Decided to go in today instead of using the drive through like we normally do because it was busy. The lady who took our order was extremely polite. My better half got a small #1 and I got a medium #8. The sandwiches were awesome just like they’ve always been.

I chose to use the drive-thru this visit. It had been a while since eating at a Schlotzsky's. Customer service was fast, friendly and patient with my questions. I ordered the ham and cheese original on dark rye bread. Just as delicious as I remember! Cracked pepper potato chips and sweet tea were great too.

Ordered through the app. This location doesn't have all that others have on their menu. I chose to pick up in store but the doors were locked even though the sign said open. Went through the drive thru. They got my drink wrong also. Doubt I'll go back to this location. Instead, I'll drive a little further to avoid this location

Interesting food.... great sugar cookies! Don't buy the chocolate chip cookies!!! They got a new distributor and they are very hard... take your chances on the sugar cookies if you REALLY have a sweet tooth... Plus, the chicken bacon smoke cheesy doesn't have a lot of veggies and mostly has meat and cheese! Hope this helps! Happy eating🙃

I understand a bit of wait for food no problem, at all, they are moving as quick as they can for fresh food but food was mediocre at best and ive eaten at several differnt locations were food was better without a doubt, the place has gotten a bit pricey as well and this particular location could use a bit better employee service, I've eaten in here, picked up through the drive through, and even done uber eats pick ups from this location and each time this employees at this particular location are not very welcoming at all, very much an upset that they have to work and serve you sort of feeling every time I stop by this location....

The man working the front counter is extremely rude! We go in there at least twice a month and spend $65-$70 every time. He is always rude! He always seems aggravated that I order so much food! I really wish the one on the other side of the Loop was open, they are much nicer there!

I always come here at least once, while visiting. It's been a couple of years, and the bread has changed. The old bread was way better. They used to pack the sandwiches with meat. Now it is super thin with meat, so now you taste more bread than anything. It's not so flavourful . So disappointed. I want the white spongy bread without seeds.back.

Customer service is great. I usually order a medium or large Fiesta chicken. Today (7-19-2022), my large Fiesta chicken was dry, unflavorful, and was unenjoyable. But the service and staff were positive and the food came out fast.

I love Schlotzsky's, it's one of my go to's, but this store is really starting to drag. Not clean, rude employees. I recommend the one in the hospital district.

Food is always good, ALWAYS!! But the heavy set lady working in the drive-thru today is VERY rude. I spoke to her several times & she just looked at me. I even said thank you (automatically - because I'm a polite person) and again nothing, just shut the window. The lady needs a major attitude adjustment & a course on customer service.

Good Sandwich but expired bottle coke. Cashier and her supervisor said coke does not expire. Well I guess they don’t know the reason why companies put date on the battles. Makes me wonder if they also have expired fountain drinks and bad sandwich material as well. Zero star for this place.
