I have allergies to onions and they always look out for that. I'm able to get it my way and it's always delicious. The one downside is they only take cash but if your there the store next door has you covered. Highly recommend this place

Best cheesesteaks around. Their gourmet pizzas are amazing as well. Some of the best chicken and spinach rolls you can get anywhere. I've had cheesesteaks from numerous places in Philly (Gino's, pats, Tony Luke's, and my favorite and lesser known, Leo's) and this is better than all and stands toe to toe with Leo's. Do yourself a favor and try them out if you haven't. A local gem.

Better than those clowns in Philly. Some may say it's a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. Actually say hello when you walk in which is also nice. Simple and fast. Plan on taking it to go as there is only a spot for 3, maybe. Also has simple pizza stuff to eat. So you can mix it up with someone instead of stopping at 2 places.

Awesome cheeseteaks!!! Excellent pizzas!!! Their French Fries and Onion Rings are also great!!! Their cheesesteaks are in par with Pat's and Gino's Cheesesteaks in South Philadelphia!!! Only big noticeable difference is the Philadelphia Grill chops down the steak while Pat's and Gino's Steaks does not. The toppings for the Philadelphia Grill cheesesteaks are phenomenally delicious!!! I highly recommend to eat an excellent high quality cheesesteak here!!! 👍👍👍👍

During our visit to New York, my Sons had a mission: To set off to find the best Cheesesteak. Mission accomplished here. I added mozzarella and White American Cheese to mine which seemed to add to the best possible flavor. I really wish I had taken a picture. Well worth the travel out of the city.

Ordered delivery yesterday because the water in my building was turned off (without notice!) and so cooking was not happening. I read some reviews first and was pretty convinced based off those alone (except for that guy who ate like 1/3 of his cheesesteak and then took a picture of what was left and said he overpaid for too small of a cheesesteak. What planet is he on?). Placing the order was a breeze, and the person on the other end of the phone couldn't have been nicer! The delivery arrived in less time than anticipated. Finally, food was great! Husband and I were both happy with the Philly cheesesteak (with the works) and the onion rings. The price was very reasonable as well. Great experience and adding this place to our list of takeout restaurant rotations. Thanks guys!

Had a regular pie and 3 vodka squares last night . Let tell you this I have made pizza's most of my life though don't do it no more. I must say by far the best pizza I had in Brooklyn hands down. From one pizza man to another thank for the great food last night. I will be coming there a lot more when I am craving pizza. Next up is the philly cheese steak sandwich. Keep up the great work on those pizza's . You can smell the vodka in the vodka sauce. One bite last night I was just flawed how great the vodka slice was as well.

Just visited this place after 15 years not being there. Still the same great tasting food. And yes they raised the prices but they had to do to the recent doubling of meat prices, check out the prices in your local supermarket next time you grocery shop.....

Neighborhood favorite that hits the spot every single time. Both the pizza and the cheesesteaks are on the money! That's a lot to ask for these days. As far as atmosphere, you're not coming here for that, however if it was renovated to be a bit more inviting with more exterior seating, I think they would have lines out the door!

You'll want a paper menu as they don't have any online ordering, they're cash only and they have quite a few items on the menu for a small place but it seems that they've varied over the years based on what is available online.

There’s a small, quaint shop right at the end of Bay Ridge that you’d never expect to serve the best pizza and cheesesteaks in town! Other places like Gino’s of Bay Ridge could learn a thing or two about making better pizza. I recommend getting the cheesesteak with everything and adding hot peppers—it tastes amazing! I also enjoyed a margarita with extra virgin olive oil.

Honestly I only had the cheese steak and it was great 5 stars very fresh and flavorful. Yes it is not a cheap eat but it's worth it 100%. Best Cheesesteak in Brooklyn. It is really hard for me to get out of the car so I call them and they deliver to my car. My favorites there are the chicken Caesar Salad the the Philly Cheese Steak. I get the works on the cheesesteak. They use mildly hot peppers mushrooms, Mozzarella cheese on a Brookly style hero. It is amazing. It is worth the time to stop buy. I love this place. Their Pizza is also very good. Philadelphia Wished they made cheesesteaks as well as this.

We've been walking past this place for years and today finally stopped in. One of the best cheese steaks I've ever had (including ones I've had in Philly). Fantastic little place hidden at the end of 4th Ave. Just a heads up, it's cash only.

Their Philly cheese steaks are great, however I wish it wasn’t just cash only.

Cheese Steak with the works is off the hook. They have many other offerings, but the Cheese Steak is my go to. Highly recommend it for lunch or dinner.

