I absolutely love this restaurant. They always greet me and my family every time I come in or call them. The delivery guys are friendly and kind. Over all I will say that they must be very family oriented, because they really are respectful and kind to me. Thank you New Hot Wok for always making my family a great meal, and for always being kind to us.

Been a neighborhood spot for at least 20 years. Never had an issue with flavor, orders, or anything really. If you want an local Chinese food spot, I would make this your go to. Hot and sour soup, and chicken wings are exceptional. The younger lady working the front counter for the last 5-15 years has a great way of making customers feel welcome with the minimum of words. I’ve cherished that.

This was my 1st time and I'll definitely eat here again. Vegetable lo mein with boneless spare ribs. There was a big portion of ribs unlike other spots. Very minimal fat which makes a difference. The lo mein actually had flavor and was very moist. Vegetable spring roll was also tasty. U won't go wrong with this spot.

I don’t kno what happened. The food use to be good. I ordered chicken. N French fries. French fries was old n new and the chicken look like it was cooked yesterday. Egg roll was rubbery. Not sure if it’s a new cook or what but omg. I bit into a fry, nothing but grease. I’m hee my daughter goes to pick up from delivery guy. It’s 20.25. He don’t give her the .75. I’m over it. Wish I would’ve took a pic.

Honestly whatever pot of rice my food was in I’ll just be served from the same dish. I get mistakes happen but I should not open my food and see anything other than food. So I will no longer come to this restaurant and just would like to receive a refund. And no this is not a money grab I also have photos of the food in the garbage. Totally disappointed!!!!

Terrible delivery service I am a Uber eats delivery driver and I entered the restaurant and I told the lady at the register that I was here to pick up a order by the name John , she was on the phone taking an order and then told me to confirm the order , now how am I going to confirm an order that I was never told is ready for delivery. Won’t go back I actually canceled my order because she proceeded to argue with me about confirming the order then started holding the order hostage . I have no problem confirming the order but I’m not gonna confirm an order if I wasn’t told it’s ready .

I have bin ordering from Hot Wok for over 5 yrs now nonstop, but TODAY will be the LAST Day I ever Step Foot or order from them again. Today I ordered a Half Chicken with Beef Lomein, delivery came getting ready to eat now, open the box to see that the have of chicken I ordered looked like it went Tru a Shredder. I was so pissed I called them and explained to them what I just received. Now there is A Lady at the register who has the most DISTASTEFUL Attitude ever telling me that That's how the chicken is and every1 orders it like that. This lady is so rude to customers and she'll be the cause of them Losing A LOT of busines. So wen I called her over the phone explaining the order I have and that IAM dissatisfied with my order and I have bin ordering from u guys for Years and I would like a refund or can u just replace the chicken because I don't like how small and dry the pieces look. She starts to get an attitude of the bat and telling me don't bother to call her back because everyone orders it like that. This Lady has to be crazy. I liked the other people they had B4 she came there, now She's going to cost them alot. She's Lucky I didn't Throw the food right at her. She's the WORST and she Eather needs to be retrained or Fired on the Spot because her Customer Service is Horrible. For the People of FLATLANDS please be Aware of this lady.

The chicken lo main was lousy, the egg roll was under cooked, the chicken with eggplant in garlic sauce, one of our go to items was poor and the Lobster chow mien I threw in the trash. So I am a long time orderer from this location but not any more!!!!!

This food has potential and good be ok sometimes but most of the time it’s trash. Either ya chicken looks like it’s on steroids. Or your fries is to hard. Your rice taste over cooked. Broccoli juice be jelly and not liquidy like it should look. It’s just not that good. Just a quick pick up when you’re tired of eating everything else. Oh yea inside looks dirty.

Rice is always hard and dry. The young lady that works the register is so rude and unprofessional. Only time I enjoy coming here is when i see the mother at the front. She is very nice and sometimes give you a good deal on the price

This Store had A Good Run for years but it’s time for new owner’s they are rude and don’t clean or upgrade the place and they give surcharges on debit cards which is illegally in NYC but they don’t care they will argue with you about it
