!! I will never go there again, FAKE watered down liquor!!!

Had a simple order of a small pizza and a spinach roll. They sent me a chicken roll. I am a vegetarian and don't eat chicken. When I called them I was told that they did send me the proper thing even though I had proof that they didn't. They didn't care to help me or exchange my food. They told me to just go back to Uber eats and figure it out with them. I'll never be back. I'll make sure people I know will never be back also

Absolutely terrible, do not order from this place! I ordered "homemade" lasagna, which cost $15. As you can see from the picture I included, I received ONE piece of lasagna, and it didn't even fill the entire tray. AND it was meat lasagna, and it tasted like it was filled with chef boyardee. This is absolutely appalling!!! I could have gotten an entire pizza for the same price. I understand prices have gone up recently, but this is clearly price gouging.