Very good pizza, especially the specialty pies, which are medium-sized. Be sure to try the eggplant rollatini. Not overpriced at all, despite what these (probably bogus) reviews say. 8/21 -- I do have to add that the last time I was in there, despite a sign asking customers to wear masks, none of the three employees handling my food were. And I got a delivery which included my favorite, eggplant rollatini. -- The eggplant was literally rotten. I'm giving them a break, hoping they'll return to their usual fine standard. 7/23 -- the food just wasn't as good as it had been. They had not returned to their previous goodness. I spoke to a neighbor who had loved them, and we agreed they lost their quality.

A delicious family establishment with a wide menu variety. I had the "pizza” philly cheese steak. It was fantastic! Plenty of sauce with tons of meat. This is a restaurant that I would be coming back too. I would say that there is very limited parking with a slightly expensive menu. The dish that I order was $11.00 but didn’t come with fries or drinks! Would I come back here? Yes, would definitely come back. I wish that there was parking, but it is what it IS.

The case of the receding Cheese line. Used to really be the best slice spot in the neighborhood as of late I guess because of price increases etc. I feel that they have been becoming extremely cheap with the cheese. The pizza is pretty much all crossed and it’s not completely topped with mozzarella. I like the spot but if you’re going to charge more than everybody else for a slice you should make that slice have more than everybody else. Will continue to go there because I do think the food is good but just a little bit disappointed in the change

This place used to be amazing!!! Now you got six guys behind the counter in that little space. It's been a long time since I've been here.I was looking forward to my sandwich but it wasn't very good. Not to mention it was $17.00! Unfortunately i've been disappointed.

Used to be the best cheesesteak outside of Philadelphia, but I got one last night and they didn't put cheese on it. It had barely any cheese, and it didn't taste as good as it used to. They have gone way downhill and are NOT worth $14 for a sandwich. Maybe $7. Don't waste your time, they are living off a reputation they do not deserve anymore.

Recently moved to New York, the family was hungry, wanted our first try at New York pizza, and surprisingly, this place was just okay. Not too bad not too good, just right in the middle.

Not quite as good as they use to be. I ordered 3x in the last month, each order was not up to par . I've been a fan for years PLEASE make the wonderful food that I enjoyed.

The food was salty. The place was small. I was disappointed because I expected more from this place.

Driver is a scam artist! Bought 3 cheese steaks, delivered 2, and driver claimed we only paid him for 2, when we actually paid for 3, made us pay for 3rd hero again, after we already paid for 3. You guys need to hire a new driver, get rid of usless current driver!

Cheesesteaks were good. But they have the nerve to raise the prices by 8$ Normally the meal should have been 24 and it came out to 32$. And a sign says on door due to circumstances prices are raised. So basically i guess they’re the only ones struggling. So it’s ok for them to raises prices by 4$ per meal. Not 1$ but 4$. What a joke. When people are struggling not working they are doing this and making it even harder for me. This is not a community place this is greed and selfishness

I’ve been from eating here for at least the last 15 years and it pains me to say this but I’ll never order from here again. Aside from the fact that a sandwich now costs $12.50 (up from the $8.50 a few years ago) the quality of product has gone down. The reason I’m done eating here is that I ordered a sandwich on Monday March 29 and have been suffering from food poisoning since. The sandwich was extremely greasy and the meat was a little tough but hey it’s a cheesesteak so I chalked it up. I hate to point fingers but this was the only thing I ate differently from my family that day so if there’s only one conclusion I can draw, I got sick from that sandwich. I hate to knock a Brooklyn staple but I needed to be honest.

don't waste your time, I live right around the corner on 100th street a minute walk from the front of my building and every time I go there if I get pizza its never hot and I'm left waiting around for 15 to 20 minutes for 2 slices, if I get a cheesesteak its over cooked chopped up finer then ground beef and is loaded with hot peppers which I don't ask for, and of course tonight I get 2 Sicilian slices and a rice ball, waited outside in the cold for 15 minutes paid waited for another 5 minutes and both slices and the rice ball are barley room temperature, and they only take cash......like I said don't waste your time. there's way way better in Bay Ridge and in Brooklyn.

This was our OG place. Been going there for years. They were always generous with their ingredients and never messed up our order. They forgot to put my provolone on one of the sandwiches and olives on one. EVEN WROTE IT ON THE BOX. Guess what, no olives or provolone. Ordered onions rings, brought me fries… such a mess. The guy behind the grill was too busy doing tricks to even focus on what he was making. Def won’t be coming back. Such a shame. The original owner was the best!

They where very busy but comeone my steak sandwich wasn’t even cooked all the way it wasn’t raw but definitely wasn’t cooked all the way I threw the whole sandwich out after 2 bites was not eatable at all stick with the chicken never had a problem with the chicken sandwich from here.
